Partou Leaps and Bounds Day Nursery & Pre-school

Our son attended this nursery for three years. The staff are some of the hardest working people I’ve ever come across. They are always full of energy, friendly, very experienced, helpful and take the time to talk to parents when you collect your child. The staff know your children well and they are far from just a number. The communication from management is excellent. The manager is very personable and hands-on. I can’t recommend this nursery highly enough. I’m sad our other child won’t be going here.

Both our children are always so happy to go to nursery and a little sad to go home after each session. We really recommend the Leaps and Bounds nursery!

My daughter has attended Leaps & Bounds Day Nursery Brislington for almost three years now, it’s a pleasure for her to attend and we see the benefits daily, of her doing so. She thrives in the environment and often comes back home talking about something she’s done that day. The variety of her reports is what pleases us, it’s not the same old routine. She is included in all tasks and her individual needs that could initially prevent her inclusion are always accommodated by staff. We’ve been really impressed with how conscientious staff have been recently to make sure we are contacted and given advance notice of some activities to make sure she is included. Nowhere is perfect and mistakes happen but if and when we raise concerns, we can be confident we are listened to and steps are taken to rectify issues. The care staff, support hierarchy and management are all very approachable and keen to listen to all feedback. Highly recommend.

The staff at Leaps & Bounds were really accommodating and responsive to both our baby and our wishes as parents. Our son settled in really quickly and I've no doubt that was down to the excellent care he received.

My daughter has been attending Leaps & Bounds Day Nursery Brislington from 8 months old. She absolutely loves it, she happily goes over to any of the girls who work there. They serve an assortment of foods which is great! My daughter has become very confident in eating since she has been coming here. I love looking at the learning book to see what she's been doing and they keep her stimulated. They are all lovely and kind people and I feel 100% comfortable when she’s there.

My son really enjoys going to Leaps & Bounds Day Nursery Brislington and the staff have been wonderful, always happy to adapt due to his delayed learning and development. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for fabulous childcare. My second child will be also attending very soon.

We love everything about Leaps & Bounds Day Nursery Brislington. It’s very daunting leaving your little one for the first few weeks at nursery and made especially harder due to Covid however the team at Leaps & Bounds are so lovely with the children, any anxiety was soon lifted. My son has now been there for 5 months and he absolutely loves it. He is now so confident and we always ask him if he wants to go to nursery the day before and he says ‘yeah’ and then starts naming everyone he knows there. We really appreciate all the work the staff do and love our updates each week. Thanks for all your hard work.

The app the nursery use to share pictures and updates during the day is great. We would prefer a more transparent approach to picture sharing on the nursery's Facebook account, but this is a relatively minor concern for us.

Our daughter has attended Leaps and Bounds since she was 1 year old and she is now 4 years old and due to leave in September. She has really enjoyed her time at nursery at Leaps and Bounds and has already said she will be sad to leave! She is so happy to go in when we drop her off in the morning. They do a range of activities with her and she has learnt so much whilst she has been there. All the staff are lovely and really approachable. The manager is lovely and very organised. We get regular newsletters keeping us up to date on things going on at the nursery. We recommended this nursery to our friends as we are so impressed.

A lovely nurturing nursery attended by both our children over the past few years. The staff work hard with families to help little ones settle in and provide great activities and opportunities for development, plus a solid routine throughout the nursery, with flexibility when/where the child needs it. Very approachable and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

All staff are friendly and professional. They take my daughter in with a smile and are very informative at the end of the day. I know what activities she has been doing, what she has learnt and what she has eaten that day. She really enjoys going to nursery and even asks to go on the weekend! My younger children will be going to Leaps and Bounds and I would recommend this nursery to everyone.

Staff take a genuine personal interest in both of our children and despite COVID-19, they have provided a great range of activities and messy play. Our toddler's language has come on hugely and they have been so helpful with potty training. On-site leadership are always available on the phone/email but the admin which is done off-site and can be slow to sort.

Our little one has been in the baby room for around 5 months and absolutely loves it. The staff are great and his key worker is wonderful, he’s really formed a special bond with her. We love being sent photos on the nursery app of what he has been doing throughout the day.

A wonderful nursery with caring staff and a nurturing environment. Both my children have loved their time there. The variety of food on the menu is good - some days it's a tagine, others it's ham sandwiches. The staff clearly care about the wellbeing of the children and give them so much support. There's even a photographer at Christmas!

My son joined the nursery when he was 10 months. I must say that I was quite anxious about sending him at such a young age, however, the staff have been very friendly and understanding and helped him settle very quickly. My son is now nearly 3 years old and is enjoying the nursery very much. Staff have always been caring and very creative. English is not my son’s first language and I am very impressed how much he has learnt over there! Staff and management are always very helpful if there are any issues and concerns. I know I can count on their advice. They were also brilliant keeping the nursery safe during the pandemic.

We’re really pleased with the care our children have received at the nursery. The staff are always welcoming, caring and provide good communication to the parents with daily feedback at pick up time and updates via emails and Facebook. Would definitely recommend.

I have two children at this setting, one since 2018. Both are very well looked after, educated and entertained. My youngest (age 1) has just started and settled in so fast. He already has a bond with his key worker and I put this down to her brilliant care for him in the setting. My eldest skips on in and doesn’t look back. She talks about her key worker and other children often. It’s clear by her interactions at home just how patient and kind they are to her. They tailor their activities really well and really focus on helping children achieve their developmental milestones. My 1 year old has changed so much in the short few weeks he’s been there. I must also say that this is my favourite team/management of the nursery to date. Communication is clear and frequent. Parents are always welcome to call or email with feedback/queries/questions. I feel it offers good value for money, the food menu is full of variety. It’s a huge weight off my mind suncream/nappies/wet wipes/food being included.

It’s just a great place for my son to learn and grow.
