Twizzle Tops Day Nursery The Willows

The staff at Twizzle Tops take really good care of him. He is beginning to play with lots of toys with the staff and other babies.

My son has only been at this nursery a short time and he loves it. He is excited to go to nursery every day and always comes home with a smile on his face which is so lovely to see. It makes me happy that he has such a good time. The staff are always lovely as well.

My son absolutely loved this day nursery and they really helped him to transition to a nursery at a primary school. He's so much more confident after being at this nursery. All staff were lovely and communicated well with myself when I came to pick my son up at the end of his session.

My child has been with Twizzle tops for 8 months and has absolutely enjoyed being there. The carers are warm and welcoming and follow all standards in delivering excellent care. The transition of my son from the time he joined the nursery has been wonderful and his development has been extraordinary. We are so pleased with Twizzle Tops, they are everything we could hope for in a nursery. Our son is so happy all the time. They are so good at attending to his every need. They are outstanding in every situation including his allergies. They are caring, friendly and approachable at all times and excellent at giving us feedback.

Twizzle Tops has been a massive help to our family with helping to care for our very little girl when both parents were forced back to work in her very early years. The nursery and its managerial staff have been a real lifeline and a true blessing when it came to flexibility and support. Our daughter loved the attention she received from the staff and fellow children, she loved the trips out and the care that the nursery provided. Her key-worker is dedicated to her growth, comfort and target setting and achievements. The Key-worker has been good with communicating updates and information and the managers have always been approachable and pleasant to work with.

All the team have been amazing for my boy at this nursery. He has come on leaps and bounds over the years, special thank you to the assistant nursery manager for supporting me as a mother and supporting my son in his development over the years, would definitely recommend this nursery.

The staff are friendly and supportive to both parents and children. They have taken the time to get to know my son and find out what makes him tick, what works, what doesn’t. He loves the fact they get to go on adventures outside of the setting. The communication between staff and parents is great.

My son loves coming into nursery. He adores the staff and is busy every day doing artwork or cooking. His speech has really improved through all the new songs he has learnt. I can’t praise the nursery enough for everything they do.

Staff are always ready to put the children and their individual needs first and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Very likely, I find the environment engaging for my children and the daily feedback I get is good for on going monitoring of my children.

My son is 9 months old and has been attending Twizzle Tops since he was 4 months old. The baby room is so cosy and welcoming and the staff take such good care of him. He is always happy and bringing his paintings home. Management are always friendly and approachable and deal with any requests promptly. Overall, really happy my son comes here!

Both of my children love going to Twizzle Tops. The staff are lovely and so caring, my 13-month-old enjoys the range of activities he does. He always comes back with lots of pieces of art he's done.

It makes me feel happy about returning to work knowing my little boy is well cared for and being supported in his development.

My daughter has been at Twizzle Tops since she was 6months. She has been in the baby room, then in toddler and now in pre-school. She loves it and the progress she has made it’s incredible! The staff are very welcoming and they always have new activities and clubs running so the children are stimulated to learn new things. They also keep a very detailed report of every child milestones and work on reinforcing the care when needed. We are very happy with it.

I’m really happy with the care my little girl receives. Even though she only does one day a week, she has settled in really well. All the staff are friendly and welcoming.
