The staff are all knowledgeable, polite, professional and fun. The variety of activities is great and very educational. The level of care for the children is amazing and the bond between my daughter and her key carer is great. If you're looking for a great all round nursery, look no further.

I am so happy with the progress and development of my 2 daughters aged 2 years old and 4 years old. The staff are enthusiastic and I feel confident leaving my daughters at the nursery in the knowledge that the girls are being well looked after. In the pre-school, my daughter learns through structured activities such as baking, science projects and phonics. My 2 year old in the toddler room, learns through more unstructured activities such as painting and play dough.

I 100% recommend them.

I chose this nursery because of the location, the enthusiasm of the staff and the facilities. My son has been going there for 2 months and he absolutely loves it. He claps his hands when we get out of the car. The staff are attentive, friendly and caring and they all seem very well trained and enthusiastic for the job. The nursery itself is clean and tidy and put my mind at rest (that was one of my bullet points) It is also very well secure with CCTV and keypad entry and high fenced garden area. He is also coming along wonderfully with his learning.

We are happy with the care provided by Positive Steps. I feel the activities available are of a high standard and the children are well looked after. There are three members of staff who have been particularly good at providing a caring environment for our child. I do feel however that the nursery could provide more flexibility with regular days and moving dates when needed. I would like to move dates and times of nursery days on rare occasions.

Positive Steps have been amazing with my daughter, she is so confident and her speech has come on leaps and bounds, they are very accommodating with my daughter's gluten intolerance. Going back to work after having a baby is not easy, but Positive Steps made it easier, all staff are polite and friendly. Nothing is impossible at Positive Steps.

I pick my niece up 3 times a week and every time is a pleasure. The girls do such a wonderful job, always polite and full of smiles. The feedback is great and the handover sheet (which I give my sister) is fantastic, as I don't remember everything. We have just had sports day which was brilliant, so well organised and very fun! I cannot find fault with this team. A*.

Lovely nursery, brilliant outdoor environment, fantastic management and brilliant staff. My daughter had never been to a nursery, so we were all very worried about how well she would get on. Well there was no need, the "settle program" was excellent, from the greeting at the front door to the feedback at the end of the day.

2) Teeth cleaning- if possible children should ne taught to clean their teeth after their main meal . The new manager is good- hopefully she will stay on.

My son has attended for 2 years, throughout he has had a wonderful experience building strong relationship with staff and enjoying his days. He looks forward to arriving everyday and is excited by the activities planned for him. Overall a brilliant local nursery that we trust to look after our son with 100% confidence.

My son has been attending Positive Steps for the past 18 months and I can honestly not fault it. All the staff are so kind and caring and I feel so comfortable leaving my son here whilst I work. Everything from the activities to the food are outstanding, management always listen and take on board parents views and suggestions and the staff are so positive. 5 star service, would highly recommend.

So impressed with the nursery that I have already recommend it to all of my NCT friends. I was so very nervous about choosing right nursery but I have been so happy and confident that I chose the right one. The staff, facilities and care is excellent and my child loves it here!

Very happy with the care provided as well as the relatives and trips provided. Menus varied which I like.

We are really happy with Positive Steps Nursery. They were fantastic at helping our daughter settle in (she was 9 months when she started) and they found out lots of information prior to her starting to help continue her routine, so she was as happy as possible. They do lots of varied activities and the staff are friendly, professional and genuinely care about all the babies in their care.

My daughter has recently started at Positive Steps for two mornings a week at the age of 19months. She has settled extremely well and is now very keen to leave the house to get to nursery on a Thursday and Friday! On the few occasions when she has been unsettled, the staff and team have been both nurturing and supportive. We get a helpful handover review on collection which lets us know how well our daughter has fed, been changed etc. The nursery setting is also excellent- next to open fields with horses!! Thanks to all the team.

Positive Steps is a tremendous nursery with a friendly and professional staff. My daughter has been attending for over a year now and has developed really well in her time there. Her key carer is excellent, as is the rest of the team – always helpful and take all comments on board. Activities and facilities are well thought out – we especially enjoy the seasonal events such as the summer and Christmas parties, which add a lovely family touch and allow parents to mix and see their children in the environment they spend most of their day in. Have already recommended this nursery to many friends who've since enrolled their own children too.

We are so pleased with how the nursery looks after our little girl. She is always so eager to come to nursery and get involved with the activities. The staff are caring and always heave a great relationship with the children. A great team and very eager to solve any issues or concerns.

Both my son and daughter have attended the nursery and pre-school for a number of years and both have developed to a high standard. The key workers are very attentive and feed back is always forthcoming.

My child has been attending this nursery since she was two. My daughter has always been happy and the staff are exceptional. My daughter has picked up a lot of skills and is doing very well. The staff are always helpful and my daughter loves each and everyone of them.

I have two children at Positive Steps, one in the preschool room and the other in older babies. My eldest has been at the nursery almost since it opened and although he initially struggled to settle, his key carers have always been kind and now he is very happy. My youngest son settled much more quickly but I have always been impressed with the care shown by all of the staff.
