Banana Moon West Bromwich nursery provides childcare for children from nought to five years of age, in a caring and secure environment.

The nursery is separated into three age-appropriate rooms for babies under two years of age, toddlers aged two to three years, and pre-school age children. The nursery also provides sleep rooms for babies and younger children, equipped with cots and sleep mattresses.

Each day, children are encouraged to play outside, throughout the year, for fresh air and exercise. Well-balanced, nutritious meals and snacks are freshly prepared for the children and they are provided with five portions of fruit and vegetables each day.

CCTV and a fingerprint recognition access system means that children are safe and supervised at all times.

My daughter has been at Banan Moon Nursery since September 2020. It was hard at the beginning as she would cry a bit and tantrums at home (part of the age). Now she has been going two times a week on different days and she is most of the time happy, singing and telling stories from nursery with a smile
and what she has eaten and done. Thanks to the staff/manager that managed to accept these two days a week. I recommended Banana Moon to a friend of mine and would do to anyone that is looking for a good nursery, friendly and caring staff. God bless you all.

Banana Moon is a wonderful place for children. The staff are very pleasant, friendly and are punctual on collecting and returning the children. Since my grandchild has been attending the nursery he returns home very happy and contented. He enjoys attending the nursery very much and enjoys all the activities

My experience with Banana Moon has been great. All the staff are very polite and always smiling. They offer good advice and always have nice comments to share. Caring, cooperative and polite staff with children and parents. The best activity for the parents provided by the Nursery is the Child's diary where beautiful pictures of the child and activities performed have been framed which is very attractive and interesting. Also, it tells the child's time and
activities spent at the nursery. It’s a brilliant idea and other nurseries should study and learn from it to improve nursery styles, teaching techniques. Congratulations to the staff for their success and ask parents to visit.

Both my daughters attend this nursery. My eldest has been going for 18 months and my youngest for 6 months. They both love coming here and get excited in the morning to attend. They both enjoy the activities, outside play and the meals they have here. Staff are great at their jobs and are genuinely
caring towards the children. The nursery has an excellent setup and the children learn about a wide range of topics. I definitely recommend it if you are in need of a nursery.

We enrolled our baby recently (April 2020) after his previous nursery had to close due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Nursery’s managers were very supportive and accommodated NHS staff children with support and compassion. The nursery is taking government’s rules seriously and following the guidelines. For
example, they check children’s temperature every morning, use special school bags and trolley to transfer children into and out of the nursery. This extra precaution assured me as a parent that my child will be safe and well looked after during this difficult time. Overall, I am happy with Banana Moon West Bromwich nursery service and I appreciate their support during this uncertain time.

My son has found it very hard to settle in from the beginning but the staff have been great in helping him to settle in, making him feel at ease.
The staff are very flexible and professional in the way they deal with children. I felt very upset every time I left my son as he would be crying and shouting
but when I went back, he would be fine and playing.
The staff would take pictures to show me how he has been while I was not there and he was enjoying himself, no tantrums, which really helped put my mind at rest. The staff are excellent.

I highly recommend Banana Moon Day Nursery West Bromwich. The standard of care is excellent, staff are professional, with daily verbal and written feedback for parents. The nursery experience provided to my son has been full of fun with new experiences every day that have helped his development in all
areas. I am grateful for the love, care and attention given to my son's individual needs and development and for the warm feeling that is reflected throughout the nursery - not to mention the fantastic outdoor play area which ensures that he gets plenty outdoor play. His key worker is amazing and they have bonded very well.

Banana Moon is a great and nurturing environment for children of all ABILITIES! My son with advanced needs has been attending nursery here for a few months and I must say the level of care and attentiveness given to my child by all staff makes me very comfortable leaving him in their care. They truly
go above and beyond to understand and respond to the needs and moods of my child (which varies daily) with bright smiles, which is greatly appreciated. They tailor his activities and make accommodations to meet him at his level and challenge him at his level of ability. They also do everything possible to keep him included in all nursery activities and integrated with the other kids despite his lack of mobility and speech. This is helping him to progress steadily and his successes are celebrated as much by them, as they are celebrated by me!

My 3-year-old daughter has been attending Banana Moon since February 2017 and since then, she has progressed so much, her development amazes us and this is primarily due to the work of the staff at Banana Moon. The staff are all very friendly both with parents and the children and at the end of every
day, we receive detailed feedback about how her day has been, what she has been involved in and also everything that she has eaten which is great. The meals are always varied and very healthy with lots of fruit and vegetables. My daughter loves attending this nursery and loves telling us about all her friends there and also everything she has been doing in the day. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for somewhere to care for their children.

I have visited quite a few nurseries over the years and Banana Moon Day Nursery West Bromwich is, hands down, my favourite so far.
The staff are so lovely and laid back and I really appreciate that.
I couldn't ask for a better key worker for my son. I can tell she genuinely cares about his progress
and listens to any concerns I have or help that I might need.
Absolute 10/10 from me and I cannot wait for my daughter to start :)

My daughter suffers with speech problems, and the nursery is notified of anything they can do by speech therapy to help her.
My daughter also has separation issues and they are helping to deal with those. She has been at nursery for 10 months and is improving greatly with the support for my daughter
and for myself, always willing to help and support.
Staff are amazing, people friendly and supportive. I made a suggestion that they give me worksheets that they are using at school, so I could continue the same work at home, so she is continuing the same work. I had worksheets the following week.

I am very happy that I have chosen this nursery for my child, she has been attending from January and has settled in very well. The nursery has a really good settling in process, the staff are all friendly and I feel so comfortable leaving my child in the care of the staff. The daily updates/reports
are fantastic, explains all things your child has done, eaten, etc. very detailed and useful. The nursery has many different rooms for babies and pre-schoolers to play in, not to mention they celebrate all different religion events/celebrations. Good range of diversity! Fantastic work day in day out by all! Choosing a nursery is a very hard choice, trusting people for so many hours a day with your child, but I am so happy I made the right choice to send my child to Banana Moon. Thank you to all the staff, keep up the excellent work!

I am Level 3 Qualified, I have worked in childcare for 13 years, and have held manager positions since 2016 in a number of nurseries. I have worked for Banana Moon since 2022 and really love the way the franchise supports its nurseries and how the Early Learning and Development Programme supports our children and families' progress.
