My child has attended Minibugs Ovenden since 2023, and never had an issue. My child loves nursery, has an amazing relationship with her peers and staff. They've been amazing with any queries or worries I've had as a parent and my child has become more confident since attending. Love the nursery and
all staff :) They provide amazing experiences specifically open days and events such as Halloween parties/activities that parents can attend and Santas grottos. The staff go above and beyond and have created great memories for parents and children

My son loves going to minibugs nursery, his Dad and I are so happy with the care he receives there. All the staff are lovely, and you can tell they really love all the children at the nursery! Our son has learning disabilities and is non verbal, the staff and the other children are absolutely brilliant
with him. We will be very sad to leave in September when he is due to start school! We will miss everyone very much.

My 2 year old daughter has been attending Minibugs nursery since September 2025. They gave her such a warm and friendly welcome. There are always lots of different activities to do, and the outside space is great. The staff are super attentative and take their time to give me the details of her day
when I collect her. I was really uncertain about sending my daughter to nursery but work commitments left me no choice and I'm really glad she has settled so well and enjoys going to Minibugs. It's a weight off my mind! The app is great and I can see little updates in the day off her meals, nappies and sleep. I love the pictures they post too, she's always busy doing something fun!

My daughter loves going to nursery and is thriving learning lots of new things everyday. She has wonderful bonds with all staff in her room and loves to talk about them when she is not at nursery, she has lovely friendships and says she is excited to go to nursery.

My 1 year old attend Minibugs and he is absolutely thriving since starting. He is so happy there and loves the staff and other children. I feel so comfortable leaving him there as I know he is in safe hands. Would, and do, recommend to anyone.

We are new to this nurcery, i love the early curriculum learning plan, and there are lots of fun activities for the kids too. The room leader is confident around the kids, which made me feel comfortable leaving my child who was a little upset. Thank you to all the team

Wonderful nursery and one I can highly recommend, I was very anxious before sending my son here due to how much I loved his previous nursery. Due to changes in my working hours I had to find a new nursery, however Minibugs and their staff have gone over and beyond and made Jacob feel safe and welcome
and make me feel at ease as a result. Jacob loves his days there - always smiling on arrival and when leaving. We are always kept updated on activities he does and what he has eaten and they always seem to care and take in interest on what he gets up to outside of nursery life. The staff are really lovely, welcoming and kind, Jacob always talks of his time at nursery and his interaction with the staff which for me is a great credit too them

My little girl has attended Minibugs since April 2024. She has developed so much over the last year. Her speech, skills and development is outstanding. She absolutely loves going to nursery, her little face lights up when she sees the nursery doors. And all of the staff make her and myself so welcome.
Her key worker always makes sure that I am up to date with her progress and contacts me if they have any concerns. She has a baby brother due in a few weeks. And I now have the confidence, when he's ready to attend nursery, Minibugs will be the one he attends. I love receiving updates with photos, seeing her get involved with all the activities. Amazing staff, who go the extra mile every day.

My daughter been here now for 9 months and she loves it. The team members are amazing, they listen to you, they are knowledgeable, friendly and honest. They follow your routine at home, my little girl has come on leaps and bounds and it shows at home as well. In just wish I brought her to nursery sooner.
I can't thank the team enough. The app you get signed up to is great they log everything that happens, nappy change, food, pop photos on of your child's day etc and they don't mind you calling to check either. Highly recommended Minibugs Wincobank.

My niece has been attending this nursery since she was six months old, and she is now one. We couldn't be happier with the care she has received. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, and their communication is both assertive and reassuring. We are always kept well informed, especially at collection,
where we receive clear updates on her development and daily activities. It's very comforting to know she is in such a nurturing and supportive environment. We truly feel she has thrived here, and we're so grateful to the whole team.

Mini bugs have been incredible throughout our nursery journey, we have recently moved up to 2-3's the transition was so well supported and my little one was given the opportunity in the lead up to transition to explore the room and bond with the workers making the environment familiar and connections
already made in advance of the transition so when move day came he was well equipped to handle the change and is settling well!
Every room so far has been spectacular and helped leaps and bounds with development I couldn't recommend them more! 5* through and through

I would love to extend my sincere appreciation to Minibugs Nursery St. Austell. My little one has been so good this past few weeks. He is more interactive when it comes to playing toys and pretend plays. He doesnt get easily bored. Sleeping wise, they follow our sleep pattern so it is not disrupted
during nursery days. He enjoys alot when he said he is going to the big room. He even knows all the staff names. Telling me his day in nursery which is very good to a mom who wants to know what happen.

Never had any issues with any member of the team. My son loves it there and is very fond of the team. Due to health issues we have had to keep him away sometimes due to hospital operations etc and needed to discuss his place with Steph. Steph has been really good and helpful since day one. Not a bad

We love Minibugs. My child is so comfortable and happy there. She comes home every day telling me all about the fun things she's done and the activities she's taken part in. I was always worried about my little boy going to a nursery, but meeting the lovely ladies at minibugs made me feel so much better. My little boy loves going to nursery now, and won't look twice at me and his dad before going in! The ladies who work here are all so friendly & caring. They really

So since my child started mini bugs September october time, he has come on leaps and bounds more talkative, trying new foods which we always struggled to get him to try new things, he's now singing nursery rhymes which is lovely to hear, he absolutely loves playing in the outside area also, all the
staff are so friendly and nice to talk to and always there to help with advice or feedback if needing any help, nothing seems to be to much for them, even if im needing a extra day of nursery care they quickly check there rota and get back to us if theres availability, defiantly a 5 star rating in my eyes.

Minibugs has always been one of my daughters favourites place. She constantly runs into the room, full of joy and can't wait to start her day. They're always understanding of her allergies and dietary requirements and the chef makes the best meals for her. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming
and supportive. Especially Darby who always greets everyone with a big smile! We love Minibugs and can't thank them enough for all they've done for us
