We follow Ofsted's decision on the agreed number of spaces and staff ratio for children in each room and do not exceed the numbers because of health and safety. We utilise our outdoor space by ensuring that children use the garden according to their rooms eg when the preschoolers are using the garden the other 2 rooms will be indoors. We always use our discretion bearing in mind the safety of the children at all times.
It is not a legal requirement to provide a buggy shed, and there is a sign on the buggy shed door, that says "Buggy left at owners risk”. Nonetheless, we will put out notice for parents to fold their buggy in the shed to create space for others. With regards to the main gate, we are aware that the mechanism is faulty as it works sometimes and not at other times, and are in the process of getting it fixed. Thank you for your comment, in future, we are happy for you to approach the management team any time you have any comments or questions.
