Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool offers childcare and education in a caring environment for children aged six months to five years. The nursery’s setting provides children with a rich learning environment where they can develop and learn to express their individuality.

Learning through play is promoted at Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool and all activities are designed in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) as set out by the Government. This enables children to develop emotionally, physically and academically. Activities are both child- and adult-led and take place indoors and outdoors, allowing for further learning opportunities.

Staff have a wealth of experience and knowledge, ranging from academic, university qualifications to life experience, all of which enables them to provide children with the best care and education possible. Each child has a Key Person who is responsible for their learning and wellbeing at the nursery, and staff receive extra training when necessary to support individual children of all needs and abilities.

Parents are very much involved in their child’s progress and they are welcome to meet regularly with their child’s Key Person to discuss their wellbeing and development.

My wife and I are always overwhelmed by how excited and enthusiastic our grandson is when we tell him it is time to go to nursery! We cherish the time we spend with him and look after him for certain days during the week, but it is always a heart warming experience when we drop him off at Greatsaurus
and wave him off.
In such a short space of time we have seen a real boost in his confidence and now loves interacting with other children when out and about.
I wholeheartedly thank the staff for making our Grandson feel so welcome and we couldn't be happier to be part of the Greatsaurus extended family. I would highly recommend this nursery!

Fantastic nursery with the warm, kind and friendly staff! My Grandson recently joined the nursery and all the staff have gone out of their way to make the whole family feel welcomed. He has learnt so much and I can already see a difference in his play, he is much more confident and less shy in new situations.
We already have a gallery in our kitchen of all the creations he has made, the staff are super creative and are always thinking up new and exciting activities for the children. The space is incredible and I love the fact he can use the garden space throughout the whole day. We love Greatsaurus Nursery and will continue to highly recommend it!

Greatsaurus Nursery is a fantastic nursery with amazing staff!
Our son settled in very well and that was all down to the amazing team that looked after him throughout his first week.
The facilities and food are first class and the use of the web-cam service is such a peace of mind!
I would recommend
Greatsaurus to anyone in the Worthing area.

We are incredibly pleased with Greatsaurus. Our son was 3 when he started so we were not sure how he would take to it, but the staff have made it a warm and interesting place for him to be and he loves it.
The communication with us on a daily basis is fantastic and the activities are great fun.

Lovely large setting, lots of different areas and activities. Beautiful garden and amazingly friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Daughter has only just started but feel happy in the knowledge that she will be well looked after.

This nursery is outstanding and one of the best I've seen.
Highly recommend and I will be using again for my youngest.
It has lots for the children to do, very clean and a wonderful garden for the children to play in and learn about different areas.

Our son was able to transfer from sister nursery Brightsaurus in Hove with ease, and all the staff went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and at home straight away. I thought he could never love a nursery as much as Brightsaurus, but he loves Greatsaurus even more! He is the oldest, and
has learnt so much about being caring and helpful with the younger ones. I can see the difference in him and in his play, and the way he relates to others.


When we did a tour we were so excited and impressed, as it really is incredibly well equipped - the rooms are absolutely huge, and full of toys and games for the children to play with. The kitchen and garden are fantastic too - we wanted to stay ourselves!


We've been hugely impressed with the staff too, and feel like our son really does have a family outside home.


When our son wakes up in the morning the first question he asks in a very excited voice is: "Am I going to nursery today?!", which I think says it all really....

We love Greatsaurus nursery! My son started here when I returned to work. I was nervous about how he would settle being a breastfed child who has never been away from me for one day!
I shouldn't have worried. The staff are so fantastic and supportive - he is so happy and safe in their care. They are
happy for me to provide my milk for my son's lunch feed and are fully supportive of my son's routine and quirks. He loves his days there.
The rooms are a fantastic size - the biggest I saw on viewing nurseries and are laid out beautifully with a good range of toys and activities for all the senses and ages. The garden was a major selling point for me. Not many nurseries in Worthing have a huge garden with so many facilities for children to enjoy.
Staff update me daily on what he's been doing and enjoying. Everybody is so friendly and informative.
The parent Webcam is nice so you can have a sneaky peek at lunch - it's lovely to see him enjoying himself.
Massively recommend this nursery!

My son joined Greatsaurus Nursery in December 2016 after a recommendation from a friend.


I went to visit all the nurseries in the area and there isn't anything that compares to this nursery. The rooms are large and spacious with fabulous resources and the atmosphere is warm and friendly.


Staff

have lots of experience and are all highly qualified. Since joining, my son has already made so much progress, his speech has come on leaps and bounds and he is much more confident.


Being a first time Mum I was apprehensive about leaving my child for the first time but I'm so glad I took a leap of faith and put my trust in the staff at Greatsaurus. They have gone out of their way to make me and my family feel welcome and my son already has strong attachments with all the staff. I couldn't be happier with the nursery and would highly recommend it!
