Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool

My son has attended the setting since he was 10 months old and we cannot rate it highly enough. As we head off to school this summer, I am confident that my son has been prepared by the staff at Bright Horizons to have the best start possible. He comes back excitedly chatting about the things he has done during the day and has a close relationship with his key worker. Having been at the nursery for such a length of time, it is wonderful to see staff that began with him in the baby room progress to management and develop in their careers and qualifications too. I feel that there is a real culture of nurturing for both children and colleagues. We will be very sad to leave!

The nursery has been great for our son, who settled in quickly after we relocated. The staff always seem so interested and thoughtful about every child at hand over time, and any small issues raised are very quickly dealt with in a way that makes us feel in safe hands. Our son goes in happy and comes out happy and is always full of stories and excitement about his day. They do a wide variety of activities, and we get lots of lovely updates and photos. The space is really inviting for children, and I’m yet to meet a staff member that doesn’t appear to enjoy their job.

My son attends two full days a week and absolutely loves it. Me and my partner feel really relaxed when he is there and the management in the baby room is amazing. They always give a full handover of his day and do so much with him. Couldn’t recommend a better nursery.

My child has settled in so well, having been at another setting before hand, seeing him walk in happily to his key person who he has an amazing bond with really makes me as a mum feel relaxed whilst working. The team go above and beyond in his room and always keep me in the loop about his day.

Very good nursery. I feel confident that my children are in a safe and happy environment. The staff are lovely and always ready to listen and answer any questions you may have. The kids are always having fun and learning new things.

The nursery has been excellent for my daughter. She has grown and developed so much under such fantastic and energetic staff. Questions and queries are quickly answered and there is a real sense of care as soon as you walk in. A varied menu cooked by an excellent chef which my daughter always eats. Excellent all around.

The menu is brilliant, with an on-site chef who creates meals our child wouldn't usually eat anywhere else!

I also find that I can share my concerns or my child's progress with the staff and they are always there to listen or provide their professional advice. I can only recommend this nursery.

Very kind and caring staff. Excellent education for the children. I recommend it perfectly. Clean interior with no shoes policy. Healthy foods but I think it would be more traditional sometimes. Safe garden with, big wooden climbing frame, wish there would be a hanging swing made of tyres.

I cannot thank them enough or recommend this nursery more. I would give more stars if possible.

I have both of my children at the nursery with my eldest attending since 2019. Whilst there has been a change in the ownership throughout this time, I feel it has only improved since becoming part of Bright Horizons Day Nursery. The staff and management are brilliant and my children have built lovely bonds with them. The communication is excellent and I love regularly receiving pictures/videos of them during the day. It is a lovely, nurturing nursery which I would definitely recommend.

My little one has been coming to this nursery since he was 9 months old, this year will be his last before he starts school. He has learnt so much and blossomed, with the support from the amazing staff. Would recommend this nursery if you are looking for a nurturing family vibe.

We are so happy our son is attending this nursery. He started when he was 1 year old and was extremely attached to his parents as we don't have a family in the UK and our son did not have any experience of staying with anyone, but his parents. We were very concerned about his adaptation to the nursery. However, it took just a few days and we saw an amazing transformation: our son became more independent, started walking after a week in the nursery and even started using sign language. Now he feels bored staying at home and is happy to go to the nursery, since the staff is very creative with different activities. We are very grateful to our key person, she is extremely kind, caring, attentive and we can see how much love she is expressing towards the children. We are also very grateful to the management and other staff members.

My daughter started at Greatsaurus in July after us relocating and she (and we) absolutely adore this nursery! The manager and deputy manager are so full of energy, ideas and passion. The nursery workers and our daughter's key worker are incredible with her and she has progressed so much, in just a few short months. The communication with parents is consistently excellent and we are given the opportunity to come in and participate, during workshops. They are all so knowledgeable, caring and our daughter loves telling us about the different activities and local trips they have done. It is always clean and the different rooms provide a varied environment for her. Could not be happier with this nursery.

The manager is excellent and she listened to my concerns, however, she can not be present and supervising the staff at all times.

Our daughter receives excellent care in a friendly and warm environment that encourages everyone to flourish. We are constantly pleased by the things she has learnt at nursery and how much she enjoys attending. The staff are excellent.

The setting is spacious, stimulating and clean with a nice garden. The staff are very knowledgeable, understanding and friendly. They are very good at their communication as well, and as a parent, you feel completely involved and up-to-date about all aspects of your child’s day. My son has speech delay and it is wonderful to see how much the staff are supporting him. They always think of further strategies to support him and his behaviour; it shows they really care. They are also very gentle and positive about their approach and clearly have a great insight into child development and what is reasonably expected from young children. The settles were not stressful either and I know it is mostly because of the professionalism and warmth of the staff members. My son adores his key person, they have a great bond, and he also feels safe with other staff there. Overall, we are so happy that we chose Greatsaurus for our son, we can wholeheartedly recommend this nursery, it ticks all the boxes!

We love Greatsaurus nursery. It has a real family feel and the staff go above and beyond to encourage and support the children to develop. The activities are varied and current and the staff go all out to make them super fun as well as educational. The food is all home cooked and of a high standard, the nursery is also spotlessly clean and well organised. I have always felt my child is well looked after and loved here. Can't recommend it enough.

We have been using this nursery for the last 2.5 years when we moved our two daughters from their previous nursery and I cannot recommend it enough. They have helped both my daughters thrive and set them up for starting school, including my youngest who is leaving this month to start school. I know she will miss it a lot - as will I! The staff are all amazing and so patient and caring with the children. I wish we’d moved them sooner.
