Banana Moon Day Nursery West Bromwich

Our daughter has been attending nursery since January this year and we have seen how she has developed within a few months of her attending. She is always smiling and happy when going in and coming out. She has made new friends and is always talking about her day, what she has been doing, about her key worker and is always excited to go in the next day. She has very good nutritional meals and loves playing in the nursery garden. She loves to help look after the animals they have there. The nursery always keeps us up to date on a daily basis with our child's day by face to face conversation and by the nursery app. The nursery was recommended by a friend and would recommend the nursery to other people.

Since my son has started the nursery in the toddler room I have been nothing but happy with the way the nursery has dealt with coronavirus has been exceptional ensuring the children, parents and staff are all kept safe at all times. My son always comes home so happy and always looking forward to going back the next day. I also get to see what he has done and ate on the app that is updated every day.

Fab nursery. My 18 month old was a shy little boy before he started nursery, he was all his mommy and didn't want to leave me. He goes here two days a week and has come on loads in the short time he's been here. Staff are fab and welcoming and my little boy loves going to nursery, thank you so much to the nursery and staff. I was very worried about all this Covid but the nursery has put so much in place to keep themselves and the children safe. We drop the children off at the door and a member of staff takes them in. All staff are wearing face coverings throughout the day and staff and children stay in their own rooms to make sure no bubbles are broken.

My daughter has been at Banan Moon Nursery since September 2020. It was hard at the beginning as she would cry a bit and tantrums at home (part of the age). Now she has been going two times a week on different days and she is most of the time happy, singing and telling stories from nursery with a smile and what she has eaten and done. Thanks to the staff/manager that managed to accept these two days a week. I recommended Banana Moon to a friend of mine and would do to anyone that is looking for a good nursery, friendly and caring staff. God bless you all.

Banana Moon is a wonderful place for children. The staff are very pleasant, friendly and are punctual on collecting and returning the children. Since my grandchild has been attending the nursery he returns home very happy and contented. He enjoys attending the nursery very much and enjoys all the activities prepared for him.

My experience with Banana Moon has been great. All the staff are very polite and always smiling. They offer good advice and always have nice comments to share. My brother loves to come to nursery and is always happy with a big smile on his face when he is leaving and comes home happy. Banana Moon has really opened up his confidence and helped him with his speech and language. Everday he is learning something new.

Caring, cooperative and polite staff with children and parents. The best activity for the parents provided by the Nursery is the Child's diary where beautiful pictures of the child and activities performed have been framed which is very attractive and interesting. Also, it tells the child's time and activities spent at the nursery. It’s a brilliant idea and other nurseries should study and learn from it to improve nursery styles, teaching techniques. Congratulations to the staff for their success and ask parents to visit.

My experience with the staff has been great the manager is always there to answer any questions. The staff there are willing to help with any part of training and weaning at any stage my child is at.

Both my daughters attend this nursery. My eldest has been going for 18 months and my youngest for 6 months. They both love coming here and get excited in the morning to attend. They both enjoy the activities, outside play and the meals they have here. Staff are great at their jobs and are genuinely caring towards the children. The nursery has an excellent setup and the children learn about a wide range of topics. I definitely recommend it if you are in need of a nursery.

We enrolled our baby recently (April 2020) after his previous nursery had to close due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Nursery’s managers were very supportive and accommodated NHS staff children with support and compassion. The nursery is taking government’s rules seriously and following the guidelines. For example, they check children’s temperature every morning, use special school bags and trolley to transfer children into and out of the nursery. This extra precaution assured me as a parent that my child will be safe and well looked after during this difficult time. Overall, I am happy with Banana Moon West Bromwich nursery service and I appreciate their support during this uncertain time.

It is the best place for kids to learn, play and doing many things. My child is feeling very happy with the staff. Very friendly. I wish to be a baby again and come to this nursery. I love them and I recommend it for all the parents.

The staff would take pictures to show me how he has been while I was not there and he was enjoying himself, no tantrums, which really helped put my mind at rest. The staff are excellent.

The nursery experience provided to my son has been full of fun with new experiences every day that have helped his development in all areas. I am grateful for the love, care and attention given to my son's individual needs and development and for the warm feeling that is reflected throughout the nursery - not to mention the fantastic outdoor play area which ensures that he gets plenty outdoor play. His key worker is amazing and they have bonded very well.

Banana Moon is a great and nurturing environment for children of all ABILITIES! My son with advanced needs has been attending nursery here for a few months and I must say the level of care and attentiveness given to my child by all staff makes me very comfortable leaving him in their care. They truly go above and beyond to understand and respond to the needs and moods of my child (which varies daily) with bright smiles, which is greatly appreciated. They tailor his activities and make accommodations to meet him at his level and challenge him at his level of ability. They also do everything possible to keep him included in all nursery activities and integrated with the other kids despite his lack of mobility and speech. This is helping him to progress steadily and his successes are celebrated as much by them, as they are celebrated by me!

My 3-year-old daughter has been attending Banana Moon since February 2017 and since then, she has progressed so much, her development amazes us and this is primarily due to the work of the staff at Banana Moon. The staff are all very friendly both with parents and the children and at the end of every day, we receive detailed feedback about how her day has been, what she has been involved in and also everything that she has eaten which is great. The meals are always varied and very healthy with lots of fruit and vegetables. My daughter loves attending this nursery and loves telling us about all her friends there and also everything she has been doing in the day. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for somewhere to care for their children.

I started sending my 2 year old around 8 months ago. His journey with Banana Moon has been a delight. Not only he has developed leaps and bounds, the staff are very supportive and look after kids amazingly.
