Our daughter was made to feel welcome at Leaps and Bounds from her first day there. She was encouraged to develop in confidence by kind, caring staff and has really loved being with the teams in both the baby and teenies rooms. I would say that the level of care is excellent, staff are hardworking and
enjoy being there, and this generally made our daughter happy to spend time there. Staff seem to genuinely connect with the children and provide lots of fun activities for them to do.

My 3-year-old is currently still at Partou Leaps and Bounds Day Nursery & Pre-school however, my firstborn also attended L&B. Both have had such a positive experience and I have seen so much growth in them. The staff are amazing at handling drop-offs and always find a way to distract them. They're always
happy to take my emails and calls when I'm worried. What I love most is that you can see how much they genuinely love the children. It's heartbreaking when they have to change rooms.
They stayed open all throughout Covid and the storms when many others closed. The staff are truly dedicated to helping families. I've seen them deal with some really tough parents.
I definitely feel like they are part of the family and will be sad when my 3-year-old is ready to go.
Thank you all for your hard work.
My only negative would be the staff turnover. Although I know this is a problem throughout the country and they really try their best to be fully staffed. Like I said they've stayed open throughout.

My eldest son finished there last year. He had been there a year and a half and we were absolutely happy with everything. He got a bit of autism and he got so much help and support which for we are very grateful. This made it so much easier to start in the school. At the moment his little brother is
attending there and even though he had trouble staying there, they did everything in their power to help him settle. Now he just can’t wait to be there. Well done Leaps & Bounds team, you really know what you are doing. Thank you for all your hard work.

Our daughter loves going to Leaps and Bounds and we love all of the staff who take such great care of her. She is excited to go in on her nursery days and we feel confident that she is being well looked after, engaged with and nurtured. So happy that we found this nursery.

From our initial visit, we have been extremely impressed with Leaps and Bounds Nursery. The staff are all very professional, and so caring. The rooms that the children are in are always very well organised and full of exciting activities for them to get involved with. Our little boy loves going in,
and always seems so happy there. Would highly recommend!

Leaps and Bounds are a brilliant nursery. Our child is very happy there and all the staff are lovely and friendly. Everyone is very welcoming and caring and really look after our child.
Only slight drawback is the admin can be a bit clunky and confusing at times.

Leaps and Bounds has looked after our twins from 13 months to 2.5 years. We had the most wonderful experience and every day they run into nursery and are excited to be there. All the staff are fantastic, caring, and look after them beautifully. We have watched them flourish and are constantly amazed
at how many new skills and language they bring back home having learnt there. I’ve never had a cause for concern at this nursery and cannot rate it highly enough. We are moving to a new area and we are devastated that this has taken us too far away to commute to this nursery. We wish we could continue with our twins coming here but sadly it is too far. We highly recommend this nursery.

The nursery has been very helpful with the development of my daughter. And she is now fully ready for the big school. I can't thank everyone enough for all the fun and educational things they have provided and my daughter always couldn't wait to go back to nursery every week. The nursery provided very

My daughter really enjoyed attending Leaps and Bounds, Brislington. The staff were all really friendly, the nursery itself was very well kept.
The only reason she had to leave was that we could not get any more sessions.

My little girl loves to go to Leaps & Bounds Nursery! Even on our days off and weekends she’s asking when she is coming back, and gets very excited! I can’t praise the team at Leaps & Bounds Day Nursery enough! They consistently demonstrate genuine care and affection for the children and feel like extended family. So much so, that even though we have moved out of the area and now have to travel thirty minutes, I haven’t even considered moving my
child as she is just so happy here! During the recent transition from the toddler to preschool rooms, the whole team took so much care to help my daughter settle and adjusted the approach to suit her individual needs. And when we became eligible for our free childcare hours, the team spent ages explaining everything to me to help me budget effectively for the change. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the warmth and friendliness from the team is lovely. Great range of activities and learning opportunities and the engagement and communication from key workers is brilliant! My daughter is kind and considerate of others and I credit the team at Leaps & Bounds with that as much as I do myself!

My child has been attending Leaps & Bounds since January 2022. They absolutely love the setting. They look forward to going every day and are often impatient in the mornings to get there! The staff are fantastic and the communication is great.
Their key workers keep parents regularly updated with
their child's specific interests, a daily face-to-face update, monthly paperwork to fill in for parents to give any new interests/new progress for their child and through the app. Any general updates are communicated through email.
The key workers in my child's room all have a special bond with my child and they know them really well. I have often asked for their advice and they have really helped with both practical and emotional support for my child. The staff in each room seem really happy and specifically chose to bring a blend with other key workers in the room in order to create the perfect mix and team to manage the rooms.

Our son attended this nursery for three years. The staff are some of the hardest working people I’ve ever come across. They are always full of energy, friendly, very experienced, helpful and take the time to talk to parents when you collect your child. The staff know your children well and they are
far from just a number. The communication from management is excellent. The manager is very personable and hands-on. I can’t recommend this nursery highly enough. I’m sad our other child won’t be going here.

Both our children have attended Leaps and Bounds since 2019 until October 2022. We have always been really impressed with the bond staff manage to create with children and the various activities provided. Regardless of their age groups, the staff knew all children by their first names - the nursery
definitely has a family feel and it is really welcoming.
Both our children are always so happy to go to nursery and a little sad to go home after each session. We really recommend the Leaps and Bounds nursery!

My daughter has attended Leaps & Bounds Day Nursery Brislington for almost three years now, it’s a pleasure for her to attend and we see the benefits daily, of her doing so. She thrives in the environment and often comes back home talking about something she’s done that day. The variety of her reports
is what pleases us, it’s not the same old routine. She is included in all tasks and her individual needs that could initially prevent her inclusion are always accommodated by staff. We’ve been really impressed with how conscientious staff have been recently to make sure we are contacted and given advance notice of some activities to make sure she is included. Nowhere is perfect and mistakes happen but if and when we raise concerns, we can be confident we are listened to and steps are taken to rectify issues. The care staff, support hierarchy and management are all very approachable and keen to listen to all feedback. Highly recommend.
