Cherubins Day Nursery - Ladywell Lodge

I feel really happy to have chosen this nursery. My twins had problems settling in for a very long time but they were really patient and lovely about how they managed the situation. Always helping when I've had any problems regarding their health and assistance with school, understanding and giving me advice and choices to make me feel more secure. All I have is good words for this team.

Very warm and welcoming staff. Baby is very happy. Sings songs and is picking up new words.

I would really appreciate getting email notification about activities, I keep missing events because I don't know about them. Otherwise, everything else is 8 out of 10.

Very good nursery.

My child has been here for 8 weeks and has had a good start. He found it difficult to settle in but staff have been kind and patient with him.

We are happy with the care our daughter received from Cherubins.

Our son has attended from age 1 until school. He has grown froma bay to a confidant by under the care of Cherubins. The staff are wonderful, always happy and cheerful and clearly love the children. Our son loved going there and got very attached to some of the staff members. The activities are many and varied and help the children develop. In later years they learn lots due to having monthly in-depth topics. His transition to school has been very easy thanks to his development at Cherubins.

Cherubins Day Nursery - Ladywell Lodge is a warm and caring place that my child really loves. The staff really care about children and know how to make the experience of nursing a positive and safe one. It's a lovely place, at the heart of the Ladywell community. Its location is two minutes from Ladywell station, it's superb and a great place.

They focused on making my son ready and confident for primary school. He has developed extremely well and that is only down to the staff.

First of all the staff are all friendly, they helped my son a lot with his speech and he has improved in all areas.

My son started in the baby room and has received good quality care. He has come a long way in his development and the staff have also picked up quite quickly that he needed extra support in his speech, therefore, referred him to speech and language. Staff are very helpful and respectful when I have any queries or questions.

Cherubins Day Nursery - Ladywell Lodge is a good nursery, however, my only concern is the transition of staff - that made my child take longer to adjust. I do like the way they encourage and support parents and children. Overall I'm satisfied with the nursery.

The nursery is fantastic. My child loves coming to nursery every morning. She has learned a lot and is now becoming more independent. We are very happy that she went to Cherubins Day Nursery - Ladywell Lodge.

Very good nursery. We have been part of this nursery for 4 years and my kids have always been taken good care of. Very friendly and understanding staff. Very special attention to security and safeguarding.

My experience at Cherubins has been a very positive one. I find that all the staff seem to have great connections with the children. My son loves going there and is visibly excited when we approach the gates, which is always reassuring. They provide varied activities for the babies and days out. My only identified area of improvement would be to consider more regular updates in the day - perhaps by digital observations! Would be lovely to hear and see more of what the babies get up to all day.

I am very happy with the nursery. My son who is almost 1 year old enjoys lots of different activities. He loves messy play which I cannot do at home. He enjoys the massive space. Importantly all the staff are very professional and provide everything that he needs from feeding to development. They were also extremely helpful when I needed support of his reassurance.

All I really care about from a nursery is that my son is safe and enjoys going there. I am more than satisfied with both. My son (almost 2) clearly has a great time, gets to do lots of activities (including the messy ones he cant do at home) and clearly has a real bond with the amazing staff. We are very happy we choose Cherubins Day Nursery.

I have found the nursery to be very nice and welcoming. All the staff are very professional and pleasant to communicate with. My children have always seemed happy and keen to attend which is the main thing. Everything in the nursery seems to be well organised, clean and nicely set up for the children.

If looking for areas of improvement would suggest more thoroughness on the daily email but understand other nurseries don't have this. Overall we are very happy with our choices of Cherubins Day Nursery and feel our son is too. Would recommend without hesitation.
