Twizzle Tops Day Nursery The Willows

My daughter has been with the nursery since she was a year old and has developed so much during her time there (she's now 3). She is advanced in her speaking, numbers and letters and is always coming home singing new songs she has learnt. The nursery have taken great care of her and she is delighted to go there. Twizzle Tops is a hidden gem and I am so pleased we found it.

We have been so impressed by the activities recently and we wanted to let you and the team know - and say thank you. We couldn’t believe how much they did on Wednesday - paper-mâché, yoga and baby shark. Then we realised you’d also made cupcakes! The kids love their time with you. Thanks so much.

My 18 month old loves Twizzletops. My eldest went here too and they really give the nursery a ‘family’ feel. My toddler is quite clingy, yet happily runs in every morning. The nursery manager is helpful and I like getting the daily updates and pictures showing what my child has been doing.

My son has been going to Twizzle Tops for almost two years, he has a very good bond with the staff and his friends. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they have always been very attentive towards my son and nothing is too much to ask. I would like to say a very big thank you to the manager and her team for working through these extreme measures and hard times they have worked throughout, and I'm very pleased to have picked this nursery for my child because of the level of care that they give. My daughter has been attending Twizzle Tops since September 2019 as we moved to the area. I am really pleased with the nursery, the staff are always friendly and have such a good bond with the children. My daughter enjoys her days at the nursery and it is a really friendly atmosphere.

I am so thankful to the staff in Twizzle Tops for caring, help in developing good habits and making my child smart. Activities are great and he is never bored, staff are accomodating, kind and extremely helpful, they make every effort to understand child and parent needs. We couldn't have found a better place than Twizzle Tops.

The staff are always helpful, approachable and clearly put a lot of effort into all activities, which are both fun and support development. My son has flourished while attending and is always excited and happy to be going to nursery. In summary, a caring, nurturing, safe and fun environment for children to thrive in.

My daughter has been at Twizzle Tops since last January and has loved it. She has a great relationship with the staff and I can see how much they care for her. She has come on leaps and bounds and is learning so much.

We knew it would be our choice from when we took a tour a few months before he even started as the staff were so warm and welcoming. He always comes home excited about all of the activities he's done (and food he's eaten).

My daughter has been going to Twizzle Tops for 3 years and she loves going. She has a great relationship with the staff who look after her and they do so much for her. She is always doing lots of fun activities and is constantly developing her skills.

They have a charity they raise money for and little events where the parents can get to know each other as well as the children. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Although they do not have any outside space, they have use of fantastic soft play facilities (what child doesn't like soft play) and regularly take the children out for walks so they do get some fresh air.

I've been really worried to leave my little girl after my maternity leave but the team and especially the manager and the team leader of the 0-2's have been reassuring and I know my little girl is looked after, happy and cared for at Twizzle Tops.

The staff are amazing not only in their care and support at pick up/drop off but also in the admin support and go out of their way to help with invoice/funding advice.

Really happy that my child goes to this school.

All the staff are friendly and are able to help if I have any questions.

Since my son started in April last year, he has become a lot more confident and social. The staff are caring and always well mannered, special thanks to the team and team leader who have given him a safe and playful environment to blossom.

One staff member in particular, has been consistently been a great support for me and the boys love her. All the girls do a great job and communicate any concerns. It's lovely to be able to discuss any problems and to have a chat with them. I don't know what I would do without them. Thank you lovely ladies.

One of the practitioners is great with my youngest child, she makes sure that my little one has settled smoothly into the nursery.

The nursery is also great for parents as they are very flexible and accommodating.
