I am just about to send my third child to Banana Moon. Both my children have attended the setting since they were babies and have absolutely loved their time at Banana Moon. The staff are extremely professional, kind and welcoming and have made us feel completely reassured that our children are safe
and happy at nursery. The communication is excellent and they are flexible and supportive. The variety of experiences they offer to the children is excellent and they are constantly improving their offer. I would highly recommend Banana Moon.

The nursery has always been very warm and welcoming with my son and has always been there on hand if I ever needed any support.
The facilitators are lovely and are always there to offer that extra helping hand and support the child in whatever means possible.
The setting of the nursery is very good,
safe and playful for the children to easily settle into it.

My eldest son started at Banana Moon in 2015, and left to begin school in September 2019.
My youngest has been at Banana Moon since June 2019.
Banana Moon feels like a family, the staff are incredibly kind and caring, and I’ve always had complete faith that my children are in good hands.
The environment
is comfortable and stimulating, and the team continuously work hard to make improvements.
The children engage in a variety of fun and educational activities, and my boys have loved their time at nursery.
Overall I would highly recommend Banana Moon as a childcare setting.

Brilliant nursery, have been instrumental in the development of my daughter. All staff are friendly and always helpful.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Could not wish for more from the staff here. They’ve looked after my two daughters from being very young until the eldest went off to school, and have cared exceptionally well for my youngest with complex medical needs. They always strived so hard to make each day an enjoyable
experience for all the children, and so many fun, messy learning experiences and lovely outdoor space. Five stars!

My two boys both loved their time at Banana Moon Day Nursery Moseley. Both started at just a year old. My eldest son is now in year one at school and the foundations he built for learning at nursery have seen him settle into school and progress so very well. My youngest son is currently in pre-school
at Banana Moon and like his brother his ‘ladies’ have nurtured him and helped him to grow into the confident, happy little chap he is. He sees them as his friends, whilst respecting them as his teachers and he has built great foundations for beginning his school life. They have both made great friendships that I know they will always remember. I’m thankful for their dedication to providing excellent care for my children. I have to add throughout the pandemic I have felt very safe in the knowledge the staff have done everything in their power to protect and keep safe all the children in their care and I have felt, as a key worker, entirely safe to hand over the care of my child. Highly recommend.

The staff at Banana Moon are incredibly nice and friendly people, and they seem to really care about our daughter. They are patient with our daughter and also with us when we can be quite demanding parents. The surrounding is very friendly, and our daughter enjoys going there. However, what has really
blown us away as parents is how much our daughter has progressed since joining Banana Moon about 18 months ago. We would recommend Banana Moon to any other parents.

Great nursery and members of staff are very welcoming and friendly.
My son attends the nursey and I have been pleased with his development over the time he has been attending.
The nursey also has an app which is very useful when checking day to day activities.

Our daughter has been at the nursery since August 2020 and she loves her time there. On the days she is not at nursery she talks about the staff non-stop, showing what a strong relationship she has built with the team. We love the daily updates from the app with pictures showing all the fun and educational
activities she has been up to. We are very pleased we chose Banana Moon and are planning on sending her brother to the nursery when I return to work from maternity leave.

My daughter has been at Banana Moon for almost a year now and is thriving! She enjoys her time at nursery and feels very comfortable with the nursery staff, who are always friendly and caring towards us both. The nursery environment is fun and stimulating for little ones and there is a wide range of
activities, including lots of outdoor play. She seems to enjoy the meals and there is a good variety of food served.
I would not hesitate to recommend Banana Moon to friends and family. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do!

My little boy has been attending this setting for over 6 months. He is almost 2. In this time he has progressed very quickly, with speaking learning and in his confidence. All the staff that work here are friendly, kind and very approachable. I am so glad I made the choice for him to attend this nursery.
I have never had any concerns. He always comes home clean, happy and worn out from all of the fun! Well done to all the staff for making this place so brilliant!

This is a fantastic nursery and always has been. My son attended not long after it opened and my daughter is there now. All the staff are, and always have been, excellent. They are very attentive, kind and caring at all times. They provide a huge range of different activities every day and both my children
have absolutely blossomed as a result of being at this setting. The nursery has coped tremendously during the pandemic and have worked tirelessly to keep parents updated at every stage and make changes within the setting to ensure children can attend. I can’t recommend this nursery enough and I will be really sad in September when my daughter leaves to go to school!

Banana Moon Day Nursery Moseley is an outstanding nursery, I would highly recommend it! The staff always go above and beyond and truly make it a wonderful place. The safeguarding and safety protocols are beyond any guidance. The staff know the children and are always happy to offer advice or help with
development needs. My daughter often forgets to say goodbye when I drop her off in her excitement to get in and see her friends. She has been in three of the groups so far and they have all been outstanding!
The diary app gets updated throughout the day so you can see what they are up to and if they do have a fall the staff call to update you. I honestly never worry about her whilst she is there!

The staff at Banana Moon Moseley are absolutely fantastic! They welcome us with huge smiles every morning, even in these difficult times and on cold snowy mornings!
They cater for my son's dietary requirements with flexibility and positivity.
Their communication is excellent, whether that be on the
gate at pick up, via the app during the course of the day or via email.

Can’t praise the staff here enough. So caring and dedicated to the children and their enjoyment and learning. My son is very happy here as was his sister before him.

I am extremely happy with the service Banana Moon Moseley provides and have happily recommended them to friends. The staff are wonderfully warm and caring, they helped my daughter settle in and have been happy to accommodate education/ practice around things challenging my toddler eg teeth-cleaning,
fussy eating aversion to getting messy. Activities provided are stimulating and I really look forward to the updates on the app. The food is excellent and nutritious, my daughter will often be introduced to new foods. Throughout covid, they’ve been very helpful and management are easy to talk to and clearly dedicated to their role. I think for me most importantly I feel secure that the staff are loving people who enjoy their jobs and this means my daughter really loves her time there.

We send our 21month old daughter for two mornings a week. We know that she has flourished here and become more confident. The nursery workers plan a wide range of varied activities and it's great to see this on the parent app. We love seeing moments captured on the app where we feel part of the journey.
Workers are very approachable and friendly and get to know our child very well.
