Since my little girl started here she has thrived! Staff are brilliant with her, excellent at keeping the parents up to date throughout the day with plenty of information about what she is getting up to during the day! Amazing setting for little ones, so much so I'm transferring my eldest child too!

Mini bugs have been incredible throughout our nursery journey, we have recently moved up to 2-3's the transition was so well supported and my little one was given the opportunity in the lead up to transition to explore the room and bond with the workers making the environment familiar and
connections already made in advance of the transition so when move day came he was well equipped to handle the change and is settling well!
Every room so far has been spectacular and helped leaps and bounds with development I couldn't recommend them more! 5* through and through

I would love to extend my sincere appreciation to Minibugs Nursery St. Austell. My little one has been so good this past few weeks. He is more interactive when it comes to playing toys and pretend plays. He doesnt get easily bored. Sleeping wise, they follow our sleep pattern so it is not disrupted
during nursery days. He enjoys alot when he said he is going to the big room. He even knows all the staff names. Telling me his day in nursery which is very good to a mom who wants to know what happen.

My son has been attending since he was 11 months old. He will be 4 this year and leaving for school.
Each room has supported his development and we have felt at ease leaving him.
He loves being in the pre school room and is thriving.
Any queries have been dealt with promptly and professionally.

Never had any issues with any member of the team. My son loves it there and is very fond of the team. Due to health issues we have had to keep him away sometimes due to hospital operations etc and needed to discuss his place with Steph. Steph has been really good and helpful since day one. Not a bad
word to say about the nursery and the staff at all!

We love Minibugs. My child is so comfortable and happy there. She comes home every day telling me all about the fun things she's done and the activities she's taken part in. It's really nice hearing how much she enjoys her time there.She's always asking if she's going nursery everyday because of how
much fun she has. She's also found a strong friendship group in her class. Brilliant communication from the staff too

The nursery are brilliant and really accommodating when it does to my child. Always going the extra like for my child and us as parents really appreciate this.management are very good. Staff are also welcoming.

Losing stars sadly. The issue of space not dealt with. Car park space for pick up at 12.30pm is a nightmare,. Won't keep strollers in 2s room & foyer in 2s room is so tiny for parents to wait. The unit next door should make these extra spaces, maybe they themselves should relocate which gives
nursery that additional space. The status quo is not viable, must not be ignored any longer as it will put off future parents sending their children there. Its a shame as all staff & chef are amazing and my children love going there. But please can all afternoon staff in 3s have a proper plan for children using 'bathroom'. I thought the issue with my daughter got better but gone backwards & when query it, some staff, not all, answer back in a way that gives impression of 'that's the way it is' or 'its not the end of the world if not dry all day' & makes me feel bad for asking which shouldn't happen. Not too much to ask for to double down on making sure my child is dry all day.

My daughter absolutely loves Minibugs. She has made so many friends, including the carers as she speaks about them like they are her friends too!
She comes home so excited to tell us about her day, playing outside, reading books, drawing and making, imaginary play and songs they have sung! She
comes home and imitates things like "bucket time" that they do there.
Any issues we may have had are always dealt with quickly and professionally. We really get the sense the staff genuinely care about our little girls well-being and the huge presence that she has there.
Handovers are always detailed and positive.
I cannot wait for my baby to start there later this year!

My daughter has been attending minibugs since she was 2, she will be turning 4 this year and is in the pre-school room. The change that we have noticed in her is wonderful and we truly have the staff to thank for that. She has become confident, more imaginative and she speaks so fondly of her time
at minibugs. I feel so confident in her being there 3 days a week because I just know how much fun she is having. They also encourage her to eat foods that she often will not entertain at home and over the last 6 months she has been enjoying more of a variety of healthier foods both in nursery and at home and again we really do have minibugs to thank for this! I will recommend this nursery 1000%

My son has been at mini bugs for the last two years and he absolutely loves it. He is a fussy eater and the staff are going above and beyond to make sure he eats something and encourage him to explore other foods. The activities are so varied and every day my son has been he has always had a smile
on his face. The ladies are so supportive and really do care and take the time to update you on daily activities and with what's coming up. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

My son has not long started and I have been very happy with how well he's doing. They have helped a lot to settle him. They have been so supportive of his speech and the difficulties he's going threw. The staff are lovely and the senco worker has been amazing too. I'm so glad I chose this nursery

My son has come on in leaps and bounds since starting here, happily eating his food now and enjoying new toys and making friends the staff are amazing in the baby room always giving you a handover and always praising the children.

My son joined the nursery in September. He loves it. The staff are very calm and welcoming. Always smiley and make my son feel very relaxed. He was very nervous about starting a new nursery with new children but it's like he's been there for years now.

All staff are absolutely amazing they are all so welcoming not only to the children who are attending but to the parents as well. All the staff are so understanding and patient and take the time to listen to not only your child but to you as a parent.

My daughter started at Minibugs in January 2025 and has blossomed, she loves the time she has there and is getting so confident. The staff there are so welcoming, would recommend Minibugs to others, can not wait to see how she progresses with them.

My little one loves nursery days. She is always excited to get in and play. Her days are jam-packed with fun activities and she always has a great day. The staff are friendly and caring. I always leave feeling at ease that she will be happy and well looked after.

Minibugs St Austell is a fantastic nursery and did wonders for my little boy's confidence who is now in school. My daughter is now also at Minibugs and loves it, the ladies are so great with her and she enjoys going in. Would highly recommend Minibugs to anyone.

Every time I have taken my son in and pick my son up, I have found all the staff to be friendly. They also tell me how my son's day has been which I find helpful in knowing he's had a great day. I also love the app as you get all the information about your child's day. I love seeing the pictures of
my son, the activities he's done during the day, also good as a keepsake. My son has been enjoying nursery so far since he's started.
