Bright Horizons Solihull Day Nursery and Preschool

The nursery is great. Friendly and professional staff. They have handled the last twelve months very well and taken the stress away from returning our son to nursery. There at lots of activities reflecting what’s going on. Our son loves it there.

Great staff, excellent facilities and under great management. The staff have aided our child immensely and she absolutely loves going to nursery every day.

The nursery has been working hard with my son to help develop his speech and communication skills as he is currently delayed. He is always happy to attend in the mornings and always leaves with a big smile on his face. He enjoys his days when he is there.

Our daughter loves going to nursery and is absolutely thriving there. She seems to gain in confidence and learn new skills after every session. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the communication and relationships with parents have noticeably improved since the recent change in management. The staff in our daughter’s room are committed, enthusiastic and caring and seem to take a genuine interest in her development both in and outside of nursery. We are extremely happy with our choice of nursery and the quality of education that they consistently provide to our little girl. Thank you!

Since the first day that our daughter attended your class, she has shown many achievements and she has developed a lot through play and activities at the nursery. I know that it’s all because of your dedication and hard work.

Our daughter loves going to nursery and has come on leaps and bounds with her language and overall confidence in the last year. We're delighted to see how happy she is after a busy morning when we pick her up. The communication from the nursery has improved massively since the change in management and we feel that the Covid situation has been dealt with very well. A friendly, welcoming atmosphere where my one year old has settled in so well. I was very worried about her starting nursery due to the pandemic however safety procedures are all in place and settling in sessions were well planned considering were we unable to enter the building. Due to the lockdowns and restrictions, my daughter hasn't had the social experience you normally expect but she has been well cared for, happy and making progress. The communication is good with all staff and I feel all mine and my daughter's needs are currently being met.

The nursery has dealt with covid extremely well. My son is well settled and the nursery are always reassuring. The management team deals with any issues incredibly efficiently. Having had an older son here too, I would definitely recommend the nursery.

The service provided is exceptional. Communication is second to none and the facilities are outstanding they all work extremely hard and are so friendly. You always feel welcome and informed and the children are in great care.

The Covid-19 measures in place are good. Staff are friendly and always happy to receive children. Communication with families is also good. All being said the nursery is well-led. We have no complaints whatsoever and if you make a complaint they attend to it.

It's the staff who make that difference in the kids future! and Bright Horizons Solihull does just that!!!

I've had a wonderful level of service at Bright Horizons from all staff and management that I've been in contact with. My daughter has settled in and is now very excited to come to nursery. I've quick responses to all my queries with very professional interactions. I would definitely recommend for any future childcare.

Due to covid19, I was unable to get a nursery visit, but the staff were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable leaving my daughter. Staff always friendly. My child has enjoyed her experience and loves the staff at the nursery.
