Twizzle Tops Day Nursery The Willows

Members of staff are lovely and empathetic. They are very patient with my little one and have built an excellent relationship with her. She enjoys going to pre school because she receives fantastic support from the staff. Her key person, Louise, has been nothing but wonderful and caring. The management has been really supportive with regular catch up sessions with parents. I strongly recommend twizzle tops the willows.

My eldest, who's autistic, attended for over 2 years and was met with unwavering support and understanding. The staff didn't just help him thrive, they helped us navigate his diagnosis too. We've since enrolled my little one, and I'm so grateful for the same level of care. The team is hands-on, builds strong relationships, and truly cares. Communication is seamless, and the facilities are fantastic! My daughter loves it, and I couldn't ask for more.

All the staff have worked above and beyond to support my child and meet their needs, they are very professional and have welcomed us with open arms to help get my child the best education going forward

My daughter has been attending this nursery since May this year and she absolutely loves it. TTS offers a variety of activities which are both enjoyable and challenging which allows her skills to develop. The staff are also brilliant. They take great care of her and she feels comfortable around them which is important. The nursery has an app which keeps you updated throughout the day with photos and a diary. I would recommend this nursery.

The staff always communicate how his day has been and charlotte, the manager has been great! She was very supportive during his settling-in period and always answers any questions we have.

The only downside is that 3-year-old funding is not stretched all year round.

The nursery and staff are amazing, my son has really come so far with their help and support it was hard to find a nursery I could trust with my son as he is preverbal and autistic, so I worried because he can’t tell me about his day but the staff are great at letting me know and they have an app with pictures and updates on his day, really puts my mind at ease.

Also, the daily activity updates in the app are very useful putting our minds at ease and we always enjoy seeing them.

The staff are always giving good feedback when we pick her up if any accidents, what she ate etc. always keeping us updated throughout the day with the app.

Utterly fantastic experience, my daughter settled in so fast, and the team were so kind and attentive. Twizzle Tops is a brilliant nursery with a huge range of play and learning activities - something new every day, it's such a joy to see the pictures that are sent through on the app. I also love that they take the children out and about on walks all year round and the food is varied and nutritious and sophisticated enough to give kids an education in eating all kinds of flavours. Every single staff member I have met has been warm and friendly and my daughter just loves it. I recommend it very highly.

My son joined in August and we couldn't be happier with the nursery. He's settled in well and always seems to enjoy himself. The staff are great, very welcoming and take great care of the children. The updates with pictures are a great idea too, so you always feel involved and know what's going on.

Love this nursery for my daughter. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always have the children’s best interests at heart. My child’s settled in so nicely and I get updated regularly on how she’s doing. Always extra support with any concerns for my child. Would recommend to anyone.

My little boy who is now 9 months joined in August and has settled in amazingly. All the staff are amazing. I love seeing what he gets up to in the pictures on the app. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Can't wait to see how he develops within the nursery.

We’re just at the beginning of our journey with Twizzle Tops and I’m so happy that I chose them. I’m so excited to see how my little boy progresses, I know he is being well looked after.

My daughter and I love this kindergarten! I sincerely recommend Twizzle Tops The Willows. Friendly and loving teachers, lots of entertainment for children, interesting and educational games. My daughter goes here with pleasure.

My daughter absolutely loves Twizzle Tops and all of the staff there. I was apprehensive about her starting nursery, however, she settled in very quickly, and this was due to the staff making such an effort with her. She is excited to see the key workers every morning and sometimes doesn't want to leave at the end of the day as she has had such a lovely time. Activities are very varied each day, from exploring new words and sound to dancing, reading stories and exploring the local area. My daughter is now eating a much more varied diet due to the excellent variety of meals and snacks given to her. Her motor skills have also developed hugely due to all of the effort that her key workers have put into practising with her. I absolutely love looking at what she has been up to every day in the detailed information which is given through the app. I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a nursery.

Everyone who works at the nursery is kind, caring and compassionate. I never worry about my son going there because I know he is in safe hands. I receive regular updates throughout the day (including photos) of the activities my son is doing, what he's eaten and nap times. The staff always take the time to give me a run-through of his day when I collect him. The activities set up for the children are amazing and allow them to learn key skills from EYFS curriculum in a play-based way. The outdoor space at the nursery is minimal but the children are always taken on a daily walk and are allowed to explore outside during that time. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who needs a space for their child.
