Bright Horizons Cheshunt Day Nursery and Preschool

Our daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Cheshunt in Toddler 2 room since June 2023 and we couldn’t be happier. We had visited a few other nurseries but when we had the tour here it just felt right. All the staff take pride in their roles and provide the children with fun and educational activities and my daughter always leaves happy and is excited to get to class in the morning! They are always so welcoming and you can see how happy the children are there. She has a fantastic key worker who takes the time to provide detailed feedback, and observations and we can really see how much she has progressed and developed. She is so well looked after and all the staff are an asset. The children are stimulated and they update parents throughout the day via the app which is brilliant, lots of pictures and what they have done throughout the day. They provide healthy and nutritious meals and the nursery is very clean. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been in Toddler 2 for the last six months and absolutely loves it. She asks to go to nursery every day and has a special bond with her key workers. The nursery really cares about the children and they regularly update you through their app.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 1 and is now nearly 3, so currently in the Nursery room. She absolutely loves it there, they really have taught her so much and helped with her development massively. We get regular updates through the app with everything she has done in a day, including pictures of the activities which is such a nice touch. All of the staff in her room are brilliant, particularly the room leader, who has such a tailored approach with her and she absolutely loves it. Would highly recommend this nursery.

I am really happy so far with my babies experience of Bright Horizons so far. The staff in the baby room are really friendly and have been really good at updating me as to her progress, particularly to reassure me when she has been unsettled at drop off. She loves the food too. I recommend this nursery to others.

This is a great nursery! My daughter absolutely loves coming here and all the staff are really friendly and make me feel comfortable leaving her in their care. I would definitely recommend this nursery to a friend.

Moved into the area recently and had no idea which nursery to go with. Had a tour and it just felt right. In the end, we are really happy we chose this nursery. Our daughter is being taken care of, having fun and eating lots of things she would never have at home! 5 stars on everything.

Always reassuring to know that the girls are in safe hands. The staff are enthusiastic and helpful. Kids have an amazing variety of activities. Would be nice to have a few local trips. Thank you so much.

Very happy with this nursery. My daughter joined the baby room in September 2023 and she looks forward to going in every day. The staff are so attentive and friendly, my daughter has so much fun there. Each day is different ranging from arts and crafts to playing in the garden.

I’m very happy with the baby room at Bright Horizons, Cheshunt. My daughter settled in so quickly with the lovely, caring staff, who she is now attached to. She’s learning so much every day. I particularly love the amount of effort made to develop activities around different themes every week/day e.g. they were watching little chicks hatch during the Easter period and got to hold them - naturally, my daughter came home and started pointing and quacking every time she saw a bird.

My twins thoroughly enjoy their time at Cheshunt Bright Horizons. The classrooms are clean, organised and spacious. My son especially has really taken to his new teacher, as she has really picked up on his strengths (numbers and reading) and helped him nurture them. I'm really happy with the care they provide and highly recommend them.

My daughter has been attending Cheshunt Day Nursery and Preschool since October 2020. I was very nervous about going back to work after being on maternity leave during the first wave of the pandemic. The staff were very supportive from the beginning and have put myself and my daughter at ease. The rooms are provided with lovely age-appropriate toys and activities and feels like a home away from for the children. The recent introduction of the app has been amazing! It's so lovely getting updates throughout my working day about what my daughter has been doing. All the staff are very friendly and nurturing towards the children and it's so lovely that my daughter is greeted every morning with a happy familiar face. The management team are always happy to help and answer any questions myself or my husband have to ask. My daughter really enjoys the meals provided at the nursery and I can often see she has eaten all her food from looking at the app. Brilliant nursery with a brilliant team!

I cannot recommend this nursery enough to parents who are looking for a safe nurturing and wonderfully loving place for their child. Both of my children attend the nursery and come home having had a wonderful day every single day. The daily details available in the new app about my kids means that I can check on how they are doing when I want and be comfortable in the knowledge their education is being well looked after.

Love how they set goals and targets and really focus on the child’s needs and always great communication.

This nursery is one of the best in area! The management and staff are very professional, friendly and their mannerism is next to none. My little girl started here very shy and slow to speak. Her key worker did a brilliant job getting her settled very quickly! She has become very chatty, confident and enjoys going in on her days. This was a big relief and plus for me as the transition seems so effortless. The consistency of having the same key worker most of the time when dropping and picking her up was very reassuring for me. I would recommend this nursery with my eyes closed. They embrace diversity and inclusiveness which was again a big positive for me and I am very grateful to the manager and the staff for their kind support.Please don't hesitate to give your little one the best start. Bright Horizons Cheshunt Day Nursery and Preschool has been a life saver for my family. As a working mum, I've had so much peace of mind, knowing my child will receive the best loving and tender care. The staff is thoughtful, caring and very professional and they have given my daughter so much love and attention. The facilities are great, clean and the kids have everything they need. Overall, I've been really happy for the past three years and sad to see my child leave as we are moving house in a different area.

Highly recommend Bright Horizons Cheshunt Day Nursery and Preschool, the staff are very welcoming. Even during Covid-19 I felt very happy and safe to send my child here. The staff are all lovely and always able to help where necessary. My son, who is eleven months, loves coming here and always seems happy.
