Twinnie Day Nursery (Belvedere)

Absolutely disgusted with the level of service and help I got with this nursery. Told me I was ok to pay at the end of the month to then change their minds and tell me it has to be at the beginning of the month. When I made it very clear of my needs and they purely ignored me. I just started a new job and needed the support and they clearly couldn’t help me at all, lied to me and was completely rude about it. The attitude and lack of care made me very upset and anxious of how I’m meant to work with my 1yr old. Would not recommend this nursery at all to anyone who asks me for a recommendation.

My child has attended this nursery since a baby. Despite the change of staff since last year, she enjoys her time there every day. The staff are always attentive and caring. The current management is very understanding of her needs and they always accommodate requests. Allergies and medical history are taken quite seriously, so I have always felt reassured. I would recommend this nursery, it has a lovely and homely feel that makes the children feel safe.

My son goes to this nursery - it’s such a lovely environment. The children are treated brilliantly, the teachers are excellent with their care and I know my child is well looked after. My son really enjoys going to this school and I am so glad I chose this one. Their snacks and lunch are always healthy and they do great activities and learn so much. When speaking to the teachers, their communication is always excellent! They have got great learning equipment for different sections, for different learning.

My experience of being a mother of a child at Twinnie Day Nursery is nice so far, at the moment I am comfortable bringing my child to the nursery, though still nervous because I am overprotective of my child. But I hope he learns well and they treat him equally.

I had no regret taking my child to Twinnie Day Nursery as there was a positive impact in behavioural attitude, learning attitude and responding to instructions. I would definitely recommend the nursery to anyone with a 5-stars.

A really good nursery with caring staff. I have seen my daughter develop a lot since sending her to the nursery. Friendly staff and always keeping us informed about our daughter’s development and day to day activities.

My daughter enjoyed attending this nursery; she had learnt so much and made many friends. All of the staff members were always welcoming, polite and wonderful at everything they do. Thank you for everything!

Since joining the nursery my daughter has developed in so many areas, she's more confident and steadily improving in her writing and phonies.
