Really pleased with my daughter's progress. Staff have been really great, always friendly and nice to see they also get excited by my daughter's progress.
Two of the nursery practitioners have been fantastic.

It will be sad to leave in August.

My son has only been at this nursery a short time and he loves it. He is excited to go to nursery every day and always comes home with a smile on his face which is so lovely to see. It makes me happy that he has such a good time. The staff are always lovely as well.

My son absolutely loved this day nursery and they really helped him to transition to a nursery at a primary school. He's so much more confident after being at this nursery. All staff were lovely and communicated well with myself when I came to pick my son up at the end of his session.

My child has been with Twizzle tops for 8 months and has absolutely enjoyed being there. The carers are warm and welcoming and follow all standards in delivering excellent care. The transition of my son from the time he joined the nursery has been wonderful and his development has been extraordinary.
His communication has improved drastically and he is now an independent and happy child. His journey in learning different things has been amazing.

My son looks so happy and engaged and is having the best time of his life! The nursery itself is a fun and bright environment and I think it provides the backdrop for more effective learning. My son loves the teachers very much and the teachers are very approachable for parents.

Twizzle Tops has been a massive help to our family with helping to care for our very little girl when both parents were forced back to work in her very early years. The nursery and its managerial staff have been a real lifeline and a true blessing when it came to flexibility and support. Our daughter
loved the attention she received from the staff and fellow children, she loved the trips out and the care that the nursery provided. Her key-worker is dedicated to her growth, comfort and target setting and achievements. The Key-worker has been good with communicating updates and information and the managers have always been approachable and pleasant to work with.

The staff are friendly and supportive to both parents and children. They have taken the time to get to know my son and find out what makes him tick, what works, what doesn’t. He loves the fact they get to go on adventures outside of the setting. The communication between staff and parents is great.

My nearly 2 year old has just started this nursery. I was recommended by my cousin who also has her two sons go here.
He has settled in so well, better than I expected as he wasn’t too good on the settling in session. But with the staff being so friendly and comforting and being so accommodating he
is doing well.
Would recommend for anyone.

My son is 9 months old and has been attending Twizzle Tops since he was 4 months old. The baby room is so cosy and welcoming and the staff take such good care of him. He is always happy and bringing his paintings home. Management are always friendly and approachable and deal with any requests promptly.

My little boys loves going to nursery. They take part in lots of different activities both educational and fun and every day when I pick him up he is exhausted from all the fun!
I am kept in constant communication from the nursery and have constant reviews with his key worker about his progress.
It
makes me feel happy about returning to work knowing my little boy is well cared for and being supported in his development.

My daughter has been at Twizzle Tops since she was 6months. She has been in the baby room, then in toddler and now in pre-school. She loves it and the progress she has made it’s incredible! The staff are very welcoming and they always have new activities and clubs running so the children are stimulated
to learn new things. They also keep a very detailed report of every child milestones and work on reinforcing the care when needed. We are very happy with it.

Hi, I am Charlotte; I am the nursery manager of Twizzle Tops Day Nursery, The Willows. I have worked for the company since 2020.
I have been the Manager here since the summer of 2022 and helped facilitate our move to The Willows in January.
I have worked hard to ensure the nursery is a home from home environment for our children. I strive to create solid partnerships with our parents and really enjoy sharing all of the learning and fun we have at the nursery including parent and family events.
My staff team are amazing; they are enthusiastic and passionate about their roles as well as being qualified and motivated educators
