The nursery and all its staff are just fabulous! Both my children have been here and love it every day, always happy to go in and have so much fun while there. Staff put parents and children at ease, all so caring and polite. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

I'm so proud that my daughter attends this nursery. She has been at the nursery for 2 and a half years and loved every minute. The staff and place are amazing. My grandson is very happy here and has settled in very quickly he looks forward to going and wishes he could go every day
The staff are very pleasant and caring for all the children in their care. They do a wide variety of things with the children and I am not able to fault them at all.

Highly recommend Minibugs, after looking around a few nurseries my son settled into this one perfectly. The staff are brilliant and very welcoming and after a few months in the baby room, he’s now super excited to start the 2 year room. It’s lovely how even the staff in different rooms know all the

I have my grandchildren living with us. Prior to this, they attended Minibugs and we felt it was best they return as they knew the staff and things were familiar to them. The staff are welcoming and patient, they nurture and encourage the children.
Home cook food is lovely and the girls eat everything!
The nursery is clean. There is always plenty of stimulating activities for the children to engage with.
Daily reports and photos are shared too.
I can’t rate this nursery highly enough they are lovely and my girls love going here.

Everyone at the nursery is wonderful, our daughter loves the girls who take care of her in the baby room. They look after her and care for her the same way we do at home - almost to the point where they feel like extended family! Our daughter is stimulated and busy all the time, from playing doctors
to messy play! It’s even better now the baby room have their own garden to play in.

My daughter has really come out of her shell. In her other nursery, all she would do was cry and even after going there for a couple of months, alway cries... But once she started Minibugs only a couple of times she has. Staff are amazing very helpful.

Our 11-month-old has been at Minibugs for 2 months now and I cannot rate them enough. He’s always super happy, we’re kept up to date with all of his progress throughout the day and loves all the girls there! I’m super happy we chose Minibugs and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

My son has been attending Minibugs in St Austell since September 2018. The staff is wonderful, my son soon settled and loves going to nursery. He has made good relationships with all staff but clearly has his favourites. Every day he is challenged and has the most wonderful opportunities to get messy,
explore and have fun, I know this as I get regular updates/photos throughout the day about all the fun he is having, including what he's been eating and how much, which typically is all of it.


When I've been concerned about his speech development his key worker and manager worked with me to create an IEP to set reasonable targets and have included me every step of the way, having that parent partnership is reassuring. We all worry about our children's development from time to time and knowing I can approach the staff, express my concerns and have action taken straight away is quite frankly wonderful.


Minibugs is a fantastic setting, I couldn't recommend it enough!

All the staff at Minibugs are friendly. My daughter has just turned one and I love that she has the same team in her room looking after her, as it’s a familiar contact for both myself and my daughter. The app is fantastic and the staff are generally very good at updating, even on days where there isn’t
so much posted, I don’t mind as I know it’s just because they’re all clearly having too much fun!
Only thing I would say is every week there has been something forgotten in terms of my daughter's belongings, but that’s just if I was being honest and picky, otherwise they all do a great job and I’m so happy we found Minibugs!

My daughter has been going to Minibugs one day a week for a few months and she loves it.
It only took her a few times for her to settle and she now walks straight in.
The staff are amazing and I'm always kept up to date on how she is etc.

When my child started at Minibugs he was very quiet and hardly spoke.
He has come on leaps and bounds and this is all thanks to the amazing team.
They seem to treat him as one of their own.
He is happy and loves being there..and even gets excited to go.
Highly recommend.

My little boy came to your nursery from a different setting. All the staff were and still are happy to help with any difficulties you may be having. They were ever so supportive when it came to toilet training and even made him his own Alien stickers to encourage him. He is such a busy boy and we feel
that they always keep him busy.
Now he is older, he can communicate what he has done throughout the day and how each morning he can’t wait to go. The staff are always warm and welcoming, it’s great that we get updates daily. I can easily see what he has eaten and done. As I don’t get to pick him up, for us, it’s lovely in the evening, we can look and talk about what he has done.
Would definitely recommend Minibugs!

My child didn't want to go to nursery to begin with (like many!) but within the first weeks, she had bonded with the staff who have looked after her and made her feel comfortable and happy whilst at Minibugs. There are lots of great activities, the facilities are excellent and staff very friendly.
