Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Bexleyheath

I'm very happy with the nursery. Both of my children have attended, but I currently have my daughter there. The staff are excellent and very caring.

My second little boy is so happy at Monkey Puzzle Bexleyheath. The staff are all amazing, they do a fantastic job getting new babies settled in and it's clear they all care massively about the children in their care. My first son was here from 1 year old to preschool and absolutely thrived here. He is still in touch with some of his nursery friends and was so well prepared for school. A brilliant nursery, I'd highly recommend it!

We are so happy with the nursery. My son has been going for nearly three years now and he has a great time. The staff are lovely and seem to really care about the children, I feel like my son is safe there. He is learning so much.

My daughter joined mini preschool 8 months ago, she’s now in upper preschool and absolutely loves it. I was anxious at first especially starting during a pandemic but she has been absolutely fine! She loves the staff and has made lots of friends. I feel the management have listened and together with staff, have supported and encouraged my daughter to navigate through her own personal journey. Staff have a strong interest in the long term development and learning styles of children, and the operations manager has been a fantastic facilitator in their pastoral care. I would recommend Monkey Puzzle Bexleyheath without a doubt in my mind. My almost two year old leaps from our arms in the morning to go to the lovely ladies that take such good care of him during the day. We have seen our son learn so much since he started with Monkey Puzzle and are very happy with all the handover information we get every day. They have also been really accommodating with our need to extend his days and we are very grateful.

All 3 of my children came here and thrived. All the staff knew my children and were always available for any questions. A lovely big setting with an outdoor garden. Although it's a big nursery, it has a lovely family feel.

I highly recommend this nursery. My little boy has been going 18 months now, and gets on really well there. All the staff are super friendly, patient and caring. All the staff know my little one, even staff in different rooms. He skips in every morning excited to be there. He eats really well and the food always sounds lovely and nutritious. The staff have really helped with my sons development, and I feel safe knowing he is being looked after. Thank you!

Two of our children attend(ed) Monkey Puzzle from the age of about 11 months. One still goes and our oldest is now in school. We can vouch for a combined experience of over 7 years for the highest standards of care for our children. There is a genuine commitment here to ensure child centred care, which is focused on their individuality and developmental needs. Management ensures essential training is undertaken by all staff which is reassuring, such as safeguarding, first-aid and learning and development, and openly encourages their staff to further their skills and knowledge. Being a healthcare professional myself specialising in children, I'm very happy with our decision for this important early period as laying solid foundations for their future successes, and peace of mind as a parent.

My son is more confident and balanced and looks forward to going into nursery every day.

He has had lots of fun, I can see his growth academically, reading habits, storytime and singing. He had developed a lot of interest in building toys, jigsaw puzzles and construction-related toys. He has learnt many life-skills like team-work and co-existence etc

The nursery itself is a fun and bright, spacious environment and I think it provides the backdrop for more effective learning.

He loves the teachers very much and the teachers are very approachable to parents.

Overall, my son has had a very happy and positive experience. He is growing into a strong independent, free-thinking child.

I cannot recommend Monkey Puzzle enough. Everything about the nursery is fantastic, the staff, the management team, the facilities, the nutritious foods. We have now been with them for 7 years, all 3 of our children have been or are still with them, the oldest one would go back if he could! When we were first looking for a nursery, my wife went to visit quite a few and was very anxious about the whole process, until she met the nursery director, who put her mind to rest after showing her around the fantastic facilities. Thank you all again!

The team have been fantastic. The handling of everything throughout the pandemic has been second to none.

Both of my children have been to this pre-school - one prior to covid times and the other during. The professionalism shown at such challenging times has been remarkable by all the staff and I am proud to say that I have chosen this nursery for both of my children and am always recommending it. We will be sad to leave later this year when my second child goes to school and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done over the past six years.

Our daughter has attended the nursery for a few years. The team have always been exceptional and we couldn’t ask for a better nursery. Every single member of staff goes the extra mile and our daughter just loves it there.

The curriculum is well organised and has supported our child’s development at every stage.

Our son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Bexleyheath since he was 11 months old (April 2018). As a key worker, they remained open throughout the lockdowns and he was able to attend. It was such a relief to know he was safe and being cared for. Nothing was too much trouble. He loves going and we are sad to be leaving when he goes to school in September. All the staff are caring and have enhanced his development in different ways. The owners and senior management team are very approachable.

My son has not been at Monkey Puzzle for very long and just like any other parent, I was very nervous for him to venture off into the unknown but the staff at Monkey Puzzle have been amazing with him and I saw his confidence grow so quickly. We absolutely love hearing about his day at nursery and he loves to tell us all about the wonderful activities he has been doing. Highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Bexleyheath!

My son has been at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Bexleyheath for near four years and I feel so grateful to the staff for all the care and kindness they have shown him. He started at ten months and I can honestly say it's like his second home, he counts his friends and his key workers as part of his family. When he started in the baby room I couldn't imagine him ever being old enough to join the preschooler's upstairs. He is now there and getting a fabulous preparation for school, with strong foundations in phonics and projects that stimulate his imagination. I'm looking forward to his graduation party but we will be so very sad to say goodbye to the Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Bexleyheath crew. Thanks for everything.

My son joined the Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Bexleyheath in February 2021. I was extremely nervous as he is my first child and wanted to ensure that he would be well looked after and his routines followed. I needn't have worried because the baby room team were amazing, they were fantastic with my little boy and put me at ease. They documented his routine, likes, dislikes and he had his comfort blankets from home which helped him settle. The baby room team put so much effort into their activities, with always something new to do with the little ones, very refreshing, I would highly recommend them.
