The Nursery is brilliant. They offer my son so much support. He thoroughly enjoys his time there. You can clearly see the loving bond between the staff and him. Would highly recommend. Activities are very diverse and captivating. Food is also brilliant with so many things that he wouldn't have tried
if it weren't for coming to Banana Moon.

A wonderful nursery that truly puts the needs and care of the children first. Our daughter loved attending nursery and learnt so much in her time there. Although she has now left, the staff have had such a lasting impact on her that she still asks to go back and see them all and tell them what she's
learnt at school!
We could not have asked for a better nursery to send our daughter to and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Thank you for all you have done and continue to do.

We've had a great experience with Banana Moon Nursery West Brom. My daughter recently moved from the baby room to the toddler room, and the transition was so smooth thanks to the amazing practitioners. They made her feel safe, and she now looks forward to going in every day. The practitioners are
always friendly, helpful, and take time to update us at the end of each day about how she's been, which I really appreciate.
The app is brilliant too - I get live updates with photos, meals, naps, and activities, which helps me feel connected while I'm at work. Since joining the toddler room, her speech and confidence have improved so much. She's learning new things every day and always surprises us with her progress.
I love that Banana Moon West Brom follows a long-term plan that supports her learning and development all the way to school age. We're so happy with the care and support she's getting. Highly recommend

This nursery has been fundamental in the development of not just my youngest child who is currently in the baby room but also my oldest child who is now 9 years old!
Starting with my oldest who attended at 2 years old with speech delays, an only
Child who struggled with attatchment and also
sharing with peers over the 3 years she attended her speech grew impeccably along with her relations with others.
To my current child who is in the baby room, she settled almost instantly, created a lovely bond with staff and peers and just oozes confidence since attending!
I cannot express my gratitude enough!
10/10 for this nursery!

Amazing staff relationships with child and parents. Communication of daily dairies and upcoming events, not so great. Missing information and short notice of day time events. Parents workshops not inclusive for people who work. Food is not varied and lunch meals often the same.

Everyone is disciplined, responsible and efficient. The indoor and outdoor environment of the nursery is very excellent. The quality of food provided to the children is very satisfactory and the activities have had a positive impact on my child's behaviour and learning.

Good Nusery overall, staff are very very good. It's local to me and my wife to drop our toddler off. The staff take the time to listen to concerns and the hours work around our working pattern. Always polite here.

I have twin girls that attend this nursery and I can honestly say, I have seen huge improvements. I feel my girls are getting the support they need and are progressing significantly.
This is all thanks to the supportive staff members.

My son loves this nursery, he has been here since he was a baby and all staff are lovely and welcoming and supported him in his transitions. He will be sad to leave next year.

Recent parent's evening was great.
The process was thorough got some great information on how to help increase learning and development between home and nursery.
Teachers are great there are plenty of activities throughout the week. Socialising skills have continued to increase which is brilliant.

We send both of our children here. They both love it and have developed so much being here. The staff are friendly and there is great communication, the app is a great way of keeping up to date.
One of our boys has a cow's milk allergy which the nursery has been very accommodating about and can
easily discuss with them if needed.
The kids are always so full of it when they come home and can't wait to talk about what they have been doing.

I feel the nursery really puts the children first. Have sent all 3 of my children to Banana Moon and each of them has enjoyed their time and really thrived. The staff are really friendly and approachable and take the time to get to know the children well. They are always helpful if there are any
issues and act on any concerns.

Cannot express how wonderful, kind and patient the staff are with the children. My daughter always comes home so happy and excited to tell me about her day and what she did with her friends.

Third year in Banana Moon Day Nursery and I can't recommend this nursery enough. Excellent staff, clean vicinity, very friendly and professional. I get daily updates about your child on the app and in person from my child's key person. They're very welcoming and easy to deal with. They treat
complaints very quickly. I am happy with their service because I see my son improving at all times.
I say well done to the staff and continue the great work.
