I am extremely happy with the service Banana Moon Moseley provides and have happily recommended them to friends. The staff are wonderfully warm and caring, they helped my daughter settle in and have been happy to accommodate education/ practice around things challenging my toddler eg teeth-cleaning,
fussy eating aversion to getting messy. Activities provided are stimulating and I really look forward to the updates on the app. The food is excellent and nutritious, my daughter will often be introduced to new foods. Throughout covid, they’ve been very helpful and management are easy to talk to and clearly dedicated to their role. I think for me most importantly I feel secure that the staff are loving people who enjoy their jobs and this means my daughter really loves her time there.

I could not be happier with the experience my son has had at Banana Moon. He has become so confident since attending and is ever so happy there. The staff obviously care for him very much and provide a fun environment. There handling of the pandemic restrictions has been excellent and incredibly

We send our 21month old daughter for two mornings a week. We know that she has flourished here and become more confident. The nursery workers plan a wide range of varied activities and it's great to see this on the parent app. We love seeing moments captured on the app where we feel part of the journey.
Workers are very approachable and friendly and get to know our child very well.

Banana Moon is a very good nursery. The professionalism and attention to detail (especially given the current Covid-19 protocol) is exemplary. The staff are always very warm, happy and caring to my son, and other children too when I visit for drop off and collection.
The nursery is always very clean,
has nice larger bright rooms, with fun and interesting toys and a well-managed garden.

Both of our children attended. Our youngest had issues with confidence and the team provided a nurturing and positive environment in which to assist in building up our child’s confidence. Our youngest attends now and runs out the door to go to nursery.
Notwithstanding how much the nursery has helped
our children, they also went above and beyond when we had a family issue looking after both of our children for free for an extended period of time. We will always be indebted for this and it shows that their commitment is truly to the children. A truly amazing nursery!

Both of my children really love it at Banana Moon. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the setting is clean and the activities are fun and varied. My children sleep well there too, and we didn’t have the same experience at the first nursery we used.

My son went to Banana Moon for 3 years, he has just left to go to reception. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and love he has received at Banana Moon. From the moment he arrived he has been loved, guided, and cared for with exemplary care and support. The nursery has a family feel, and I feel
it has given him an amazing start in life. The management team listen to your concerns and are always approachable. The way they approached the COVID crisis and managed through it has been wonderful, and I would not hesitate to recommend their care.
The nursery is close to Moseley village, is well equipped and well-staffed. The only small consideration is their small garden but they are never short of resources to play and educate the children with. In summary, wonderful nursery, wonderful caring staff.

We have been very happy with Banana Moon where both our children have attended since the age of 1. The staff have always been polite to us and very kind to our boys. During the pandemic, the nursery has shown great resolve in finding solutions to the current difficulties and helping those needing their
support. We have been met every day with a smile and supportive words. I feel my little boy has been well looked after, his learning has been continued brilliantly within the government guidelines and the nursery have put sensible procedures in place to minimise risk without alienating the children. My little boy does a variety of activities each day to help his development and looks engaged and interested in doing them. Most importantly he is happy at nursery and in their care. The manager is fantastic, friendly, polite and organised and a credit to the nursery, as are her team. I would thoroughly recommend this nursery.

This nursery is absolutely superb. They really care about your child. We moved recently and my daughter really struggled with the change. The staff were so supportive and helpful. It took a while for my daughter to adjust and through all that time, they were flexible and so patient. I'm so grateful.

I have always thought that Banana Moon was an excellent day nursery but through the last few months and everything that that has thrown up, I have been even more impressed. They communicated so well, during horrendous times, certainty for both staff and children. They were so flexible in their offer,
particularly for key workers and managed to maintain a good atmosphere for the kids under unbelievably difficult circumstances. The staff shared such kindness towards children and parents. Thank you for all you do.

Wonderful nursery, all the staff know my child and can all tell me how his day has been. They are incredibly professional and so warm and friendly with the children. My son loves coming to nursery, he has grown in confidence and I love the range of activities he does every day. Management are fantastic
and nothing is too much trouble.

I have always been very paranoid with leaving my daughter with anyone else. However, from the very first settling in session, this nursery have been very reassuring!
The staff are always professional yet loving and caring towards the children. My daughter has never had an issue when being dropped off.

One of the best things about this nursery is the staff. I have found them to be hugely supportive of both my kids but also me as a new parent. My children really enjoy attending and they talk about all the varied activities they do during the day. The nursery has a lovely atmosphere, especially the
pre-school which is set up like a reception classroom making the transition to school much easier. All in all, it's been a great nursery for my kids.

Banana Moon Moseley is an excellent nursery. The management and staff are professional, friendly and accommodating at all times and show great enthusiasm for their role looking after my 14-month-old son. For under twos they are flexible with nap times, working around what works for the child and they
are courteous with phone calls, letting me know if my (accident prone!) son has had a bump or is unwell. Excellent app diary and general all-round excellence. I am 100% happy with sending my son to Banana Moon Moseley five days a week as he has a great time and is very happy here!

The carers at Banana Moon are so caring, approachable and professional. They invest time in the children and make it a really personal experience. Both us, as parents and our child, have a lovely, friendly relationship with his carers. A caring environment for our son's learning journey filled with
plenty of fun and encouragement. Daily updates of our child's progress, his food and activity diary and strong communication that we receive from the staff is paramount to cementing our confidence with our nursery selection. Highly recommend to any parent.

My daughter started nursery at eight months old. I was very nervous leaving her but the staff were helpful and reassuring. When my daughter started her settling in sessions at the setting, the staff were very friendly and wanted to know her routine at home and what she was able to do. When my daughter
started she wasn't able to sit up, she is now an independent little girl who is confident on her feet. The staff have been really helpful and supportive with helping my daughter feed herself, she is getting more and more confident. She has started her settles in Teenie room which she loves to go and play in. I will definitely recommend Banana Moon to my family and friends.

Aisha is a key member of our staffing team and supports both the management and all rooms throughout the day.


She holds a Level 3 childcare qualification and holds an NVQ certificate in Team Leading and Management. Aisha holds 12 years of experience in private daycare and has been at Banana Moon for 10 years.


When supporting learning activities and experiences Aisha can be found exploring messy play.
