Bright Horizons New Church Road Hove Day Nursery and Preschool

We transferred our 3.5-year-old over 6 months ago from another Saurus nursery when moving house and also out 7 month old started. We could not be happier with Brightsaurus. From the amazing staff that work so hard, to the fun activities the children do both in the pre-school and baby rooms, to the delicious meals to the excellent handovers (verbally and via the online journal). 100% recommend.

BrightSaurus Nursery has been an excellent place for both our boys. The staff are friendly and have a great relationship with the boys during the sessions and outside. The place is clean and tidy. We are very happy with our experience.

A really excellent nursery. The management team are very proactive to fix issues and also very responsive in helping issues we find such as struggling to potty train at home. As with all workers at the nursery they are positive and always follow up. The carers of our children are equally excellent. Our children really like them and the carers really positively push the children to develop across the whole curricula. I cannot suggest improvements, but always also recommend BrightSaurus to friends. Thank you.

Starting your child at nursery during a pandemic isn’t ideal, I was really anxious as my daughter had only been cared for by my husband and I due to the lockdown. All the staff at BrightSaurus Nursery were extremely friendly and reassuring. They provided detailed updates on her day as well as making it clear I could call and check on her at any point. During a busy day I find it comforting to log in via the webcam to see her socialising, playing, or napping. She settled in straight away which is a testament to the caring, patient and fun Baby Room team. I am always pleasantly surprised by all the activities and effort the team put into making each day engaging and different. My daughter has a clear bond with whole baby team especially her key worker. Our key worker has a clear passion for child education and development, I know she is in very safe hands. BrightSaurus Nursery was recommended to me by a friend and I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery.

I am very grateful for all the support and help. The care staff have provided during both lockdowns. I would highly recommend it. Also, a plus point is there are video cameras in the rooms.

The nursery does a wonderful job of balancing learning and fun while instilling high standards of cleanliness/hygiene/manners and etiquette. There's a good balance between nurturing individual personalities and discipline. He constantly amazes us with what he knows and what he's learnt at nursery. The nursery has excellent hours of opening to support working parents. The staff are what makes it special.

BrightSaurus always seems to come up with creative ideas for learning. The structure and activities are a great start for the children leading up to school.

We have been really pleased with how much he seems to enjoy his nursery days and how staff support his development. Each day he comes home with new words, skills and interests. Especially due to the pandemic we are really grateful that our son is able to socialise in a safe and nurturing environment. Whilst we don't often use the webcam it is a nice facility to have, even just logging in and seeing him asleep is very reassuring.

This is a fantastic nursery where all of the staff are super enthusiastic and friendly. They make real effort to make your child feel welcome and treated as an individual. We love it and more importantly so does our son!

Our son loves BrightSaurus and all the staff. We are happy taking him there (even during Covid, which they are handling extremely well). Lovely building and garden. Fun activities, all with love and care. Highly recommend BrightSaurus.

I am extremely happy with the diversity in education they provide, the manner in which they work with my daughter and attentiveness I receive as a parent. Communication is great and my daughter's key worker is a delight to engage with. The menu makes me jealous which my little one seems to love. Just keep doing what you are doing!

I can’t recommend BrightSaurus highly enough - my daughter has attended the baby room for 2 days a week over the past 6 months and she absolutely loves it! We love the range of activities they do, and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. My daughter has formed a real bond with her key worker which is lovely to see. The food is brilliant, offering 2 cooked meals a day plus snacks. It is also super clean and I really liked the no-shoe policy when we went for our tour. Could not be happier it, it’s a wonderful place for her to attend!

The nursery has been very good at ensuring it meets all covid secure measures in these very difficult times. The staff, especially my daughter's key person, are very personable and my daughter loves going to nursery. Happy baby, happy mum.

The team have dealt with the pandemic with a sensible approach and the utmost empathy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I just wish I’d known about BrightSaurus sooner!

I am extremely satisfied with BrightSaurus Nursery, with their education system and activity programs. My son, and so myself, have a lovely relation to all the staff, and director. All of them super friendly and helpful.
