What a lovely nursery! The environment is clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and caring, which makes such a difference. You can really feel how much they value the children and create a nurturing atmosphere. What more could you ask for!

My daughter has been here since October 2023, first in the baby room and now in the toddler room. Our daughter is flourishing here. She's well supported and looked after by all staff and seems to really enjoy her days. The staff have also been really supportive on potty training.

We loved this nursery when we first visited because of how warm and welcoming the staff was. We were also very impressed with the focus on nutrition with the menu. The inclusion of all races/ religions was also very impressive. We were told all dietary restrictions were catered for including
religious.
Unfortunately when we first joined, we had trouble organising settle sessions. I had to chase rather than being contacted. There were quite a few cancelled settle sessions too. When we formally joined, the dietary requirement we were impressed with was no longer the case which was very disappointing.
We still love all the staff and appreciate their hard work. The only thing that bothers me as a parent is lack of any cctv but also not enough information is updated on the app. The photos are not uploaded on a daily basis.
It would be nice to have a picture of the meals as well to see what my child enjoys eating and to try and do that at home as well.

My Daughter has attended bright horizons for two years now and has thrived in the care of the practitioners at their Solihull branch. The management make it their business to know all of the children within the nursery and are often seen involved in the rooms. The days are always structured with
lots of learning included into the activities. Everyone within bright horizons seems very happy and like they want to be there. I am always reassured and well informed about my daughter's day. The nursery itself is beautifully maintained and the cleaning staff work hard to ensure the nursery is nothing less than perfect for the following day. I will be sad for my daughter to start school because there is a real sense of family at bright horizons. I would whole heartedly recommend this nursery above all others (I've seen them all!)

This is a lovely nursery. The staff evidently care really well for the children and they do a great range of activities that keep them engaged. I also really appreciate the extras like boogie mites, the lending libraries and stay & plays.

My 2nd child is now attending Bright Horizons Solihull. We like the very family orientated feel of the nursery and environment, and the staff who are especially warming and welcoming.
However we have been disappointed with the lack of feedback of our childs development and integration into the
classes. Only once in over 2 years have we had a parents evening, and although the app is updated, we have not have any evidence recently of what our child learns or plays with, other than a quick chat at pick up time.
More feedback from staff regarding the day to day activities that children have been doing would be good, especially as out son struggles to settle into new environments.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for almost a year now and we are really happy with the service. The staff are super friendly and caring, the children are offered a good range of activities including time outdoors, and there is a balanced menu. Communication is great with updates on the
app throughout the day and staff providing a verbal review of the day at pick up. My daughter has only been sent home a handful of times (for a temperature), which is great as I know some nurseries are very quick to send children home for the smallest thing. Overall very satisfied and would recommend.

I only have to say how amazing all staff are. Every time my daughter is at the nursery, I can carry on with my day without worrying about anything. The little one is very happy each day she's attending.

Child moved to preschool class midway through the year and it has been a smooth transition. She loves going to nursery and we are so grateful for the staff support. She has become more confident and is always keen to tell us what has happened during the day.

My son has been at the nursery for over a year now and he absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly, caring and supportive. My son always speaks highly of all the staff in preschool and staff from other classes that he meets during his day.
The staff are always happy to update us at the end of
the day during pick-up. The app is brilliant and is regularly updated during the day and we love receiving pictures of what he has been up to.

The deputy manager and all the staff are simply outstanding. My daughter is very happy to attend the nursery. The work done by all the staff is excellent. There are many activities, my daughter is learning many new things and socialising with other children.

Bright Horizons Solihull Day Nursery and Preschool is an excellent nursery and the staff have been very caring and patient with my lovely daughter. I really like the facilities, the rooms and outdorr space, I find the chef and the food arrangements very satisfactory and overall, I'm having a
wonderful experience with Bright Horizons.

My little one started here back in June.
I have to say, the team have been great.
Good communication and updates which is great when you are so worried about how your little one will react to new people and environments after being with Mum for a year.

Wonderful place with wonderful staff. There’s always something really fun on for the children and they really do take very great care to treat each child individually. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds in her self-confidence and learning since she’s been here. Will be really sad when we have
to move on to school.

Our child recently started at Bright Horizons and we could not have been happier.
It's not just the care they take with my son but the whole atmosphere and communication with us.
They have an app that constantly updates us throughout the day with how he's doing and events meaning we can feel
involved.
The staff really care. As well as looking after my child, they went above and beyond to help us with the administration. They accommodate all sorts of dietary requirements no matter how difficult.
Cannot recommend highly enough!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to remove my child from this setting. Some of the staff are great, then there are others who do not seem to care, there is a massive lack of consistency. My child had a fairly serious accident at the setting, of course accidents happen, but unfortunately
nobody seemed to know how it happened which is unsettling. An internal investigation was dragged out for longer than needed and I would have to consistently chase the management for updates. Nappies were regularly put on incorrectly, pretty basic for a childcare setting in my opinion and cream for a skin condition not applied as asked. A small child was left in a state of distress while I waited to collect my child, none of the staff tended to them for a substantial period of time, confirming my decision to remove my child. If that is acceptable behaviour while a parent is standing there, especially one who has raised concerns, I questioned what was happening when parents were not around.

All the staff at Bright Horizons Solihull are just amazing. They do a tiring job so effortlessly in taking care of the children, all whilst keeping a smile on their faces. Thank you to two staff members in particular for all that you do in providing an entertaining, fun, and educational environment
for our son. They are great with taking onboard any feedback and make sure that we are listened to (especially with my 101 requests!). Another staff member is great at ensuring the children are fed well, with lots of choices of yummy meals and healthy options - the only thing I would love is to see a halal option available on the menu, apart from that, no complaints from me. Keep up the wonderful work, we are lucky to have you all!

Our son has been very settled in Bright Horizons, Solihull. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space in comparison with others in the area. Our son continues to progress in terms of his development and really enjoys his days in nursery. The staff are always helpful and welcoming and it is just a
lovely setting for children and parents alike.

Very professional, very clean, really kind and caring staff. Wouldn’t send my son anywhere else. Garden space is incredible. Thank you for always making my child's time happy. Great lunch menus for the kids so lots of variety.

Have used this nursery for all 3 of my children, with 2 of them still attending! I can’t recommend them enough, the staff are so lovely and you can tell they really care for the children. The days are packed with fun and educational activities and they have a great outdoor space for the children to
explore!
