Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool

We have been delighted with the care that our son has received at Greatsaurus and certainly recommend it to others. All the staff are very kind, welcoming and caring, and have taken the time to really get to know our son and support him during his time at nursery. We were anxious about our son being cared for in a nursery but the staff were extremely reassuring and have done a great job at helping him settle in. The baby room is very clean, calm, uncluttered and welcoming. We like that everything in the baby room is at child height, including the high chairs where the children can all eat meals sat with an adult. The food seems to go down well and has widened our son's appetite! The resources are well-chosen and the staff are very creative at coming up with ideas for sensory play, crafts and activities. The staff are great at keeping us up to date on what our son is doing each day, and it is reassuring to check in during the day on the webcam.

Greatsaurus nursery is lovely. It is clean and airy. The staff are helpful, friendly, kind and caring. My little boy loved going to nursery and always came home full of excitement. The communication from the nursery is great and the updates on tapestry are informative and my little boy always looked like he was having fun. I really appreciated the settling-in process and having a key person for my little boy to connect with. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter loves this nursery. She always seems to have a good day and loves her key workers. All the staff there seem so caring and nurturing to all of the children and they engage and care for them superbly. I can not fault this nursery and would recommend it to all parents.

Wonderful nursery, they take such good care of my son who has been at this nursery since he was fifteen months old. He loves the staff and I trust them completely. It is a relief to have found somewhere I can leave him and know he will be well looked after and have fun.

All the staff have made the transition for my son to nursery so easy. They are great at communicating and always have time for a quick chat when I collect my son. Also made such a fuss about his birthday, which was spent at nursery which was really lovely. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough, from the first settling in session to the communication from the staff, to the day to day care of my daughter. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and really go above and beyond. They have been absolutely excellent in all respects and I am very grateful to be able to send my daughter here, she is really happy and I have total faith in the staff to look after her well. Greatsarus Nursery have been amazing for my son. He started when he was 2 and after viewing a few nurseries in the area they stood out by far, their is a lovely atmosphere and for my child who finds separation hard he has grown so much in confidence and how much he has come on with his learning is amazing. My son also is a fussy eater at home now loves trying new foods since having lunch at the setting which I cannot fault. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone not sure as it will not disappoint. The team are amazing.

Greatsaurus have been fantastic since my son started back at nursery after a five-month break during lockdown. They ensured that he settled in well and have also been great at smoothly transitioning him from the Baby Room to the 2’s group. He loves going to nursery and has formed bonds with many of the staff already. Processes and information around covid have also always been clear and well set out so that we have had no concerns about him attending during the pandemic. We couldn’t be happier with the nursery and its staff.

After a lot of research and visits to several nurseries, I decided that Greatsaurus was the nursery for my little boy and they have not disappointed me. He’s been here for over a year now starting in the gorgeous baby room to now being in the over 2’s group. I cannot recommend this nursery enough, the facilities are fab, super clean, activities galore and a bigger than usual outdoor space, but what really stands out are the staff. They really do care about the children and their development and that they enjoy their days at nursery. My little boy is behind on his speech and the staff have been very proactive in helping him and referring him to a therapist. I love love this nursery and so does my little boy!

Our one-year-old daughter has just started at the nursery. We were lucky to get the days we wanted at fairly late notice. The nursery manager has been so accommodating and welcoming. Before we signed up we had a look around the baby rooms upstairs which were spacious and well equipped. We were lucky to see the nursery in action with key workers playing with their designated babies - this was great given that a lot of nurseries aren’t even allowing any show arounds at the moment. This was important to us because we wanted to get a feel for the nursery in person. We felt very happy to proceed with booking our daughter in. Initially, we had three settling in sessions prior to our baby starting. Due to covid restrictions, these sessions are shorter than usual but we were happy to go ahead with them nonetheless. The staff explained very clearly what would happen each day and answered all my questions. The team are friendly, professional and I would definitely recommend Greatsaurus!

My children have been attending Saurus nurseries for nearly 7 years with my eldest starting in Hove and my youngest two now at Greatsaurus. I cannot recommend the nursery highly enough. The staff are lovely and treat the children with such kindness, they learn so much and have so much fun, they are always happy at home time, having had a lovely day. The nursery itself is lovely and homely, immaculate - a lovely safe space for the children to thrive both inside and out. The Manager is lovely and always goes over and above to help when needed, she is a real asset to the nursery along with the other staff.

My daughter has been at Greatsaurus since December when we moved to the area from London. We were expecting a difficult transition because it's such a big change, but I can't rate the staff highly enough for how welcoming and supportive they've been to us, and as a result, my daughter walked in happy from day one. We knew from the tour that we loved the nursery - everything had been thought of, and everyone was so friendly and professional, from the management team to the childcare staff to the chef. And thankfully this has only continued - our daughter loves all the staff and the other children, and often likes to roleplay as her key person as soon as she gets home; I won't tell you how many times we have to "get our coats and shoes on to go home"! We've had quite a few questions since starting at Greatsaurus, and the team are brilliant at responding quickly and really helping us to work through any issue. Thank you for making us feel so welcome in a new area.

I cannot fault Greatsaurus Nursery one bit. My son attended when he was 7 months old, for 6 months, and then I started his sessions again now. He loved the baby room, and they kept me very informed when he wasn't well. And now with the 2s, he is doing even better. The staff are all so nice and genuine, they always let me know what is going on. During the pandemic, it has been very informative all the way from all staff throughout the nursery. With my little boy he has settled right back into the nursery, even after being out for 8 months, he doesn't say goodbye to me anymore, just rushes in to see his friends and his key person. I have to say she is a credit to the nursery, she helped my nephew a few years ago and is now helping my son. She is an amazing person! And I am so thankful she is now looking after my little boy.

This is such a lovely nursery. All the staff are just wonderful. My two year old turned three at the weekend and wanted to show his key person his new toys. In just two months he’s a massive fan of the staff. The calendar of events in November from Diwali to Thanks Giving got us through winter with things to look forward to. Everything about the way COViD has been handled at the nursery has been great. We’re a very lucky family to have Greatsaurus in our lives. We can’t say enough positive things about the staff and their way with children. The education is fun through trim and timely - like using a CD player and teaching kids about the dangers of plugs right before we filled our house with very tempting Christmas lights. Oh, and staff gets a lot of mentions in our house. I’ve had to up my game!

I’ve only got good things to mention about the Greatsaurus Team. My daughter has always been a clingy child so starting nursery was always going to be difficult for her. The team handled her very calmly and with patience and gave us the assurance that everything will be fine with her behaviour. She settled in very quickly and now she has a very pleasant experience and time in the safe, comfortable and learning environment of Greatsaurus nursery. The caring, polite and friendly staff always give comprehensive and useful feedback after each session. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the manager has kept us up to date at every stage and the information we received about all the changes they are making have been very positive. As parents, we are very grateful and would highly recommend it.

Both my children attend Greatsaurus Nursery and both absolutely adore it! Every member of staff is kind, fun and genuinely interested in everything to do with my kids' wellbeing and personal growth. My youngest (20 months) recently started in the baby room and he loves all the staff so much he hugs them every time any of them walk into the room! The variety of activities my kids take part in is wonderful - they learn about different animals, different cultures, movement and physical play, dancing, singing, and so much creativity - I get excited to see what they've made me when I pick them up! The food they have there is homemade, delicious, nutritious and varied. It's a small detail, but any time I email any department within the Saurus-world, I get incredibly prompt replies - they are very efficient! The manager makes me feel listened to and my children cared for. I trust Greatsaurus, and my children are becoming even more adorable as a result of spending time there!

Having recently moved to the area, I was worried about how well my daughter would adjust to a new setting. She has settled better than I could have hoped and that is down to the care and attention of the staff at the nursery. She has bonded with her key person and talks about her at home. I get regular, detailed updates and can view her through the webcam set up throughout the day. I am so happy with my decision to send my daughter here and have just enquired about adding an extra day as she is doing so well. Thank you.

My child has been at Greatsaurus Nursery for 18 months and his development has been amazing. He has learnt so much and loves coming here. All the staff are amazing and have real love for the children. I would 100% recommend Greatsaurus as a nursery.
