Overall Experience

Minibugs has always been one of my daughters favourites place. She constantly runs into the room, full of joy and can't wait to start her day. They're always understanding of her allergies and dietary requirements and the chef makes the best meals for her. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming

and supportive. Especially Darby who always greets everyone with a big smile! We love Minibugs and can't thank them enough for all they've done for us

Overall Experience

My son started nursery in September, I was so nervous to leave him at first but the statf in the baby room have been amazing. My son loves all the staff especially cara and I couldn't have wished for a better nursery. They're all so helpful & reassuring and my son loves to go. The meals they prepare

the children are all fresh and nutritious and do all sorts of activities which my son loves.

Overall Experience

My 2 year old son has been attending this nursery since September and has made so much progress since being here. All the staff are so lovely and attentive, every day we get details of how he has been and what he's been up to and it's clear the staff really pay attention and care about the children

they are looking after. Caitlin, Aimee Darby and Danielle have been incredible with my son and supporting his development over the last few months, I would recommend this nursery 100%

Overall Experience

I was so nervous to send my child to a nursery setting as he's never fully left my side but since I put him into nursery in September, all my worries have disappeared. I'm in absolute awe with the nursery and all the staff that look after him especially since he requires more help than another two year

old. My absolute favourite part of it all is the handover at pick up, being told about what's he's done that day and how much he enjoys going.

Overall Experience

My little girl has been at Minibugs since the baby room and has now just moved up to the pre school room. We are so glad she has experienced Minibugs as it is a lovely nursery and the staff are all so nice and helpful. I have no worries whilst she is there and she has lots of fun doing different activities

/ learning all the time. We will be sad to leave at the end of the year when she starts school nursery!

Both boys love the nursery, have their own connections with their staff members. Both learning so many things, staff are amazing, polite and welcoming, and as a whole are very helpful with each child's needs and help them unique to what's needed at the time.

Everyone is so approachable and lovely.
My little girl has made so many friends and has developed well socially and verbally.

Overall Experience

Minibugs Wincobank is a fantastic nursery. The baby room is clean, spacious and there is a wide range of toys and activities. The staff are very friendly, professional and always prioritise the children's needs.
Nothing is ever too much trouble and the team always make me feel reassured and comfortable

knowing my child is in safe hands.
The meals and snacks and nutritious and varied.

My son is my first baby and the workers at minibugs made me feel comfortable knowing that my son will be taken care off and listened to my worries and gave me the information i needed to become more relaxed. They have a brilliant little app where i get notified when my son has had snacks, tea and nappy

changes and i also have pictures taken of him playing and learning am definitely recommending these guys to anyone who is looking for childcare especially if your on a low income they can work with you to get the funding you and your child deserve. 100% love thisbplace

We really cannot recommend this nursery enough. The whole team at Minibugs has been so wonderful and supportive since our little boy started with them in February. We recently moved from Bristol and were very nervous that he would struggle with such a big change and leaving his last nursery. With the

support from the amazing team in the baby room, he has settled in beautifully and often asks to go to nursery on his days off! The manager was an amazing help during his settling-in sessions, letting me use the WIFI whilst our internet was down in the new house! It's a lovely setting with beautiful indoor and outdoor space.

Losing stars sadly. The issue of space not dealt with. Car park space for pick up at 12.30pm is a nightmare,. Won't keep strollers in 2s room & foyer in 2s room is so tiny for parents to wait. The unit next door should make these extra spaces, maybe they themselves should relocate which gives nursery

that additional space. The status quo is not viable, must not be ignored any longer as it will put off future parents sending their children there. Its a shame as all staff & chef are amazing and my children love going there. But please can all afternoon staff in 3s have a proper plan for children using 'bathroom'. I thought the issue with my daughter got better but gone backwards & when query it, some staff, not all, answer back in a way that gives impression of 'that's the way it is' or 'its not the end of the world if not dry all day' & makes me feel bad for asking which shouldn't happen. Not too much to ask for to double down on making sure my child is dry all day.

Reply from Katherine Lawrence, Area manager South at Minibugs Nurseries Ltd (St Austell)Thank you for your feedback , Please see the responses below to the issues you have raisedThe nursery is becoming increasingly busy which then also impacts the footfall in the car park and waiting areas, we are not able to acquire additional space to improve this however the car park is being monitored at the busier times to ensure spaces are being utilised.I have considered an available area for storage for pushchairs and the amount that would be potentially required, it has shown this is not possible based on the layout of the grounds which would further impact space and we have not received requests for this from others. Parents have been happy to take pushchairs away after drop off.With regards to the issues around toileting, the team are working extremely hard to establish solutions to support this, you also have the opportunity to discuss this with the management team and room staff at any time to work together to support your child. I believe an email has been sent to you
