Monkey Puzzle Bexleyheath provides a home-from-home environment that is ideal for children to play, learn and develop. A skilled team of carers continually monitor and evaluate their standards of care, making sure that children progress well towards the challenges of full-time education.

This modern and open plan building has excellent indoor and outdoor play spaces, while parents have convenient parking. A key worker forms a lasting relationship with each child and feeds back to parents regarding progress.

Since joining in January, my child has built lovely relationships with all of the staff and children. Staff have been very accommodating to my child's dietary needs and were happy to support me. Very happy with the nursery.

My daughter started in the baby room 2 weeks ago, initially she used to be very upset when I was leaving. The team have gone above and beyond to make her feel settled. I enjoy seeing the updates on her day. She is always laughing and doing fun activities. Thanks team.

My child joined Monkey Puzzle when he was 9 months. From the very beginning, it has been a stress-free experience with every member of staff always helpful and putting us at ease. My child settled in wonderfully thanks to the great communication and with everyone being on hand for any questions and

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Bexleyheath since Sept '21. The nursery is spacious and clean, with designated areas for play, nap and meal times. The outdoor garden is securely fenced, ensuring privacy of the children at all times.
Regular cleaning is evident and I've observed staff consistently
cleaning all areas of the nursery. I consider all staff caring and attentive, and they have built a strong relationship with my son. They are patient and skilled in handling children with varying needs - this is relevant as it has taught my son to be conscious of the needs of other children.
I receive daily debriefs on my son's activity for the day which includes meals, naps and toilet habits. The nursery also employs an online portal that lets us see pictures and videos of activities during the day.
The nursery has a diverse range of activities from arts and crafts, messy and outdoor play. They introduce basic educational concepts which my son enjoys.

My son joined Monkey Puzzle when he was one, he has now been here for nearly three years and he loves it.
All the staff are kind, friendly and go the extra mile. They document his activities and what he has learnt. The food is always fresh and tasty and my son loves playing in the garden.
I would
highly recommend them for their care, passion and kindness and for making it feel like a family. Thank you for making it easier for a mummy to return to work and not have to worry about her beautiful bubba.

My grandson goes to the nursery and when I went in for the Mother's Day event I found all the staff very welcoming and the nursery was lovely I especially liked the soft play area thank you so much for a lovely morning.

My eldest started Monkey Puzzle in January 2016, fast-forward to 2023 and my second child and my third have also been at Monkey Puzzle. My youngest will be leaving in August 2023, and after seven years I will miss the place. The staff are brilliant, so attentive my children have never wanted to come
home! It's a wonderful nursery, I would always recommend it - thank you for the past seven years.

Our daughter has settled in very well at Monkey Puzzle, she loves her key worker and all the other staff. The care she receives is excellent and we feel she is looked after very well. We love to see the videos and photos of what she has been up to that week and always looks like she is having fun.
