Our son spends two full days a week at Banana Moon and has for two months. The staff have always been really friendly and quick to answer any questions about anything. It took about 3 weeks for him to settle fully, during which everyone gave us detailed feedback about his activities, sleeping, eating and general chat about what he likes. We have always felt like he is well looked after and has a fun time - he is certainly tired at the end of the day even after a long post-lunch sleep! The nursery has comforting security and CCTV and a tank of friendly fish!

Great nursery. Daughter always happy to be dropped off. Likes all the staff. Seems to have busy days with lots of nice activities. Nursery is clean, bright and airy.
My son is always greeted by someone with a happy smiling face. I always get a detailed breakdown of what he has been doing /eating etc. He only goes once a week but has a good relationship with his workers. The food is healthy. I feel happy when I leave him that he will be well looked after. The staff are lovely and happy and caring. :)
He is now transitioning to the next room and we feel confident he will adjust to this well as the staff have introduced him to the room gradually.
Banana Moon is an excellent nursery. It has a very friendly warm atmosphere. They know my son well and have taken time to understand his needs. He loves going to nursery and enjoys spending time with all the staff. He does a very wide range of fun activities and is trying lots of different things. The range of food is also excellent. The staff are very prompt in dealing with any queries and the whole experience is excellent.
My little girl started here full time at this nursery when she was 7 months old. I was very apprehensive about her being there every day, so I could return to work. All of the staff are incredible, they look after her as if she was their own. She has now been attending for 12 months and she absolutely loves it. I know she is happy there. Everyday I am told about all the activities she has taken part in and I am amazed. Her development is excellent due to the social aspect - I can not thank the staff enough, they are angels!

Murtaza is a smiley, bubbly, familiar face within our setting. Murtaza enjoys spending time with his 3 children and his 2 grandchildren.
You will regularly see Murtaza within the setting meeting with parents and families, talking with the children and taking part in activities with the children.
Murtaza also holds an Introduction to Safeguarding Certificate.
Meet the Nursery Manager- Rukhsar holds a Level 3 in Childcare. Rukhsar is a nominated Designated Safeguarding Lead and Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
Rukhsar works closely alongside the deputy manager and supports all our rooms in developing their Quality of Teaching and Learning.
When alongside the children, Rukhsar enjoys following the children's lead in their play and extending their imagination by creating fun and engaging activities.
Meet the Deputy Manager - Rafina is a key member of the Banana Moon Team and has been for 9 years. Rafina holds an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare.
Rafina works closely alongside the Nursery Manager and supports all our rooms in developing their Quality of Teaching and Learning.
Rafina is a nominated Designated Safeguarding Lead and Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
Rafina enjoys spending time with the children engaging in Messy Activities and Outdoor Adventures.
Rafina enhances our setting through self-evaluation and environmental changes based on our children's interests.
Meet the assistant Deputy Manager - Sheryll holds a Level 3 in Childcare and a Level 3 in supporting teaching and learning. She has previously worked at Banana Moon Moseley for 9 Years
Sheryll is a key member of our staffing team and supports both the management and all rooms throughout the day.
When alongside the children, Sheryll enjoys creating fun and engaging activities that explore literacy and numeracy.
Aisha is a key member of our staffing team and supports both the management and all rooms throughout the day.
She holds a Level 3 childcare qualification and holds an NVQ certificate in Team Leading and Management. Aisha holds 12 years of experience in private daycare and has been at Banana Moon for 10 years.
