Banana Moon Day Nursery Moseley

A fantastic nursery where all of the wonderful staff make our daughter happy every single day.

We always receive detailed feedback regarding food, sleep and activities. Our daughter has shown amazing progression since being there.

Such a wonderful nursery, my daughter was there for 3.5 years and my son is still there. The staffing is very stable and they really love the children; my daughter really misses them. Very caring and great activities for the children. Willing to work with parents, for example learning to use our cloth nappies, healthy food. I recommend them to everyone.

The staff at Banana Moon Moseley have been amazing when it comes to helping my daughter settle into the baby room. It was a nerve-racking and anxious time for both me and the little one, it took her a long time to get used to being left for the first time. The staff have been so patient and caring and have dealt with the many tears with compassion and kindness. She now has a lovely day at nursery and I can leave her with confidence knowing that she will be well fed and will do marvellous and stimulating activities! They have also worked miracles with her eating and napping, still can’t believe the variety of foods she will eat there and naps in a cot when she will do neither at home!

Banana Moon has given my son a fantastic start to his education. The nursery supported each stage of my son's development providing him with the necessary starting points and social skills to commence school. The team provided fun, exciting experiences and a few outings which gave us so much to talk about at home as well as the excellent bonds he formed with all his keyworkers and team members. We look forward to starting the journey again this year when our daughter starts with you.

This nursery is fantastic. Great nursery teachers who are attentive and kind and professional. The management team will do anything to meet you and your child’s need. The setting is clean and inviting. Parking facilities are available. I feel fully confident that my child is being cared for properly whilst learning and having fun. Would fully recommend.

Happy to leave my child in the care of the staff at Banana Moon. I like how they're always doing something creative and my child is coming home with a new addition to stick on the fridge.

Our little girl has thrived at Banana Moon so far. They have worked with her to become a well-developed child so far and I’m sure they will help her to continue to develop as she grows older. They were able to manage her difficult napping and adapted to her routine when she decided she was too old to nap!

My daughter has attended Banana Moon since she was 9 months old and I cannot praise the staff enough for the support and love they have shown her. She really enjoys the time she spends here and loves telling me about what she’s been up to.

My child is adopted so I was concerned about her starting nursery, but Banana Moon Moseley has been amazing for her! They are keen to listen and learn and planned a much longer settling in period for her. I have shared resources with staff and these have been implemented throughout the whole nursery. Staff are extremely loving, positive and caring towards my daughter and she sees nursery as a safe place to be. My daughter has developed so much in the 5 months that she has been there.

Staff has changed quite a few times in a few months so communication hasn’t been the best. We also haven’t had a parents evening as the person who was supposed to do it was off and then it was never rearranged. It may have got confused because she moved rooms.

She has really grown in confidence during her time at Banana Moon and made some lovely friends. We will be very sad to end this lovely chapter when she finishes this summer.

The staffs are friendly, some of them really go a long way to show care for the children. The nursery manager has been great especially during the snow where some nurseries were all shut this one was kept open which is a real example to show the place is run with parents in mind too. Highly recommended!

I am the mother of a child and I am so pleased that we chose Banana Moon as my daughter's nursery. The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is always very warm and inviting. My daughter has developed so much with her confidence, learning and social skills. But most of all, my daughter has really developed with her speech! The staff have really worked hard to ensure that my daughter is able to pronounce words properly. Each day her speech is getting stronger, she is learning new words and is able to say complete sentences without any struggle! I really am very thankful to all the staff there, please keep up the good work as you are doing an amazing job.

The nursery is great and our son has really developed there since starting over the summer.

He was unsettled when he first started but has formed bonds with the staff and now he really enjoys it. He does a wide range of activities which aid his development and we really like the staff.
