We feel that this is a really caring and creative environment for our two children. The staff are excellent and always very happy to chat about the children's development. They clearly take pride in putting together new and stimulating activities for the children. Last week we were amazed by how much
they had been doing and actually took the time to send a thank you to the team:
We have been so impressed by the activities recently and we wanted to let you and the team know - and say thank you. We couldn’t believe how much they did on Wednesday - paper-mâché, yoga and baby shark. Then we realised you’d also made cupcakes! The kids love their time with you. Thanks so much.

My 18 month old loves Twizzletops. My eldest went here too and they really give the nursery a ‘family’ feel. My toddler is quite clingy, yet happily runs in every morning. The nursery manager is helpful and I like getting the daily updates and pictures showing what my child has been doing.

My son has been going to Twizzle Tops for almost two years, he has a very good bond with the staff and his friends. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they have always been very attentive towards my son and nothing is too much to ask. I would like to say a very big thank you to the manager
and her team for working through these extreme measures and hard times they have worked throughout, and I'm very pleased to have picked this nursery for my child because of the level of care that they give. Well done to all staff at Twizzle Tops, and thank you.

My daughter has been attending Twizzle Tops since September 2019 as we moved to the area. I am really pleased with the nursery, the staff are always friendly and have such a good bond with the children. My daughter enjoys her days at the nursery and it is a really friendly atmosphere.

I am so thankful to the staff in Twizzle Tops for caring, help in developing good habits and making my child smart. The staff are always helpful, approachable and clearly put a lot of effort into all activities, which are both fun and support development. Twizzle Tops Day Nursery Stevenage has been the perfect nursery for our 2-year-old.
We knew it would be our choice from when we took a tour a few months before he even started as the staff were so warm and welcoming. He always comes home excited about all of the activities he's done (and food he's
eaten).

My son loves his time at Twizzle Tops! It is great fun, learning experience and he can’t wait to get there in the mornings. He has even more than we had anticipated. The staff are all so friendly and supportive of the children but also towards the parents which makes things even nicer.
They have a
charity they raise money for and little events where the parents can get to know each other as well as the children. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son has been at the nursery for over a year now, he loves his time at nursery, his speech and social skills have come on tremendously since starting at the nursery. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Would most definitely recommend to friends and family.
Although they do not have any outside
space, they have use of fantastic soft play facilities (what child doesn't like soft play) and regularly take the children out for walks so they do get some fresh air.

My son has been coming here since he was 8 months old. All the staff made him feel very welcome and made sure he settled quickly.
He has had his key worker since before he moved over to pre-toddlers and the difference I saw in his development was amazing.

My two children who attend are always very happy and well fed at the end of the day.
I've noticed their socialisation and language skills improve significantly and they have only been attending since February 2019.
The staff are amazing not only in their care and support at pick up/drop off but also
in the admin support and go out of their way to help with invoice/funding advice.

My little girl started at Twizzle Tops this month and I've already seen the difference in her. She absolutely loves coming to nursery. She used to be shy and unsure around strangers but has already formed friendships with everyone at the nursery. Everyone is so loving and caring and nothing is ever
too much trouble for the manager and her team. All my questions and requests are answered and followed.
I've been really worried to leave my little girl after my maternity leave but the team and especially the manager and the team leader of the 0-2's have been reassuring and I know my little girl is looked after, happy and cared for at Twizzle Tops.

My boys have been attending nursery since they were 2 years and 10 months. The manager does such a great job at keeping on top of everything. I love how she is always looking to improve and keep a high standard. I definaitly notice when she isn't there.
One staff member in particular, has been consistently
been a great support for me and the boys love her. All the girls do a great job and communicate any concerns. It's lovely to be able to discuss any problems and to have a chat with them. I don't know what I would do without them. Thank you lovely ladies.

I've got two daughters attending this nursery, both very happy when I drop them off.
The activities that the children do are lovely and when I see photos they always look engaged.
All the staff are amazing, friendly and always smiling, the nursery practitioners are always attentive to the children's
needs.
One of the practitioners is really bubbly and always lets me know how my children have been during the day.
One of the practitioners is great with my youngest child, she makes sure that my little one has settled smoothly into the nursery.

My son has been attending Twizzle Tops for six months and really enjoys coming. He does lots of varied activities and all the staff are fantastic, especially the ones who work in his room. He also never seems to get bored of the lovely toys and the soft play.
The nursery is also great for parents as

Hi, I am Charlotte; I am the nursery manager of Twizzle Tops Day Nursery, The Willows. I have worked for the company since 2020.
I have been the Manager here since the summer of 2022 and helped facilitate our move to The Willows in January.
I have worked hard to ensure the nursery is a home from home environment for our children. I strive to create solid partnerships with our parents and really enjoy sharing all of the learning and fun we have at the nursery including parent and family events.
My staff team are amazing; they are enthusiastic and passionate about their roles as well as being qualified and motivated educators
