Kids 1st Bowesfield

I could not be happier with this nursery. My child goes there full time and I feel 100% confident leaving him there. The staff, the food and the activities are at a very high standard. My son enjoys going there every day and he has progressed so well since being there. I get a daily update everyday when I pick him up, they have supported me with his potty training. There is nothing I can say that needs improvement. I am very thankful to Kids 1st Bowesfield.

My grandson always comes home happy with stories to tell. He has become very familiar with the Gruffalo's child and room on the broom. He loves to read books with me at home.

Bowesfield Kids 1st excel in providing top quality childcare. Support within the nursery setting for the children is exceptional and as a parent of a child with allergies, I was very reassured that my child's specific needs were addressed and that their safety was of paramount importance to staff members. The support and advice for parents is second to none and I feel that the staff genuinely care for my child, which is very reassuring as a mother returning to work. I would whole heartedly recommend Bowesfield kids 1st to anyone looking for a nursery.

My eldest son went to another Kids 1st nursery and when we moved I was thrilled to discover Kid's 1st Bowesfield was just down the road from our new house. Both my boys loved this nursery. I would recommend it to everyone.

My daughter has been at Kids 1st Bowesfield now for nearly two years. When we first walked in the building, we both went 'wow' - what a warm, bright & welcoming building. I was also impressed that the building didn't smell (we'd had this issue with a number of nurseries we'd visited). We were met by smiles and friendliness. I had no issues whatsoever with these lovely, caring people looking after my daughter. She has gone through all the rooms and is now in her final room, before starting school in September. She has flourished and thoroughly enjoys her days at nursery. I could not be happier with her progress and how she has developed. The staff are excellent and so caring. The food is amazing and she quite often asks for seconds!! The outside play areas are wonderful & age appropriate. I'll be sad when it's time for her to leave. I only wish Kids 1st Bowesfield had been around when my 7-year-old went to nursery

Kids 1st at Bowesfield is an amazing nursery, My son is often upset when I leave him on a morning and his key worker always goes over and above to comfort him and ensure he soon feels safe and comfortable. The nursery is always immaculate. I am always made to feel extremely welcome and everyone in the nursery knows my son by name which I think is really nice and helps me to be assured that he is cared for whilst I am at work. My son is always happy when I pick him up on an evening and often does not want to leave his friends, He has attended this nursery since he was 5 months old, having a structured day with a good routine has been really good for him too, He has learnt so much, I cannot recommend this nursery enough, there are no other daycare providers in my area that can compare.

We have been using Kids 1st Bowesfield, and other nurseries for quite some time - around 4 years now. Kids 1st Bowesfield is a recently built nursery - and many of the things that used to concern about other nurseries were taken into account in the new design. It's spacious, the office is located before you get through to the rooms (for peace of mind), the food is nutritious, varied and most of all liked by our fussy toddler. The staff are great, almost personal friends now - which makes the place inviting and welcoming like no other. I can't recommend Kids 1st Bowesfield enough - it's been fantastic for child 1 and now continues to help child 2. Child 1 is now in his first year at school and is proving to be well developed and capable. A lot of that is thanks to Kids 1st.

I would highly recommend Kids 1st Bowesfield and thank them for doing a great job of looking after my children.

I picked Kid's 1st Bowesfield for my little girl for the simple reason of the very welcoming feeling when entering the nursery as well of it being a beautiful building with very friendly staff. since my daughter started here she has progressed in so many ways and that is down to the care and encouragement the girls provide. I trust these girl's and couldn't thank them enough for the care they provide for my daughter. xxx

My husband and I absolutely love Kids 1st Bowesfield nursery and more importantly, our little girl absolutely loves it too! We went through an extremely upsetting time trying to find a nursery we were happy with, we had to endure a setting that was shut down suddenly due to financial issues, then a nursery where our little girl cried most of the time which was extremely distressing for us. Fortunately, we were able to get a place at Bowesfield where our little girl settled straight away. The staff are so lovely, the atmosphere is calm and happy unlike our previous chaotic experiences and our little girl is flourishing. The rooms and outdoor areas are fantastic and so is the food. I really feel my daughter is well cared for by the girls looking after the children and by the management team. I have already signed my next baby up who isn't due until April! So thankful to have found this nursery:)

After looking at other nurseries in the area I picked Kids 1st Bowesfield to send my son and I couldn't have picked a better nursery. He struggled to settle at first and I felt that some of the staff went out of their way to help us. My son loved the nursery and it was nice to know that he wanted to be there and enjoyed his time whilst he was there.

My son started kids 1st in January 2015 after a bad experience with another nursery. I was very nervous and all of the staff made it their priority to make sure both myself and my son felt comfortable. My son left the nursery in September 2016 and it was a sad day, he had made such wonderful connections and relationships with the staff in all areas of the nursery. I felt that the girls really cared for my son and I would recommend the nursery to anyone and everyone that is looking for a great nursery that do all they can to cater to your children and your own needs and a fun, vibrant environment as well as being safe and secure. Best nursery around by far.

The staff have been great with my daughter, she had never been to a nursery or with a childminder before and she was 2 and a half years when she starting attending Kids 1st. They really supported her (and me!) while she settled in and made a positive relationship with her, my daughter leaves nursery with a smile on her face having had a great time every time she attends!

I am very impressed by the staff and facilities at Kids 1st Bowesfield. My granddaughter has been immensely happy and would highly recommend the nursery. Looking forward to having my new grandson join in 2017.

I moved my first son from Kids 1st Darlington to Kids 1st Bowesfield for locality reasons. My second son now also attends and both are very happy here. Fantastic staff! Wouldn't ever consider another nursery if I have a third child!

I cannot recommend Kids 1st Bowesfield highly enough! After looking around for a child care provider for my son, we were more than happy with our choice and have not for one moment felt any regret over the past 15 months. Upon visiting the nursery for the first time we were "wowed" by the modern decoration and equipment and how immaculately clean it was but what really helped make our decision was meeting the amazing staff! I have not encountered one member of staff that wasn't pleasant, professional and caring. I am always confident that I have left my son in safe hands for the day. The staff show an interest in my child, his likes and dislikes and how he is feeling, they have really got a knack for getting to know each child and building a good relationship with them. I'm sure other parents will agree that it is hard to leave your child and return to work but the staff at Kids 1st have made it that bit easier for us. My son's development is mainly due to the hard work of the staff. Many thanks.

This nursery is very welcoming and friendly. The staff are lovely and I feel very confident leaving my 2 year old daughter in their care. She has learnt so much since joining Kids 1st she gets on well with other children and the food is second to none- so much variety. The cook even offers tasters!! Can't recommend this nursery enough.

My son thoroughly enjoys attending Kids 1st. He has a good relationship with the girls in his room who care for him. I often arrive early to collect him and he is always chattering away, full of beans and smiling. The manager is excellent.
