Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Bexleyheath

I felt very welcomed by the staff when first meeting them, my child seems to really enjoy it and I am happy with her settling in with the nursery and other children. I think the environment is great and suitable for parents who want to enrol their children into safe and welcoming environments. The facilities are good and clean, I am confident that my child is well looked after.

Monkey Puzzle has been amazing for my daughter. She has progressed and learnt so much. All the staff are very kind and helpful.

My son has been at this nursery for just over 6 months, he was only 6 months when he started, I was very worried about how he would cope at such a young age but I cannot fault the staff at all, they went above and beyond to make sure both I and my son were happy and he settled so quickly. I love the app they have, I get pictures and videos of him daily so I can see he is happy and cared for while I’m at work. The girls were so helpful during his weaning, they were so informative about the food that would be served each day so I could manage exactly what he ate and decide whether it would be puréed or not, even though he was in their care I was completely in control during the weaning stage and that was so important to me.

My child is doing really well. Really enjoys nursery. The girls always upload nice pictures on the app.

We have been interacting with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Bexleyheath for over five years now, both our kids have been here and we just love it! The staff have so much energy and always wear a smile even at the end of the day! Year on year, we can see so many improvements being made with lots of fun/play areas/new activities.

We are so happy with everybody and super impressed with how my child has learned new words, counting and tells us what he has been up to and who he has played with! Lots of care and support - toilet training, little accidents etc., always told straight away.

Since my son has joined mini preschool, he has grown in confidence. The support he receives from the girls in the room is great. I can't thank them enough.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Bexleyheath has been amazing with my son. My son had extreme separation anxiety with me before he started here due to being a 'lockdown baby'. Since being at Monkey Puzzle, he now lifts his arms out to go to the staff and feels comfortable being left with them. I feel safe to leave my son at the nursery and he has also developed a lot since starting here. He always talks about how much fun he has had! I would 100% recommend.

Both my son and daughter have been at the nursery nearly over a year. My son was in preschool and we can see the development when he went to reception year at school. My daughter has been here for over a year since she was 9 months old. She is now very independent and growing with confidence. We highly recommend this nursery. All staff are well trained and my kids love them.

The management team are very supportive and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend the place.

My little girl recently started here and I'm so pleased we chose this nursery. She loves the outdoor space and is always excited to go in, in the mornings. I like that I'm kept updated and all the staff are very friendly to talk to and are very helpful.

We are very happy with the nursery. My daughter absolutely loves it there and we are happy with how much she learns each day. She gets so many opportunities to do fun activities and loves getting messy. The staff are calm and compassionate and really take care of her. We are very happy with our choice to put her in this nursery.

My son started a few weeks ago and I'm so glad we chose this nursery. He really loves the sensory room and soft play in the baby room. The girls in his room have been great with helping him to settle. His mum told them he likes to look at photos and that at home we take him to look at the fridge where have lots photos for when he is upset. When I collected him that day they showed me a photo board they had made for him and we have been able to add some family photos. I like that the baby room has a separate phone line so you can ring them directly, his mum rings a few times a day. The staff in the big room that you walk through to get to the baby room are always very happy and friendly, they always say hello and goodbye to my son. I like that the managers are in the rooms doing things with the children a lot and are easy to find if you need to talk to them.

On 2 separate occasions, staff would leave my son to cry and not settle him. Staff are not well trained.

Team/staff are always helpful and caring.

Would definitely recommend this nursery.
