Banana Moon West Bromwich nursery provides childcare for children from nought to five years of age, in a caring and secure environment.

The nursery is separated into three age-appropriate rooms for babies under two years of age, toddlers aged two to three years, and pre-school age children. The nursery also provides sleep rooms for babies and younger children, equipped with cots and sleep mattresses.

Each day, children are encouraged to play outside, throughout the year, for fresh air and exercise. Well-balanced, nutritious meals and snacks are freshly prepared for the children and they are provided with five portions of fruit and vegetables each day.

CCTV and a fingerprint recognition access system means that children are safe and supervised at all times.

My daughter attends Banana Moon Day Nursery. When she first started, due to being a lockdown baby, she was very nervous. The ladies who work there have been absolutely incredible; she now walks in (started when she was a baby). Confidently and constantly learns new things. It’s clear to see the passion
the staff, including management, have for their job; they always keep you informed and up to date! The nursery is organised and always has fun interactive actives on for the kids; they also include families very often, which I think is lovely. The app they use to update you about your child’s day is incredible, as you can see pictures of what they have been doing and all updates; this is updated every day and feedback is very thorough! They do a fabulous job - highly recommend.

Fantastic nursery.

My daughter has been at Banana Moon since June and at first, I was hesitant to put her in nursery at just over 18 months but it was definitely the right decision. She has learnt so much and made so many friends. The team at Banana Moon are fantastic and really do care about the children and it shows

Thank you to the girls in the full moons. We were finding it hard to brush my son's teeth at home, we would hold him for us to brush his teeth. Until dad asked the girls to help us with toothbrushing. They had 2 weeks of doing it in nursery, oh my god my son now brushes his teeth twice a day he even

I am really pleased with the staff at Banana Moon Day Nursery West Bromwich. My child quickly settled, is learning lots, and really enjoys going. The staff care for and know my child well. Communication is really good, management are not only approachable but always looking for ways to improve on what

I was very impressed by how well the parent's feedback event was organised and conducted under the difficult circumstances presented by the current Covid restricted environment. The staff were both excellent in delivering useful and informative feedback to cover both of my daughters progress so far,

Our daughter has been attending nursery since January this year and we have seen how she has developed within a few months of her attending. She is always smiling and happy when going in and coming out. She has made new friends and is always talking about her day, what she has been doing, about her
key worker and is always excited to go in the next day. She has very good nutritional meals and loves playing in the nursery garden. She loves to help look after the animals they have there. The nursery always keeps us up to date on a daily basis with our child's day by face to face conversation and by the nursery app. The nursery was recommended by a friend and would recommend the nursery to other people.

Since my son has started the nursery in the toddler room I have been nothing but happy with the way the nursery has dealt with coronavirus has been exceptional ensuring the children, parents and staff are all kept safe at all times. My son always comes home so happy and always looking forward to going
back the next day. I also get to see what he has done and ate on the app that is updated every day.

Fab nursery. My 18 month old was a shy little boy before he started nursery, he was all his mommy and didn't want to leave me. He goes here two days a week and has come on loads in the short time he's been here. Staff are fab and welcoming and my little boy loves going to nursery, thank you so much
to the nursery and staff. I was very worried about all this Covid but the nursery has put so much in place to keep themselves and the children safe. We drop the children off at the door and a member of staff takes them in. All staff are wearing face coverings throughout the day and staff and children stay in their own rooms to make sure no bubbles are broken.

I am Level 3 Qualified, I have worked in childcare for 13 years, and have held manager positions since 2016 in a number of nurseries. I have worked for Banana Moon since 2022 and really love the way the franchise supports its nurseries and how the Early Learning and Development Programme supports our children and families' progress.
