We are an all year round nursery, open 51 weeks per year and offer the following sessions only:
Full Day 07:30-18:00* 10 hours 30 mins
Morning 07:30:12:30 5 hours
Afternoon 13:00-18:00 5 hours
Funded hours are granted for 38 term weeks a year only. Annually this equates to 570/1140 hours for an entitlement of 15/30 hours respectively.

I can't recommend this nursery enough. They have been brilliant with my little girl and she's come on leaps and bounds since she started a few months ago. She never wants to leave when I go to collect her. She is doing something different every day. Always different crafts and messy play. I love getting the photo updates on the parents' app which is fab. The staff are lovely and I trust them 100% to look after my precious girl.

I was so nervous about sending my daughter to nursery but knew it would be so valuable for her. She is on daily medication too which was a worry but every member of staff we have come into contact with have been amazing and so polite. We can always tell our daughter has had a great day - so pleased we chose this nursery.

Fantastic nursery, my son is very anxious being around other children, Minibugs have made my son feel welcomed and even tailored little activities just for him to complete and welcome him in.

Over our time with Minibugs, it has been reassuring to watch the setting continually improve. This is not a place that will ever become complacent or satisfied to tick boxes. As a result, the already excellent nursery has become noticeably calmer recently which I believe has helped my daughter to further develop her confidence and social skills.
My 8-month-old will become a Minibug in January and I wouldn't send him anywhere else!

The nursery and all its staff are just fabulous! Both my children have been here and love it every day, always happy to go in and have so much fun while there. Staff put parents and children at ease, all so caring and polite. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

I'm so proud that my daughter attends this nursery. She has been at the nursery for 2 and a half years and loved every minute. The staff and place are amazing. Would highly recommend this nursery if you want a friendly, caring and fun-packed safe environment. Staff are great to talk too and have great training skills. My daughter has made so many friends there with other children and staff.

The staff are very pleasant and caring for all the children in their care. They do a wide variety of things with the children and I am not able to fault them at all.

Minibugs St Austell is the best nursery I have ever been around. My daughter has been going since it opened and it only gets better. All of the staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. You can talk to them about anything.

Highly recommend Minibugs, after looking around a few nurseries my son settled into this one perfectly. The staff are brilliant and very welcoming and after a few months in the baby room, he’s now super excited to start the 2 year room. It’s lovely how even the staff in different rooms know all the children and Minibugs have done brilliantly to accommodate our needs.

Home cook food is lovely and the girls eat everything!
The nursery is clean. There is always plenty of stimulating activities for the children to engage with.
Daily reports and photos are shared too.

Everyone at the nursery is wonderful, our daughter loves the girls who take care of her in the baby room. They look after her and care for her the same way we do at home - almost to the point where they feel like extended family! Our daughter is stimulated and busy all the time, from playing doctors to messy play! It’s even better now the baby room have their own garden to play in.

My daughter has really come out of her shell. In her other nursery, all she would do was cry and even after going there for a couple of months, alway cries... But once she started Minibugs only a couple of times she has. Staff are amazing very helpful.

Our 11-month-old has been at Minibugs for 2 months now and I cannot rate them enough. He’s always super happy, we’re kept up to date with all of his progress throughout the day and loves all the girls there! I’m super happy we chose Minibugs and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

My son has been attending Minibugs in St Austell since September 2018. The staff is wonderful, my son soon settled and loves going to nursery. He has made good relationships with all staff but clearly has his favourites. Every day he is challenged and has the most wonderful opportunities to get messy, explore and have fun, I know this as I get regular updates/photos throughout the day about all the fun he is having, including what he's been eating and how much, which typically is all of it.
When I've been concerned about his speech development his key worker and manager worked with me to create an IEP to set reasonable targets and have included me every step of the way, having that parent partnership is reassuring. We all worry about our children's development from time to time and knowing I can approach the staff, express my concerns and have action taken straight away is quite frankly wonderful.
Minibugs is a fantastic setting, I couldn't recommend it enough!

My child loves going to nursery. I love receiving pictures and updates on what she has been up to. During her time there, she has come on loads with her speech and activities. My baby is growing up way too fast! The team are doing great.

Only thing I would say is every week there has been something forgotten in terms of my daughter's belongings, but that’s just if I was being honest and picky, otherwise they all do a great job and I’m so happy we found Minibugs!

It only took her a few times for her to settle and she now walks straight in.
