Cannot express how wonderful, kind and patient the staff are with the children. My daughter always comes home so happy and excited to tell me about her day and what she did with her friends.

I say well done to the staff and continue the great work.

My daughter loves her nursery, she has built lovely relationships with the staff who took the time to settle her into nursery life. She has a key person who is brilliant but also feels comfortable and confident to go to other staff too. The staff greet her with big, warm smiles and she puts her arms straight out to them which melts my heart. It means so much to know that my daughter is cared for and happy, every day is an adventure! Thank you Banana Moon. I would highly recommend this nursery for every child.

Fantastic nursery with the most caring, approachable and friendly staff! We were shown around by the office manager, who was very attentive, polite and transparent. The nursery has been so accommodating to our son's needs and the staff even researched his condition to provide the best level of care. Key workers have been absolutely brilliant - My son is so happy there and is being looked after by the best! Definitely recommend this nursery!

I am pleased with the level of care my child is experiencing at Banana Moon. He is happy and enjoying his time at the nursery. They have plenty of learning opportunities through play. The environment is safe, and the staff are friendly and caring, also working together with the child’s development.

First-time parent bringing my daughter here! All the staff were so welcoming and made us both feel comfortable. They are very informative and keep me up to date. They do lovely activities and are always on top of everything. Just a big thank you for being so welcoming and looking after my girl. She’s learned so much already!

Management are hands on with meet and greet approach when I arrive with my twin children. I'm happy with the feedback I get at the end of the session on collection. Very clean nursery.

The manager is rude and hot-tempered. You cannot get a word in edgeways. You have to go to their availability. Not correct PPE when children playing outside. My son has only been there two weeks. He returned to me filthy and shoes soaking wet. No adequate key worker in place and incorrect diaries. Avoid Banana Moon Stone Cross. If you are an involved parent don't expect any help from management to staff.

We are really enjoying going to Banana Moon Day Nursery West Bromwich. My daughter is coming back as a happy girl every day. Staff are listening and taking excellent care of children. They are very king and nice. Same as management. When you have questions they always answer them. Also very helpful with potty training.

The Banana Moon Day Nursery West Bromwich staff have been great, they are all so lovely and no request is too much for the management team. My son's confidence has come on so much since attending Banana Moon the last year.

My twin toddlers have been here since January. Oustanding nursery, providing brilliant care on virtually a one-to-one basis. My children love going to nursery every day. The teachers are fabulous, very friendly and you can tell they really care for the children. The facilities outside are the best part of the nursery for the twins. They enjoy the activities that the teachers have ready for them every day. As a mum I love how clean the nursery is and the staff are very comfortable with parents my kids will miss the nursery when they finish at the end of this term.

Overall a 10 out of 10 for childcare knowledge, child engagement, safety, encouragement and staff attitude.

Banana Moon is great for children who like to do a lot of activities. From playing with dough to running around in the playground. The vast amount of activities keeps the children active and they get to see their friends too. Great service and enjoyable for children.

Since moving my son to Banana Moon in November 2022 the staff have been very reassuring whilst he settled in. Since he started the staff and I have seen a massive improvement in his development, especially his speech.

The entire team are extremely helpful, pleasant, happy and accommodating! My child has thrived amongst you all. We as parents have extreme gratitude to you all.

I am very satisfied with this kindergarten. My child learned a lot. All the employees are very decent and polite and take great care of the children. The food is excellent, the child eats there what he does not want to eat at home. The cleanliness and hygiene inside is impeccable, I have never seen it dirty inside the premises. The activities that the educators do with children are excellent.

I noticed that the management and carers put individualised learning plans for my child. They noticed the learning and development needed (verbal and speech) and worked on it accordingly. I noticed a significant change in my child's development within weeks. I found that the management and staff are honest and caring. The safety practices are good, however, improvement is needed in the personal hygiene care of children. More involvement of parents is needed. The app/web diary is amazing, kept me updated and involved. If possible increase options for breakfast.
