Busy Bees West Byfleet

I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery. We have moved twice since our elder son who has just left attended, and our only criterion for where to move to was that it had to be within commuting distance of Busy Bees West Byfleet. Our elder son loved his time here from beginning to end - the staff are caring, attentive, and gently educate the children in an impressive way. The Centre Director is excellent and always has time for parents if they have specific queries or want a quick meeting. They made a huge contribution to our son's development, and now his younger brother is enjoying the same experience. Second to none :)

Our daughter loves Busy Bees and has thrived since she has been there. She has attended since she was 11 months old and has been in every room. The staff all make a great effort to know the children and get the best out of them. My child has surprised me numerous times with her knowledge of a range of subjects, all which she has learned at the nursery. She really embraces the themed weeks and will come home knowing the words to the stories. She has made loads of friends since she has been there and is very happy.

We've been with Busy Bees since our boys were just 1 and 3, and it's been such a wonderful experience. One of our sons is now in preschool there absolutely loves going every day. The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely dedicated to the children's wellbeing and development. As parents, we couldn't be happier with the level of care, communication, and support we've received. It's such a relief knowing our kids are in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where they are thriving. We highly recommend Busy Bees West Byfleet to any family looking for a fantastic nursery

My son has been attending busy bees for the last 10 months. We have had a great experience with the team - as a young baby he had a prolonged settling in period but everyone supported him and me so well and he now is so happy and coming on leaps and bounds. His eating has also progressed well and tries lots of things. I am always able to book extra sessions and the team are very helpful with my changing schedule. My son loves the staff there and is always playing happily when I pick him up! Thanks all!

My daughter is thriving at Busy Bees in West Byfleet. She started in February 2024 in Younger Babies, and has moved through Older Babies and now into the Toddler room. All the rooms are staffed by caring and attentive people who greet happily at the door, give regular updates throughout the day on the app, and provide a thorough handover at the end of the day. The centre director gives us excellent guidance for accessing the funded hours, and my daughter's key-workers developed a brilliant rapport with her.

Busy Bees has been a huge part of our boys' lives so far and they've been really happy there.

My son has been at Busy Bees, West Byfleet since he was 9 months old, he has just turned 3 and we still could not be happier with our choice. The staff at Busy Bees are second to none- they demonstrate care and compassion on a genuine level, you get the sense that they really know your child well and care about their wellbeing. We have been supported through every transition (teething, napping, speech and even potty training) with staff communicating well. My son has absolutely flourished in their care, he loves going to nursery- always keen to run in and to tell us about what he has been up to. We are so grateful to the team, they do a fantastic job.

Good updates throughout the day on the app which let's you know how your child is doing throughout the day. Lots of messy play which is great for the kids - no wonder my little one loves going to Busy Bees!

Finding the right nursery for our four-year-old daughter was crucial. From day one at Busy Bees in West Byfleet, we knew we'd found somewhere special. The nursery centre director and her team are exceptional - they create an environment where my daughter thrives daily.

The team brilliantly transforms everyday activities into learning opportunities. My daughter's vocabulary and social skills have developed remarkably here. The facilities are bright, clean and thoughtfully designed, with an outdoor area she particularly loves exploring.

Communication is excellent, with staff always making time for proper handovers and sharing updates about my daughter's day. I head to work with complete peace of mind, knowing she's in capable hands. I couldn't recommend the fantastic team more highly to local families seeking exceptional childcare.

My second daughter is now at preschool in Busy Bees having moved through the rooms like her sister did previously. The team are very caring and supportive, finding ways to help little ones settle and stimulating them with activities. My daughter is not the easiest character but the team have been helpful in terms of dealing with this and providing strategies for us to use at home. Very happy with the management in place. We've been very happy with Busy Bees West Byfleet from the start. Our daughter has gone there now for over 2 years and she loves it there. She has gained abundance of confidence and friends during her time there. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and never make us feel like we're asking stupid questions. Would really recommend this nursery for any child.

The centre is always immaculately clean each day, and the food the kids eat is brilliant. The kids eat so well throughout the day. They do lots of fun games and activities throughout the week, with plenty of themed days linked to calendar events.

I couldn’t be happier with Busy Bee's West Byfleet. The staff are so kind and caring, they all know my daughter, even those in different rooms. They have been so reassuring to both me and my daughter whenever my daughter is having a wobbly day and doesn't want to go in, but she always has the best day and is so happy and excited to tell me what she has been up to at pick-up time.

My nearly 3 year old really enjoys going to nursery here. He gets plenty of outdoor and messy play and the staff love him. He's been going there since he was one and as he's progressed through the classes we've seen him develop socially as well as with his general learning. Since new management has been in place we've been kept much more up-to-date with what's happening, have more opportunities for parents evenings and general communication has just really improved. Staff have been supportive and attentive in helping manage his asthma and get in touch if they have any concerns. I'll be sending my younger child in the Autumn and would recommend it to others too. My only criticism is the cost as I know it's more expensive than others in the area - would love to be able to afford more sessions!

We have two children at Busy Bees, West Byfleet and rate the nursery very highly. Our youngest is in the baby room and is extremely well cared for and nurtured. The staff were all so supportive during her settling in period and they genuinely care about her and us as a family. Our eldest is in preschool and experiences the same level of care but is encouraged to be more independent, which is great for him. He learns so much there and is being well prepared for the school environment. The facilities at the nursery are great, particularly the garden and surrounding grounds.
