Busy Bees Lewisham

Our daughter has been at Busy Bees for over 3 years now. She's very happy there and has been throughout. She's engaged and challenged. It's a warm and caring environment with wonderful staff, we would thoroughly recommend it.

Our son loves Busy Bees and has been very happy here. We feel he is well looked after and all the staff have a genuine warmth and affection for the children. Children are really prepared well for school and our son has learnt the alphabet, phonics and numbers. He has also had an immense amount of fun and made a lot of lovely friends here. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery.

When I enrolled my daughter into the nursery, it was a big change for her, and she's not a fan of changes. She started having some trouble adjusting. But after a few months, the staff at the nursery really stepped up and encouraged her in the right way. I've noticed so many positive changes in her since then. She's improved a lot in her learning, like going from not being able to write the alphabet to now writing letters on her own. It's truly a wonderful nursery with exceptional staff. Oh, and the food options are fantastic too.

I will be forever grateful to Busy Bees Lewisham which feels like a second family to us.

A brilliant nursery that our son has been thriving at for the past three years. The staff are warm and welcoming and always have the children's best interests at heart. They organise fantastic learning activities and arrange plenty of outdoor play. We've been so happy with Busy Bees Lewisham that we have also enrolled our younger child there to start in the new year.

Our daughter has been at Busy Bees Lewisham for almost a year - since she was six months old. The staff has always been wonderful, making us feel reassured and confident from the start, as she began attending at a pretty young age, and I was quite nervous about it. Her key persons love her as their own, and so does she - I know she's in good hands. We have loved watching her enjoy herself, grow and develop new skills during her time at Busy Bees so far, and are so thankful to the entire team for their care and dedication.

I am so happy that I chose Busy Bees Lewisham for my daughter. When she joined the baby room, the staff were very supportive of the transition meaning she settled in really well. They helped maintain naps and feeding schedules/weaning choices we had in place at home. She has moved up through the rooms and is now in preschool. All the staff have been so amazing and caring towards my daughter and she comes home speaking about them fondly and even naming her toys after them. Her development across the early years strands is evident and more importantly, she comes home happy and I could not ask for more. If I ever have more children, Busy Bees Lewisham will be at the top of my list!

My daughter has been going to Busy Bees at Lewisham since her first year. The settling-in sessions were perfectly adjusted according to my baby's needs. She is now a toddler who started talking about her friends there and the staff who take care of her. I feel she is happy, and safe and has started developing good and essential skills for her life and as a result, I can as a parent, go to work knowing she is in good and safe hands. Very happy with Busy Bees, Lewisham. The staff go above and beyond and my son feels very happy and secure there. They are also very thorough in implementing support and in tailoring it for your child's specific needs. Feel lucky to have our child there.

My daughter loves her two days a week at Busy Bees. She's always excited to go in the morning and keen to tell us all about her day at pick-up. She has come on so much thanks to the care and support the staff have given her.

We have been doing the settling-in sessions before my son joins, and I am just so impressed with the process and how lovely and welcoming everyone has been. I was slightly anxious about him starting nursery as he can get overwhelmed easily, but I needn’t be as the team have been really great at making sure my son and I are comfortable and happy. It’s been a much better experience than anticipated, and I know he’s in good hands.

I love spending time with my god daughter and hearing about all the stuff she gets up to at nursery. It’s amazing how much information her little brain holds and it’s a credit to the team that love and care for her so obviously.

Absolutely fantastic care for my granddaughter from 7 months to 4 years! Thanks to all the team that loved her like their own. You really helped her get ready for school and we loved seeing the new skills she learnt.

I am very happy with our choice to send our child to Busy Bees Lewisham. Despite the location near a busy road, the nursery feels like a cosy gem cocoon. My child has been at the nursery from the baby room through to toddlers, and I felt she has been loved and nurtured through every room. From a gentle and understanding settling in period to the provision of exciting and stimulating activities through the ages, 've been really happy. The assistant centre director has been a real diamond (although all our key workers have been lovely) and as a first time parent I felt my anxieties were understood and addressed with care. Food is varied and fresh on site and caters thoughtfully for allergies. We are updated throughout the day via the app and at the end of the day, even when it feels super busy. The staff do an amazing job. The outdoor space is unfortunately small but I'm happy that my child has good access to the outdoors whenever possible.

Some people there are lovely and always happy to help with anything.

My son has been attending Busy Bees Lewisham since he was eleven months old and now is almost four years old. The nursery has remained professional, the staff caring and every question or concern that I have raised has been addressed with the utmost care and professionalism. My son has developed in leaps and bounds. His speech, numeracy, and ability to interact with other children is a testament to the staff. I even notice the great influence the nursery has had on him when we go to kiddie birthday parties. He is able to quickly follow instructions, sit in a circle and play nicely. I am about to have baby number 2 and Busy Bees remains my very first choice!
