The carers at Banana Moon are so caring, approachable and professional. They invest time in the children and make it a really personal experience. Both us, as parents and our child, have a lovely, friendly relationship with his carers. A caring environment for our son's learning journey filled with plenty of fun and encouragement. Daily updates of our child's progress, his food and activity diary and strong communication that we receive from the staff is paramount to cementing our confidence with our nursery selection. Highly recommend to any parent.

Really happy with Banana Moon nursery. The staff are lovely and really care about my daughter. They have been a great support in her learning and development - she surprises me every day with the new things she can do. She loves going to nursery and I know that I’m leaving her with staff who will do everything in their power to keep her safe and supported.

My daughter started nursery at eight months old. I was very nervous leaving her but the staff were helpful and reassuring. When my daughter started her settling in sessions at the setting, the staff were very friendly and wanted to know her routine at home and what she was able to do. When my daughter started she wasn't able to sit up, she is now an independent little girl who is confident on her feet. The staff have been really helpful and supportive with helping my daughter feed herself, she is getting more and more confident. She has started her settles in Teenie room which she loves to go and play in. I will definitely recommend Banana Moon to my family and friends.

My son went through nursery at Banana Moon Day Nursery Moseley and is now there at preschool.

When he started he was behind in terms of development and had some behavioural challenges. The staff were so encouraging and patient with him, gave him the attention he needed and also worked well with external professional developmental support workers. They helped him lots with toilet training and have also been very accommodating with some specific dietary requirements – I’m genuinely amazed at how many vegetables they have got him eating regularly at lunchtimes!

My son has developed so positively that my wife and I are confident that when he starts primary school he'll be ready for it – and it’s largely thanks to the staff at Banana Moon. They are so professional, and with what must be a huge challenge to look after so many little ones, they do it with a smile as well. My son loves being at Banana Moon and often talks about the staff and his friends there. My grateful thanks to an excellent team.

My daughter is currently at Banana Moon as was her brother before her. I'm pleased to say she's progressing just as well as him. Already at 20 months she has been taught and has a good grasp of numbers, colours, animal names and much more. My wife and I love how every member of staff knows my daughter's name and will interact with her (and our son when he comes to collect her, even though he's now in school). The staff are all caring, kind and many of them have a good sense of humour. Our daughter is having a wonderful experience and we're definitely seeing the benefit of it. We'd not hesitate to send a future sibling there, but we're too old and tired to have any more!

My child has only been at Banana Moon for the past 5 months. He has been happy at nursery and settled in well. It is quite early to say much about the staff as they did have a staff turnover in the new year, so I am not too familiar with many. However, Management deals with queries very well and communicate on info and updates through various means of communication. They have been great! As for the learning again, it is too early to say however we can see an improvement in his development and speech, which brings us confidence he is doing well.

My son has bloomed at Banana Moon. He is now growing into a strong, independent, free-thinking child. The staff are Banana Moon are experienced, caring and very professional. I’m extremely happy with the experience my son has had at Nursery.

Our son has been going to Banana Moon Moseley since he was eight months; the staff were amazing when he started and still are now. He loves going to nursery and when we ask him (he's two now) who his friends are he names several of the nursery staff. They make his day fun whilst at the same time making it very educational as well.

Our little girl has attended Banana Moon since she was one year old. We have been happy with every room she has been in and she loves going to nursery. The staff are friendly and approachable and the management team accommodating and responsive to feedback and suggestions. I have recommended this nursery to a number of friends and would continue to do so in the future. Our little girl always comes out with a smile on her face and wonderful stories about her day with her friends.

Great staff and great feedback. My son is really happy here and has come on so much since being at Banana Moon. Thank you all for giving me such peace of mind and looking after our lovely boy so well.

My son has been at Banana Moon since he was 5 months old, 5 days a week. The staff have been fantastic and he loves it, I can't believe he will be leaving for school this summer! A great setting and I would it recommend to anyone.

My daughter and nephew attend Banana Moon Nursery Moseley and are very happy there. The staff are kind and caring, calm, patient and organised. There are lots of activities for the children to engage in, the variety of food provided is very good, the nursery is bright and very clean, and I am provided with a detailed breakdown of their daily activities (what they’ve eaten, nappy changes, sleep details and activities they’ve engaged in) either in person or via the Banana Moon parent app.

Our son attends Banana Moon Day Nursery Moseley and runs straight through the door smiling the minute we arrive each day. It is a warm, welcoming and supportive environment with lovely, kind staff who all seem very keen to take care of him and take a real interest in him. I am always surprised and impressed with the range of activities they do each day, and how much healthy food they can get him to eat! The management are quick and efficient with any queries and I would fully recommend the nursery to anybody.

I’m so happy with Banana Moon Day Nursery Moseley. I visited a few nurseries before I decided on this one. The staff are so friendly and professional. They really support me and my child to settle in. The one thing I love is that no one looks fed up like I experienced at other nurseries.

We have found Banana Moon Day Nursery Moseley to be an extremely professional, caring and friendly setting, that has seen our child make big leaps in development. The team are very personable and supportive and great care is taken to share information.

We have recently started my 11 month old at the Nursery - I looked round 7 nurseries in total and this had by far the best facilities, warm atmosphere and happiest and most confident children. We have been really impressed with the staff, the settling in process and the general level of care given. The layout of the baby room is fantastic and so spacious, stimulating and engaging - my daughter literally goes off immediately to play as she loves all the space and toys so much, they even have a mini soft play slide inside for them as well as a slide and climbing frame outside. We were recommended the nursery by a friend and would highly recommend it to others.

She has so much fun, she often never wants to leave at the end of the day. The setting offers a great variety of activities and learning tools. I can’t believe how much she has developed since she has been there. This is down to the learning and teaching programme that they mould to suit my daughter's individual needs.
