I can't say a bad word about Minibugs, my daughter has thrived and learnt so much. She gets so excited to go to nursery to see her friends and teachers and I couldn’t be happier, and because of how much my daughter loves it I will be sending my son to go in September! Excellent nursery. My little girl was very unsettled and they have done everything in their power to make her happy there. We are nearly at the stage she will just go with no problems. Lovely people, and very informative and always keep you up to date with everything going.

Minibugs is an absolutely fantastic nursery! My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting with Minibugs. She is so much more confident, has learnt how to share, her speech is improving and she has so much fun every time. The staff are so supportive and clearly really care for the children.
The home-cooked food is a great bonus. The school readiness programme is great and my daughter loves putting on her uniform shirt to go. I recommend Minibugs to all my friends, family and other mums on mum groups!

Well, what can I say? This nursery is amazing. The staff are lovely and brilliant with my little boy. It's so nice to see him coming home all messy and happy from his day at nursery. I always feel that my boy is in safe and caring hands when dropped off and I don't need to worry.

Leaving our little girl at Minibugs is like leaving her with family. All the staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. Her development has come on so much in her time at Minibugs. Overall very happy with my child's development and participation at nursery, lovely staff and all seem excellent with him, he did on one occasion fall from a high chair whilst I appreciate this is hopefully a one-time accident and it shouldn't happen again it did just stop me from putting extremely
likely/excellent. But other than that 1 incident I am very pleased with the nursery and the staff and have no complaints, outside space a little small (I appreciate this can't be helped) perhaps needs a little revamp. The app is a little slow.

My little boy started here in September after his previous nursery closed. I have nothing but positive things to say! We used to have tears on drop off but not at Minibugs! He walks straight in without a backwards glance, gets excited to go and sad when I say it's not a nursery day. We are updated during
the day with what he's done and eaten, and always greeted by a friendly member of staff on drop off and collection. I only wish he'd started here sooner!

The amazing nursery practitioners are kind, caring and attentive to all. I trust them completely with my child’s care and can trust my child is being stimulated in every aspect and educated to the highest standard. My child has been going to Minibugs St Austell since July 2019. He has always enjoyed attending and the staff are great with him and very professional. Communication between parents and staff is really good and I am always happy to leave him for the day knowing he will enjoy himself and be well taken
care of. Any issues are quickly communicated to us. The app is particularly good as it's nice to know what he's been getting up to.

My twin girls go to the nursery and I could not be happier with the progress they are making, especially with the way 1 of my twins is at not taking to anyone for a while. She goes in now without a care in the world and I have no worry about them being upset, all staff are amazing, very kind and patient.
I couldn't ask for a better nursery.

Our daughter started nursery when she was just 9 months old. Leaving her was the hardest thing to do but the team there helped her settle and adapted her card to her needs. 11 months on she is thriving at Minibugs. She adores all of the carers and sings about them and says their names at home. She loves
going to nursery at Minibugs and gets to do lots of fun activities and learns so much. She’s doing so well with her development and has become a happy confident little chatterbox. The girls who look after her are super friendly and work really hard. They have been amazing especially over the past months.

My daughter has been at this nursery since August and the baby room team are absolutely amazing. My little girl is so happy here - I genuinely feel like the team care for her and that she is really well looked after. The nursery always call when there is the inevitable bump or graze as she learns to
walk and they provide loads of updates and photos through the parent app - I can see she is having a great time, so many smiles and interesting activities for her to get involved with.
We are so pleased that our daughter is at this nursery. We were new to the area and only had online reviews to really make our decision on, but the reviews for Minibugs were overwhelmingly positive and I can now say that, in our experience, they are 100% true.

My twin boys love going to the nursery and have gained so much confidence and developed so much. They only originally went half a day a week and love it so much we have increased to now two and a half days a week.

Since taking and fetching our grandson to and from nursery, I find that it is an excellent nursery, with friendly staff and management.
I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nursery for their child/grandchild. So much for them to do and play with and the staff are so pleasant. It is a

Amazing! I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done and they continue to do for my son who started last year, he absolutely loves it and always tells me all the things he has been doing. You are all amazing you all work so hard to make our little ones have a good time and be happy,
for which I cannot thank you enough. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff all go above and beyond. The setting is beautiful and makes me feel like my son is at home as it’s clean, warm, friendly, smiles all around and lots to do. I always recommend this nursery to my friends and speak highly of you all to my family. I also love the parent app, I think it’s a great idea as I get to see photos of my son and the fun things he’s up too. We could not have asked for more for our son's nursery journey - thank you all such an amazing team.

I've always been the type of parent that panics about my little girl and that she would not be cared for as I like, however since going to Minibugs the staff go above and beyond to look after, care and provide opportunities for my little girl. They are always so friendly, nothing is ever too much and
it feels likes an extended part of my family. I could not feel more at ease leaving her and she absolutely loves it. I definitely recommend.
