We're so happy with our experience at Day nursery .The staff are warm, caring, and really take the time to get to know each child. Our son has grown so much in confidence and loves going every day-he's always excited to tell us about the fun activities and new things he's learned. The environment is safe, friendly, and full of opportunities to play and explore. We feel lucky to be part of such a supportive and welcoming community!

My daughter has been attending Twinnie day nursery since she was 3 years old and I can only praise the staff. They have many activities happening for the children (such as dance and drama lessons and had futebol previously) as well as activities for them to see the firefighters and exotic animals. My daughter loves her teachers and all her little friends and also is a fan of their food (cooked by the chef who apparently does delicious foods according to my little one), their menu is varied and full of healthy choices. The nursery keeps parents informed about the children's progress with routine academic reviews and will also provide information on how to support the children in their learning at home. So far it has been a great experience with this nursery. Staff is lovely and kind as well.

My son is happy and safe there. I am happy with how whs developing and his time at the nursery has been good for both of us. He is making new friends, saying new words and engaging well with his teachers.

I am so pleased with the experience my son has had at Twinnie Day Nursery. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment that makes every child feel valued. The activities they provide are engaging and educational, helping my son develop both socially and academically. I appreciate the regular updates and communication from the staff, which gives me peace of mind knowing how he's doing throughout the day. My son has been attending Twinnie day nursery since he was 15 months old. I want to give a special mention to the manager and the entire team who have taken such great care of him. Over the years, we've seen tremendous improvement in his development. The staff are very communicative and always keep us updated through the app. Whenever we send a message, we receive a prompt response. They also offer extra classes that my son absolutely loves, including activities like football, drama, and dance. It's truly a wonderful daycare that supports children's growth and development. I highly recommend it. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to all the teachers and the management team for taking such good care of my son.

Amazing Staff, Management ect. Always happy to help and hear your concerns. Also provide amazing activities such as dance and drama classes. My lil one Loves going there. Always having to bribe him to leave Nursery and come home lol.

Best nursery for kids , very supportive all teachers are friendly. If you ask something the answer always yes . The kids going in nursery with the smile all the time , they have a lot off activities. And it's very safe place

Twinnie Nursery is absolutely amazing! Both my girls went there and now my twin boys are there. The staff is so friendly, the babies are always happy! I have never picked up any of my children with either dirty clothes/dirty nappies/nappy rashes etc, something which a lot of my friends complain of at their respective nurseries! Very clean and the kids are exposed to so much stuff that you would ordinarily not be able to do at home ie messy play! I would highly recommend this nursery!

My child has been in the nursery since Jan 2024, He does struggle with his speech but has slowly been coming along whilst being at nursery, the staff are all very friendly my so. Always leaves happy. I think more detailed reports more regularly would be great to have more understanding of our children's development more often. The manager is always really helpful and the staff are always really caring towards the children.

Twinnie Day Nursery has been a good school with great teachers. My son had a wonderful time throughout his school period and I believe they help them so well because every time he wants to go to school even at weekends. Super. Great to recommend.

Overall, the staff and management are professional and helpful. Activities (drawing and painting) are regularly organised. We provide here are some areas for improvement: 1- the indoor and outdoor spaces are a bit small for the number of kids attending the nursery. The nursery feels overcrowded on certain days. 2- the pushchair storage room is too small, roughly 3m2 to store more than ten buggies. 3- more importantly, for a few months, the entrance door of the nursery does not lock well. We would be grateful if this can be fixed at the earliest convenience. We acknowledge that there are intermediary doors before being with the kids; however, the overall security will be improved with a functional entrance door.

My son started in April, and his much such a big improvement with the help of the nursery. His happy to go in and happy to come home. He loves all the staff, especially his key worker. All staff are lovely and friendly and very supportive.

My son is 21 months old and has attended pre-school here since June 2023. He enjoys it so much and his learning, especially his speech and language, has rocketed since joining. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always warm and caring to children. I highly recommend Twinnie Day Nursery (Belvedere)!

Overall experience is good. Teachers maintaining a friendly relationship with the students. The learning experience is good. Individual academic reviews were given. Lovely atmosphere for children and options for their development.

Our little boy has been attending for almost a month and is so happy and settling well. Staff are friendly, lovable, extremely caring and very attentive. They take the time to share news and progress with us. App communication is good and information is all up to date. Supportive and kind managers.

It was the best choice so far to bring my child to Twinnie Day Nursery (Belvedere), he improved a lot and the teachers are so nice and professional. My son seems to be happy at the nursery. A really good nursery with caring staff and they do great activities and learn so much. Thank you so much to all the staff.

I would 100% recommend this nursery. All the staff here are friendly, compassionate and you can clearly see that they have a true passion for looking after children. They go above and beyond. My child has attended this nursery since April 2022 and I am so grateful for the staff's support in helping my daughter achieve the best of her ability, improving my child’s confidence, social and verbal skills. They also post daily photos/news posts on their Nursery app, which kept me updated with my child’s activities through the day. Thank you for all your help! We will miss you all.

Twinnie Day Nursery has literally been my son’s second home. Every individual staff member goes above and beyond to ensure my child is at his happiest. The care and love they show to all children is amazing and I cannot fault them one bit. My son has learnt so much from everyone and being in an environment where he thrives is the best reward a mother can ever feel. Thank you Twinnie Day Nursery for everything! Really appreciate it!

Such a great nursery my children really love being there and the teachers are all lovely and caring and the nursery itself looks really nice and clean so overall I think it is a wonderful place and I would definitely recommend it.
