My experience with the staff and how they have been interacting with the kids has been very encouraging over the past few months. This builds confidence and allows parents to have the peace of mind that there is indeed a developmental focus on the entirety of the children and nobody is left behind.
Hoping to see more activities that encourage interactions and collaborations between peers to build confidence amongst the children.

My daughter loves coming to Busy Bees, she gets excited knowing she will be seeing her friends. I have found that she doesn't stop talking and her speech after nursery is better than when she has spent the week with me.

The staff at Busy Bees at West Byfleet have been very supportive in nurturing both of my children, since we've been attending (June 2017). My now four-year-old has moved through the toddlers and preschool rooms and bonded well with the staff. There are always many and varied activities for the children,
play inside and outside, varied menus and healthy snacks. My youngest has settled in well and would recommend the nursery to other prospective parents.

Busy Bees at West Byfleet has a warm and very caring team. My daughter has attended BB since she was ten months old and loves it. She has thrived at every stage of development and is now heading into the preschool room. She loves coming to the nursery and tells me all about her day, which just tells
me she always has a great time.

All the teachers are very welcoming and friendly. Our daughter loves coming to the nursery and has grown so much since first starting when she was just 1 year old. It is so lovely to see photos of her participating in activities.

My son loves coming to nursery because he is so well looked after. He is stimulated and well developed in the nursery setting and always enjoys learning through play. The staff look after him with genuine care and really have taken the time to know him and how to look after him in the best possible
way. He really does receive excellent care.

The staff are very diligent and caring and try to form bonds with each of the children. The rooms are kept clean and tidy and there is a wide variety of activities for them to get involved with. We particularly like that this nursery is so close to town but set amongst fields with horses all around.
Lovely outdoor play area and the boys are always happy there.

My niece has attended Busy Bees West Byfleet since April and the nursery have gone above and beyond to help her settle in. Upon collecting my neice I have seen the safety procedures they have in place to ensure I am the designated adult who should be collecting her which was comforting to see. The nursery
always maintains a high standard of cleanliness and staff are always so polite and helpful.

Positive Steps staff are always very welcoming to my daughter and me. My daughter feels comfortable and happy. Daily she's stimulated and encouraged to try new things and demonstrate kindness in all that she does. December was an exciting month with preparation for the pre-school Xmas show, all sorts
of craft activities with Xmas theme. All the while staff encourage inclusion and promote confidence. Pre-school is something my daughter looks forward to - great preparation for school next year.
