Our son loves nursery. He is happiest outdoors and so Jubilee is perfect for him. He has received so much support since starting nursery six months ago and has settled so well. Staff get to know individual children and really go the extra mile for them.
My two-year-old daughter is currently at Jubilee and my seven-year-old daughter went there as well. It is absolutely fantastic, they spend so much time getting to know each child and do so many activities with them. Outstanding staff.
Fantastic nursery, with kind, caring and thoughtful staff always willing to go that extra mile for each and every child they care for. My three year old has been there for almost a year now and enjoys each and every day she attends. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for peace of mind that a setting will offer the best care for their child.
My daughter and son loved every minute. They always came home with lots of activities completed throughout the day. The children are allowed to air their imagination through play and learning. Jubilee Gems have excellent qualified teachers to help give them a head start for school. My son who also attended made a brilliant transition from nursery to school. Thank you Jubilee Gems for the last 6 years we will miss you.
Jubilee Gems has been a great comfort during a time of changes for our daughter. The arrival of her baby brother was challenging but the Gems practitioners worked hard to help our reserved little girl settle into a new normality. Can't thank you enough and now that she's graduated, she is looking forward to her next adventure!
The only point I have to say and that I feel requires some TLC is that some of the building looks quite weathered. What about having parents work party weekend to help get an uplift on some of the buildings?
We joined the nursery when my child was only 9 months old (April 2016) and we were welcomed from the moment we arrived to have our first look around. The nursery hadn't been open to my little girl's age group for long, but when walking around you could see that a lot of hard work had gone into providing for their age group. She has been and is very happy at Gems and the staff are so friendly, caring and helpful! We would highly recommend this little rural nursery to anyone who values the outdoor exposure and caring environment these little munchkins need.
There is a wide range of activities daily and lots of outdoor play. The availability of the woods and animals is fantastic and definitely a favourite. My child's progress is evident and she has come on leaps and bounds in her development. The staff are very caring and conscientious - my child settled in very easily. They have been a huge support with eating and have helped encourage her to try new things and eat vegetables again.The staff embrace the children's individuality and nature it. My child often speaks about the staff and the positive impact they have on her is evident.
Brilliant nursery and fantastic staff. Both my daughters attend / attended and it gives them confidence and independence for a great start in life. Great outside space and they have had amazing adventures in the woods and seeing the animals!

Having only ever worked within the Early Years Sector, I have many years of experience working with children and see my vocation as a real privilege. My 20-year career at Jubilee has seen me progress from a nursery nurse to the position I am proud to hold today.
I am proud to lead a highly skilled and enthusiastic team of early-year practitioners who provide high-quality teaching and deliver a vast range of learning experiences. I have a passion for guiding and training the team to achieve great things for all the children in our care.
Over the years, I have had inspiration from many different learning approaches which have been embedded into our Early Years Curriculum, recently achieving an ‘Outstanding’ result from our latest Ofsted inspection at one of our Jubilee sites!
I feel honoured that parents give Jubilee Daycare the opportunity to care for their children and as a team, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional learning opportunities and unique Early Years experiences.

Paula has been a part of Jubilee for many years, working across the different age ranges and across both sites.
She has always held a passion for being outdoors and creating ambitious learning opportunities through her forest school sessions. Paula is our Level 3 qualified Forest School Leader, and she carefully follows the unique and carefully created forest school aspect of our Jubilee Gems Curriculum, making this a strong element of our preschool practice. Despite the British weather, Paula embraces the woods daily, where she develops the children’s resiliency, independence and problem-solving whilst also developing the children’s knowledge of woodland growth, flowers, trees, birds and wildlife. In addition to this, the children also develop and use the skills to whittle sticks, build a den, and toast marshmallows on the campfire. Paula works with the rest of the team to ensure a consistent approach to the children being forest school-ready.
I have worked at Jubilee Gems for over 10 years and in this time, I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge across all age ranges, including our out-of-school care, Jubilee Jets. My love of the variety that working with older children brings means that every day is different and unique. As the Jubilee Jets Leader, I ensure a wide range of activities are offered to the children and these include making pizzas and toasting marshmallows at our dedicated woodlands, having our Jets Bake Off and our much loved ‘Jets Got Talent.’ My team and I ensure there is a balance of creativity, imagination and exploration whilst encouraging socialisation. Watching friendships form over the holidays is the highlight of leading Jubilee Jets.
