My child has only been at Banana Moon for the past 5 months. He has been happy at nursery and settled in well. It is quite early to say much about the staff as they did have a staff turnover in the new year, so I am not too familiar with many. However, Management deals with queries very well and communicate
on info and updates through various means of communication. They have been great! As for the learning again, it is too early to say however we can see an improvement in his development and speech, which brings us confidence he is doing well.

My son has bloomed at Banana Moon. He is now growing into a strong, independent, free-thinking child. The staff are Banana Moon are experienced, caring and very professional. I’m extremely happy with the experience my son has had at Nursery.

Our son has been going to Banana Moon Moseley since he was eight months; the staff were amazing when he started and still are now. He loves going to nursery and when we ask him (he's two now) who his friends are he names several of the nursery staff. They make his day fun whilst at the same time making
it very educational as well.

I would like to thank all the staff at Moseley Banana Moon for taking such good care of our 14 month old over the last couple of months. She loves arriving at nursery and it has been wonderful for her development. She came home after two days walking and eating with a spoon! We can only thank you for
your patience, encouragement and care with her, it really relaxes us when we know she is in such good hands.
I love that everyone knows her name and always stops to say hello to her. Staff always give a brilliant honest handover and are so helpful and flexible.
The activities, food and toys (especially the garden) are brilliant and we wouldn’t want to send her anywhere else.
I’ve happily recommended to friends already!

Our little girl has attended Banana Moon since she was one year old. We have been happy with every room she has been in and she loves going to nursery. The staff are friendly and approachable and the management team accommodating and responsive to feedback and suggestions. I have recommended this nursery
to a number of friends and would continue to do so in the future. Our little girl always comes out with a smile on her face and wonderful stories about her day with her friends.

I remember being very worried when I first left my son at nursery almost 3 years ago. My daughter has recently started and I didn’t worry at all, despite the fact that she was younger and struggled with food and taking a bottle because I knew how caring the staff are and I trust them.
My daughter
has settled in well and is enjoying it and learning lots.
My son still enjoys it too. We had a nice chat on the way home one evening - I asked who was the funniest person in preschool. He answered with the name of a particular member of staff. Who was the kindest person in preschool today and he answered a different member of staff and who was the happiest person in preschool and he said me, so he obviously had a lovely day.
My son raves about the food too.
On a separate note, the opening hours are very helpful.

My son has been at Banana Moon since he was 5 months old, 5 days a week. The staff have been fantastic and he loves it, I can't believe he will be leaving for school this summer! A great setting and I would it recommend to anyone.

My daughter and nephew attend Banana Moon Nursery Moseley and are very happy there. The staff are kind and caring, calm, patient and organised. There are lots of activities for the children to engage in, the variety of food provided is very good, the nursery is bright and very clean, and I am provided
with a detailed breakdown of their daily activities (what they’ve eaten, nappy changes, sleep details and activities they’ve engaged in) either in person or via the Banana Moon parent app.

Our son attends Banana Moon Day Nursery Moseley and runs straight through the door smiling the minute we arrive each day. It is a warm, welcoming and supportive environment with lovely, kind staff who all seem very keen to take care of him and take a real interest in him. I am always surprised and impressed
with the range of activities they do each day, and how much healthy food they can get him to eat! The management are quick and efficient with any queries and I would fully recommend the nursery to anybody.

I’m so happy with Banana Moon Day Nursery Moseley. I visited a few nurseries before I decided on this one. The staff are so friendly and professional. They really support me and my child to settle in. The one thing I love is that no one looks fed up like I experienced at other nurseries.

We have recently started my 11 month old at the Nursery - I looked round 7 nurseries in total and this had by far the best facilities, warm atmosphere and happiest and most confident children. We have been really impressed with the staff, the settling in process and the general level of care given.
The layout of the baby room is fantastic and so spacious, stimulating and engaging - my daughter literally goes off immediately to play as she loves all the space and toys so much, they even have a mini soft play slide inside for them as well as a slide and climbing frame outside. We were recommended the nursery by a friend and would highly recommend it to others.

Fantastic nursery, I would highly recommend it, the staff are attentive and caring of the children's needs. Our daughter has various allergies which have been managed by the staff and she has a good variety of food, which she loves.
She has so much fun, she often never wants to leave at the end of
the day. The setting offers a great variety of activities and learning tools. I can’t believe how much she has developed since she has been there. This is down to the learning and teaching programme that they mould to suit my daughter's individual needs.

Such a wonderful nursery, my daughter was there for 3.5 years and my son is still there. The staffing is very stable and they really love the children; my daughter really misses them. Very caring and great activities for the children. Willing to work with parents, for example learning to use our cloth
nappies, healthy food. I recommend them to everyone.

The staff at Banana Moon Moseley have been amazing when it comes to helping my daughter settle into the baby room. It was a nerve-racking and anxious time for both me and the little one, it took her a long time to get used to being left for the first time. The staff have been so patient and caring and
have dealt with the many tears with compassion and kindness. She now has a lovely day at nursery and I can leave her with confidence knowing that she will be well fed and will do marvellous and stimulating activities! They have also worked miracles with her eating and napping, still can’t believe the variety of foods she will eat there and naps in a cot when she will do neither at home!

Banana Moon has given my son a fantastic start to his education. The nursery supported each stage of my son's development providing him with the necessary starting points and social skills to commence school. The team provided fun, exciting experiences and a few outings which gave us so much to talk

This nursery is fantastic. Great nursery teachers who are attentive and kind and professional. The management team will do anything to meet you and your child’s need. The setting is clean and inviting. Parking facilities are available. I feel fully confident that my child is being cared for properly
whilst learning and having fun. Would fully recommend.
