Our daughter has been going to New Church Road for 6 months now and I can say that it has been such a great decision when we chose Bright Horizons. She is well looked after, she loves all the people that take care of her day after day and we can see that she's developing and socialising with other children more and more. I would recommend this setting to anyone! All staff are kind, no exceptions, and they keep us always updated on any progress or issues that might come up with our daughter . Thank you

The nursery have just been amazing for both of my children. My daughter has just left to go to school after 4 years and my 2 year old son attends too. Both of them are so happy and staff can't do enough to ensure that they feel happy and well looked after. They're all angels- can't recommend the nursery more.

Our daughter loves attending this nursery, she is always excited when she sees her key worker. It's clear that she is well looked after there and from the photos we see on the app she has tons of fun as well.

The nursery is fantastic, the workers are so great with our son they meet his every need, they are always so helpful and are always happy to help. Our son is always happy to go in and always comes out with a big smile on his face.

Really happy with Bright Horizons Nursery, they take really good care of our child which puts our mind to rest knowing she is in good care whilst we're at work. Would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery.

My daughter started nursery at 7 months old and the staff couldn't have been better - we are confident she is being very well looked after and grins from ear to ear at drop off and pick up. We love getting photos and updates on the app and her key worker takes a genuine interest in her development and happiness. She has already learnt so much at nursery and we are confident we have made a great decision. They do lots of different activities and always adapt them to include the smaller ones too!

We could not be happier with Bright Horizons New Church Road! Our 3 year old daughter came with us to look round and it was clear she loved it straightaway: the pre-school room was a lovely, beautifully resourced space with plenty of natural light. As soon as she got into the garden she started running around and playing with everything and as soon as we left she asked if she could go back! We enrolled her straight away and she settled happily within one day. This is a huge transformation from her previous nursery which felt like pure chaos by comparison. The staff are warm and attentive and have dealt swiftly with any issues raised: they have clearly worked incredibly hard to get this nursery to a very high standard.

Bright Horizon is one of the best nurseries. All the staff are very kind, caring, and responsible. The nursery manager patiently explained everything to us and even helped us a lot in getting the government's 15-hour found and 20% tax free childcare. Highly recommend.

My son joined the nurseries baby room back in September and we couldn't have picked a better one to send him to! With the support of the amazing staff team, he settled within a matter of a few weeks which I am so grateful for as it has made drop-offs much easier as I know he is going somewhere that he loves with people who care for him just as much as we do. Highly recommend this nursery to all parents. Thank you to all the team at Bright Horizons New Church Road Hove Day Nursery and Preschool, the work you do is seen and greatly appreciated!

As an auntie who lives so far away, having the app with regular updates (through his parents) and seeing what my nephew gets up to on a daily basis is so valuable! When I have visited the nursery it is always well kept and the staff are so welcoming. Adhering to strict security policies to keep the children safe!

The staff make an amazing effort to make every day exciting for the children. Trips to the library, visits to the beach and activities my son talks about endlessly. He’s built great relationships with other children and the staff.

Fantastic nursery with great, friendly staff, would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to put the child or children in, they cater for all learning needs with a very diverse team and their menu choice is great.

Bright Horizons New Church Road Hove Day Nursery and Preschool is a lovely nursery. My child has been with them for a year now. There have been quite a few changes recently but all for the good of the nursery. They have retained and recruited good staff who care for the children and create a great learning environment for them. The outside space is lovely, especially in the spring/summertime. They have also started taking the children on day trips to the library and to the beach, which is very welcomed. My child is happy when he goes into nursery and just as happy when he comes out. I would recommend the nursery to other parents.

Our daughter is 10 months old and has been attending Bright Horizons since October this year. I was concerned initially as she was exclusively breastfed, however, the staff really understood how important this was to us and have supported us completely in continuing to do so. She’s built amazing bonds already with the staff as they took her settling-in sessions extremely seriously, she’s always happy to go in, which puts me, as a mum, completely at ease. My son also attends Bright Horizons and has done so for the last 3 years. He loves going in and has such a special relationship with his key person. He’s so comfortable with the nursery team, they really make a big deal of him every time they see him and you can see that has really built his confidence up, he definitely feels a part of the nursery. We love seeing all the wonderful activities they get up to on the parent app and also how much they are both learning and developing from just being in that environment. We would really recommend Bright Horizons.

My daughter started at Bright Horizons New Church Road in September this year and we could not have asked for a more positive time. The staff are so lovely and genuinely care about every child, everyone knows my daughter by name even if they’re not in her room. She is always happy when we drop her off and has come on so much with her development in the last three months. I love all the activities they do each week and how many updates we get throughout the day. The app is easy to use and helps me feel reassured that I know exactly what my daughter has been doing each day. I also love how involved all the parents are, from activity and open days to daily chats at handover time. I’m really grateful to all the staff and so happy we chose this nursery.

I could not fault a single thing with this beautiful nursery. I’ve had the pleasure of sending both my children there so I have been a part of the nursery for the last 5 years. Everyone there is beyond dedicated to the children. I love the structure and routine and the overall love and care. 5 stars.

I have two children at the nursery. Our eldest has been attending since February 2020 when she was 12 months old and we have had a hugely positive experience. The staff are kind and caring and excellent at communicating with us. Our girls are growing in confidence and knowledge and are always excited to tell us what they have been doing at nursery. The outside space is excellent and large for the area we live in. The pirate ship is a huge plus. We feel really lucky to have chosen this nursery.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Our daughter joined the baby room when she was 11 months old and the team have been brilliant. They provide a really caring and nurturing environment. Our daughter comes home happy and relaxed and learns so much every day. The staff know all the children well and take the time to get to know them as individuals. Communication is excellent and they really invest in all the families. We love the daily updates and photographs. We feel very welcome and confident with the care that our daughter gets when she is there. Thank you!

My son has been attending the nursery since February 2021 when he was 2.5 years old and we had such a positive experience with this nursery. The nursery has supported him in his social and academic development, he became a much better eater as he loves sitting together with his peers and eating the freshly cooked delicious food. We love the individual approach to every child and the nursery supporting them at their own pace. We have another year of nursery and my son is already good with his numbers and letters, very impressive! He has also become much better at independent play, when he is at home. He also loves the garden and especially the massive pirate ship that they love climbing.

I was recommended this nursery by a friend a couple of years ago when my son was not settling in another nursery. I thought all nurseries were the same, but I was wrong! My son settled into BrightSaurus straight away. The welcome and the warmness of the staff was and always is, just beautiful. My son is the happiest child going into nursery every day and it gives me such peace of mind that he is so happy there when I have to work. He has come on leaps and bounds in the two years he's been there and I could not be happier. The manager and the staff, especially my son's keyworker is just exceptional. I cannot praise them enough.

The nursery have just been amazing for both of my children. My daughter has just left to go to school after 4 years and my 2 year old son attends too. Both of them are so happy and staff can't do enough to ensure that they feel happy and well looked after. They're all angels- can't recommend the nursery more.

Bright Horizons New Church Road Hove Day Nursery and Preschool is a lovely nursery. My child has been with them for a year now.
