My daughter has been with the nursery since March she was very quiet and placid but since attending she has become more confident and developed in many areas. All the staff are excellent all very efficient which is good to know. My daughter loves attending and I feel confident that she is being well
looked after. She is in toddler 1.

So reassuring to know that my son will be looked after when I go back to work. The girls in the baby room really have gone above and beyond to make sure he is settled. Absolutely lovely nursery and a great atmosphere.

Lots of praise for this pre-school. My son loves it there and his teachers. He comes home excited for the things he learned and things he's made. His teachers always have time to speak with me and my wife whenever we have updates for them, or when we ask for updates from them on his progress. My son
also loves the ICT screens, what a great learning tool.

My daughter is currently in the baby room, every time we drop her off and pick her up, she is so happy, well fed and looked after. The staff are lovely, I trust them totally with my little girl.

Amelia is the proud Nursery Manager of Bright Horizons Cheshunt. With over seven years of dedicated leadership in Early Years Education and Care, and a rewarding twenty-year career in the early years sector, she brings both extensive experience and a deep passion for nurturing young minds.


She is wholeheartedly committed to supporting each child's unique learning and development journey, ensuring they thrive and make meaningful progress through the Bright Horizons Nurture Approach and Heart Values.


Amelia is equally devoted to empowering her team to excel as early years practitioners, fostering a culture of excellence in delivering high-quality education and care.


She looks forward to welcoming families to the nursery, where every child’s growth and happiness are at the heart of everything they do.

Maxine

Maxine

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Maxine brings 30 years of invaluable experience in childcare to her role. Her journey began as a registered childminder while raising her own children, later transitioning to working closely with children with additional needs. For the past five years, she has been a proud and dedicated member of the nursery management team.


Holding a Level 3 qualification, Maxine also serves as the nursery’s Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo), a position that reflects her deep passion for supporting children with special educational needs.


She is profoundly committed to the early years sector and takes immense joy in seeing the Heart Values come to life each day, fostering positive experiences for both the children and the dedicated nursery team.
