Kids 1st Bowesfield

My little boy has been attending the nursery since he was 8 months old and he is now 3. I cannot recommend the nursery enough and will continue to do so as I speak very highly of it to everybody. The staff team are always happy to help and offer great advice for a first time mum, who often needs guidance. My little boy absolutely loves the nursery and he thrives from being there. He is very stimulated by the educational activities which they offer each day and people say how confident and clever he is. I truly believe that a lot of it is down to him attending such a fantastic early years setting. Keep up the good work everyone, we can't wait to send our little girl in September.

Me and my partner viewed many nurseries throughout the whole of Stockton and Kids 1st Bowesfield stood out a mile away from any of the others! The building is a fantastic, purpose built setting which instantly had a calming and very organised feel. The staff really care for each individual family and we have felt very comfortable leaving both of our children here. This nursery has been part of our family routine for over three years now and even through the pandemic, they have all excelled and continued to offer the same high quality standards that they did before hand. The new app is also amazing and very informative, making handovers even quicker on an evening which suits our lifestyle completely! Please keep being amazing Kids 1st Bowesfield!

My son has been attending Kids 1st Bowesfield since he was 8 months old. They made me feel reassured from day 1 that he was in the best hands, his key workers and all of the staff have been amazing and continue to make his days at nursery so enjoyable for him. His confidence has improved so much as he has moved up through the rooms and I can genuinely see the benefit nursery has had on him. He loves going and I love that I get to see what he has been up to on the app. Can't rate this nursery highly enough and I would recommend it to anyone.

My little girl started attending nursery during the pandemic and I cannot praise the team as a whole for the welcoming experience I was greeted with. The conditions they are put under to work during a global pandemic was extraordinary, yet this didn’t change the high level of care my child and I were given. I have never been anxious about my child coming to nursery as I know she is getting the best care and learning environment here at Kids 1st Bowesfield! Thank you to all staff for putting your children and parents first and providing an outstanding nursery.

My Granddaughter attends Kids 1st Bowesfield and I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. The staff always greet us with a smile and provide us with regular updates throughout the day of her learning and the fun she is having. They provide a safe environment where the children are happy and thrive. Well done Kids 1st Bowesfield! You’re all doing a fantastic job.

This is a lovely nursery, it has a great atmosphere when dropping your child off. The staff are really friendly and are exceptionally caring towards the children. The gardens are fabulous for the children and I would one hundred percent recommend this nursery.

Would definitely reccommend the nursery. The staff are amazing with my nephew and he's enjoyed his time in each of the room. His transitions have been so easy and all the staff in each room are so welcoming and so helpful, down to the extra nappy changes daily. He has come on so much since attending nursery, he's starting to come out of his shell. On an evening he waves bye bye to nursery and blows a kiss! Thank you so much to everyone.

Our son has been attending Kids 1st since he was nine-ten months old. He loves to come to nursery and if he does become tearful, he is always greeted with love and kindness. My son has made lots of friends and is always talking about them outside of nursery, as well as his key worker and other members of staff. My son has come on leaps and bounds and is always learning new things. The staff are excellent and are always happy, loving and encouraging. I would recommend this nursery to everyone. I work long days and I feel so much better dropping him off knowing that he is safe, happy and well cared for.

All of the staff have been outstanding from the very first look around the nursery to the every day care of my daughter. She loves going to nursery and has developed so much being around children and activities appropriate to her age. The staff have regularly gone over and above to ensure she is happy and made it as easy as it can be for me to go to work. I would recommend to anyone.

Our daughter was born two days after the first lockdown started and we feared her development would be impeded by the lack of social contact. Some of our fears did come true, however since starting at Kids 1st Bowesfield we have seen our little girls personality and creativity flourish. From our first trip, where she was reluctant to be handed over she now can't wait to be handed over throwing her arms out to two members of staff. That confidence has been replicated at home and we can visibly see how much more inquisitive and creative she is. The nursery feedback via the app is great to follow her progress through the day such as sleeps, nappies and activities coupled with photos. We would thoroughly recommend any new parents to sign their baby up. Two members of staff are doing a fantastic job!

Our youngest daughter has recently started at Kids 1st Bowesfield and our experience so far has been just as positive as that of our eldest daughter. It is a fantastic nursery, very well organised and the staff are wonderful, very caring and friendly.

Staff are so welcoming and friendly. None of the queries were unanswered. Best nursery experience I had as a mother. Sending the materials such as paintings, drawings and crafts that the kids have done through the day is my highlight.

The nursery staff are amazing. They care about the children so much and put so much effort into organising activities for them and supporting their learning. They listen to concerns of parents and really help make you feel at ease to have your child there.

I went to see many nurseries as I was really worried about leaving my daughter and I just fell in love with Kids 1st Bowesfield. The resources and staff are amazing and I feel really comfortable leaving my daughter there. Staff are knowledgeable and they have moved my daughter on really well. Communication with the staff is great and nothing is too much trouble. She is really well looked after and cared for, just what you want as a parent! I cannot rate this nursery enough.

We feel so grateful and fortunate to have my daughter's key worker. Since her first visit, her key worker has always ensured that my daughter feels safe, supported and loved when she’s at nursery. Even though my daughter only attends one day a week, we can see the impact her key worker has on her. She happily babbles the whole way home mentioning her key worker in her “stories” about nursery. We cannot praise and thank her key worker enough for taking such amazing care of our precious girl.

Thank you to one member of staff for her patience, professionalism and commitment to the children at Kids 1st Bowesfield. She is always smiling, positive and very approachable. My daughter loves being in her presence at nursery and seems very chilled and relaxed in the baby room at Kids 1st Bowesfield. We would also like to thank the other girls who work with my daughter in Starfish one. They equally put a lot of their time and effort into making my daughter feel welcome at nursery. My daughter has a huge smile on her face every morning when we drop off.

Staff are extremely engaged with the children, actively working with their interests to provide an exciting and fun, learning environment. My child has thrived here and I would absolutely recommend this nursery to any parents.

This nursery is outstanding, every staff member I have come across has been extremely helpful and friendly. I was so anxious to put my two year old son into nursery after viewing many nurseries but I knew that Kids 1st Bowesfield was the one as soon as I walked through the door. I felt so at ease leaving my son there when I have never left him with anyone before, I am constantly reassured and feel at ease with all the updates we receive via the app. I am so impressed with the nursery and the staff especially with our son having some challenges, they keep me updated on his development and milestones daily. I recommend this nursery to anyone.

My child has been coming to Bowesfeild since he was 7-months-old and has always loved it, although, he has found room transitions difficult. He got very comfortable in previous rooms but the staff have always done everything that they can to settle him, whether this has been extra cuddles or letting him be a helper. It is always lovely to see staff who have previously looked after him too, they always chat to him in the corridors and give him cuddles. I love looking back through his development file to see his photos and what he looked like in younger years. We love Bowesfield.

Excellent staff, great facilities. Could not recommend it highly enough. My daughter genuinely loves going into nursery. Activities are excellent. Keep up the good work.
