Banana Moon Day Nursery Moseley

Our children have been attending over the last three years and we’re very happy with the service provided. The staff have made a great relationship with both our children and are caring and committed to their wellbeing.

I am so pleased that we sent our child to Banana Moon Moseley. He has thrived so much being there and is truly excited to attend. We are especially grateful to the staff for not only accommodating his special needs but also helping us through the complex process of getting him external support.

Really caring staff and lovely setting for my little one to learn and play in. My child loves going to nursery and always has lots to tell me about their day. The recent upgrades to the outdoor area are also great!

Banana Moon is a setting where you will see staff happy to be there and even your little one! My son has recently started there a few months ago and has become so independent and showing so many developmental changes, as being my first baby I was very anxious about leaving him but the staff are always reassuring and happy to help with reliability. The ladies in the baby moon room are great with my son and even the management team are very understanding and relatable. One thing I love about the management team is you actually see them engaging with the children. A big thanks to staff for helping me get my little man all sorted to start a few months back and giving me a virtual show around to stick to covid 19 measures and a big thanks continuously to his key person for all the care she's given also all the lovely ladies in the baby moon room!

We are very happy with Banana Moon and will be sending our younger daughter when she starts nursery later this year.

My son attends this nursery and so did my daughter. I can highly recommend the nursery, they are so friendly and thoughtful. They always try to help in every way possible and always greet with a smile. My son enjoys coming to nursery and is excited to attend, they do a variety of activities and recently have a new mud kitchen area!

I am just about to send my third child to Banana Moon. Both my children have attended the setting since they were babies and have absolutely loved their time at Banana Moon. The staff are extremely professional, kind and welcoming and have made us feel completely reassured that our children are safe and happy at nursery. The communication is excellent and they are flexible and supportive. The variety of experiences they offer to the children is excellent and they are constantly improving their offer. I would highly recommend Banana Moon.

The setting of the nursery is very good, safe and playful for the children to easily settle into it.

Overall I would highly recommend Banana Moon as a childcare setting.

Special mention to the key worker, who has been brilliant as the key person contact point and always willing to discuss anything we may need to.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Could not wish for more from the staff here. They’ve looked after my two daughters from being very young until the eldest went off to school, and have cared exceptionally well for my youngest with complex medical needs. They always strived so hard to make each day an enjoyable experience for all the children, and so many fun, messy learning experiences and lovely outdoor space. Five stars!

Both my children attend Banana Moon. They have blossomed since starting. My son had limited contact with others due to Covid, the staff made him feel welcome, reassured and safe. They were supportive to me, taking time to talk to me when I pick my children up. I am so grateful to Banana Moon and would highly recommend.

Banana Moon Moseley is a well-managed and happy environment for our child. He has attended since being a baby and we are already gathering the tissues for his last day when he graduates and goes off to school!

My two boys both loved their time at Banana Moon Day Nursery Moseley. Both started at just a year old. My eldest son is now in year one at school and the foundations he built for learning at nursery have seen him settle into school and progress so very well. My youngest son is currently in pre-school at Banana Moon and like his brother his ‘ladies’ have nurtured him and helped him to grow into the confident, happy little chap he is. He sees them as his friends, whilst respecting them as his teachers and he has built great foundations for beginning his school life. They have both made great friendships that I know they will always remember. I’m thankful for their dedication to providing excellent care for my children. I have to add throughout the pandemic I have felt very safe in the knowledge the staff have done everything in their power to protect and keep safe all the children in their care and I have felt, as a key worker, entirely safe to hand over the care of my child. Highly recommend.

The staff at Banana Moon are incredibly nice and friendly people, and they seem to really care about our daughter. They are patient with our daughter and also with us when we can be quite demanding parents. The surrounding is very friendly, and our daughter enjoys going there. However, what has really blown us away as parents is how much our daughter has progressed since joining Banana Moon about 18 months ago. We would recommend Banana Moon to any other parents.

Me and my wife have no complaints and would highly recommend the nursey to friends and family.

Our daughter has been at the nursery since August 2020 and she loves her time there. On the days she is not at nursery she talks about the staff non-stop, showing what a strong relationship she has built with the team. We love the daily updates from the app with pictures showing all the fun and educational activities she has been up to. We are very pleased we chose Banana Moon and are planning on sending her brother to the nursery when I return to work from maternity leave.

My little boy has been attending this setting for over 6 months. He is almost 2. In this time he has progressed very quickly, with speaking learning and in his confidence. All the staff that work here are friendly, kind and very approachable. I am so glad I made the choice for him to attend this nursery. I have never had any concerns. He always comes home clean, happy and worn out from all of the fun! Well done to all the staff for making this place so brilliant!

This is a fantastic nursery and always has been. My son attended not long after it opened and my daughter is there now. All the staff are, and always have been, excellent. They are very attentive, kind and caring at all times. They provide a huge range of different activities every day and both my children have absolutely blossomed as a result of being at this setting. The nursery has coped tremendously during the pandemic and have worked tirelessly to keep parents updated at every stage and make changes within the setting to ensure children can attend. I can’t recommend this nursery enough and I will be really sad in September when my daughter leaves to go to school!
