Kids 1st Bowesfield

Excellent staff, great facilities. Could not recommend it highly enough. My daughter genuinely loves going into nursery. Activities are excellent. Keep up the good work.

My son has been attending Kids 1st at Bowesfield for nearly 3 years and I am so glad we chose to send him to this nursery. He has come on leaps and bounds. The staff really care about all the children and treat them like their own. I’ll be so sad when he leaves to go to big school.

As a mother of 3 who has had all 3 children cared for by the lovely members of staff at Kids 1st Bowesfield over the past 3 and a half years, I can genuinely say I don't think I could have found a more welcoming, caring and friendly atmosphere for my children. Every one of the team from the manager, to the nursery assistants in each room, to the cook and the cleaner, have been brilliant. The manager has gone above and beyond in my opinion and really helped us out in a number of circumstances having the children in at such late notice. Although there have often been tears at drop off, they only last a few minutes. As soon as I sneak back for a check on my child, they are always sat happily playing or eating their breakfast at the table! My 'Mum guilt" has eased a lot seeing my children thrive and having so much fun! Their development has come on in leaps and bounds over the years at Kids 1st, especially in activities such as using knives and forks, numbers and pedalling to name a few.

Excellent nursery, friendly caring staff who are professional and welcoming and always smiling. The manager is very caring and supportive to parents and is willing to go the extra mile along with her staff to help the kids to settle if they are struggling. Highly recommend this nursery. Excellent.

Such a lovely environment for my 3-year-old daughter to start nursery. Kids First isn't just allowing the children to learn through play but also instilling manners and good behaviour. My daughter is thriving and so happy. Staff are wonderful :)

I’ve been so impressed with the nursery from day one. All the staff are friendly and the nursery has a lovely atmosphere. My two sons attend the nursery, they both have learning difficulties and the nursery has helped/supported us with getting them one to one support and the Education Health Care Plan process. My boys love going to nursery, especially the outdoor spaces. Each room has excellent facilities to occupy and challenge the children following the early years' foundation stage framework. I’m amazed at the progression my children have achieved since they started.

Always safe but easily accessible when collecting my child, who is always in the middle of something fun and educational, looking presentable. Handover is perfect so I can advise my wife what baby's been up to.

The nursery has been excellent and my son settled in really well. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. There is a great variety of toys and activities and excellent outdoor spaces for the children to play. Would highly recommend.

My daughter has been attending since she was six months old. A brilliant nursery with a good choice on the menu that parents can try at parents evening. The coffee to go service is a brilliant feature for parents. A very clean and homely environment. Regular development checks on the children are interesting as it gives you an insight as to what your child is progressing in.

We have been extremely pleased with the top quality care our little one has received at Kids 1st Bowesfield. The staff have been amazing, very caring and enthusiastic and have played a key role in every aspect of our daughter's development. The food is freshly cooked and well balanced and the place is always spotless. Couldn't ask for more!

I have 2 children who attend the nursery, my eldest for 2 days and youngest for 1 day. Every room and member of staff that have taken care of them have been fantastic, I always feel that when I drop the boys off, they are in great hands and very safe. We are kept in the loop with regular communications and the manager runs a great nursery. My children are constantly developing too, they both enjoy attending and they always eat their food so it must be good!

Both my children attend the Kids 1st Bowesfield nursery and they are both extremely happy here. Staff are friendly and I am always made to feel welcome. the level of feedback to parents is superb and I know my children are getting the best quality of care.

From the very first day of meeting staff and becoming part of the Kids 1st family, I have felt so comfortable leaving my precious children in the care of the Bowesfield team. Every member of staff is exceptional and it is clear that strong, positive and inclusive values are shared by all. The facilities are second to none, the quality of the food provided is exceptional and both my children are very happy with here. I would recommend this nursery to anyone, without reservation.

Always greeted with a smile when I collect my daughter. I love the educational value she receives here and everything is always well presented and clean. I feel safe leaving her in the knowledge that she is cared for and taught valuable skills. I recommend Kids 1st to every parent I know!

We have been very happy with what we have received so far. Thanks to the team Kids 1st Bowesfield. I wish them a good luck to keep up the spirit like they have always been.

My son has only been going to nursery for a month and I have noticed a big change in him already, he settled fairly quickly because the girls all went out of there way to comfort him. I feel comfortable ringing to check on him as much as I want to and ask any questions I want to.

An outstanding nursery & staff. Since my daughter started nursery (from Kids 1st) opening she as developed in so many ways, she is more confident and balanced and looks forward to her days at nursery. The nursery itself is a fun and friendly environment where she receives warm and loving car from the excellent staff. Kids 1st is the only nursery I would ever consider.

My eldest son has moved to the Dolphin room and already he is attempting to write his name and he has become so much more independent at home. I am sending my second child to Kids 1st from the age of 6 months which is hard for me but I trust the staff and know he will progress in leaps and bounds.
