I feel really reassured by the focus on security and safety of children, overall communication of management and staff, attention to detail (everyone really makes an effort to get to know your child), and the quality of nutrition. Highly recommended!

Our daughter has been at Red Balloon for about 2 years and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. We saw a few nurseries in the area initially and Red Balloon seemed by far the best. Right from the start, they went out of their way to make sure our daughter got settled in. The level of personal care and attention is exemplary. They always ensure the welfare of the children in the class is paramount. The range of activities is also brilliant (inc. regular trips to ‘forest school’ which my daughter loves) as are all the facilities. I must also mention the catering which is superb. Above all, it is the staff that make Red Balloon exceptional. They consistently manage to recruit staff members with seemingly bottomless patience, kindness and enthusiasm who always have as much time as necessary to discuss any queries. My daughter loves it there. And some days, when I pick her up, it’s actually hard to get her to come home.

The nursery is in a nice building with a lovely little garden and everything is always spotless.

They bend over backwards to accommodate new working patterns - I’ve changed mine lots - and do a huge amount to make parents happy. Ultimately they dedicate themselves to the children and they go out of their way to make the children smile. You can’t get better than that.

From starting Red Balloon, the staff have made a great effort to make my son feel welcome at an uneasy time. I always get a great handover at the end of the day and get a lovely sense of care towards my son. The staff know exactly what they are doing and always find something to occupy my son. The activities that are set up are perfect for the age group. All in all, a great, caring, spacious nursery with a lovely atmosphere.

As a parent, you can’t help worrying when your little one starts nursery but all the staff at Red Balloon are amazing and so supportive. They are so lovely and caring with my little one and all the children. Nothing is too much trouble. It makes such a difference to have this support. Also, the feedback they give me shows me that they have really got to know my little one - I can’t speak highly enough of them all.
