Partou Lancaster Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-School

We have been delighted with how our son has flourished at Nelly's since joining at 12 months old and have always felt that he is in excellent childcare. He is now nearly 3 years old. The staff are warm and caring and have developed excellent relationships with him. He regularly brings home paintings and photos so we feel involved with his day. He's also made lots of lovely friends. As parents, we're pleased that he has a range of structured activities each week - and have been particularly pleased that he now speaks French at home! We also love borrowing books from the library.

Our daughter has attended Nelly's for over two years and our son has just joined and we couldn't be happier with the care they receive. We know they are in an environment where they feel safe and cared for and because of this, they flourish under the attention of the great staff. It has a fantastic atmosphere and our children have learned so much during their time there.

It's very easy to communicate with the nursery via phone or email and staff always have sufficient time during pick up for a chat and to pass on information about how the day went.

The team at Nelly's Lancaster Avenue are fantastic and many have been there for years. Another big plus is the amazing outdoor space - a really lovely huge garden.

Nelly's on Lancaster Avenue has provided incredibly good, consistent, gentle and loving care to my kids. The staff are awesome and I shall be sad when my son leaves next month to go to school. The management team are brilliant and the nursery is run very efficiently as well as being enormously loving and welcoming.

I cannot recommend Nelly's more highly. Both my daughters have attended and I have watched their confidence and self-esteem grow. Staff are caring, creative and fun and encourage all kinds of positive behaviours. I have no doubt about the contribution Nelly's has made to the happy, funny little people my kids are today. The facilities are excellent and the range of activities is great. The food is healthy, diverse and delicious and promotes all kinds of positive eating. From my own point of view, Nelly's has helped me to achieve a better work/life balance. I feel very lucky to have childcare I have full confidence in.
