N Family Club - Weybridge

Our daughter started the nursery (Weybridge) in May 2024, she goes all 5 days. The overall experience has been really positive. She got comfortable really quickly and has made friends as well. She loves going to the nursery and looks forward to it every week. The staff is great and takes good care of the kids. There is a good mix of indoor and outdoor activity. Pictures are shared regularly of the activities during the day.

I never thought I'd write a review two weeks into joining N Club but I feel confident and reassured that this nursery is the perfect place for my daughter to grow and learn. This is her second nursery since recently moving and the team have been absolutely incredible in accommodating the transition. The communication prior to starting has been so informative and helpful. The two ladies are just the most kind and caring people to be looking after your little ones. The whole team are wonderful, thank you to everyone at N Club Weybridge, you have something very special!

Our children attend N-Family Weybridge and overall we find it a very good nursery and probably one of the better in the area. The staff are really lovely and our children are thriving here. I feel like they are really learning and developing and the app keeps us updated on what they're doing each day with pictures and observations about how we might be able to continue the learning at home. Class sizes are relatively small and although there was quite a bit of turnover earlier this year with management and educators, this has settled and we are always able to have conversations with the team about the development needs of our kids. The building is a bit old and could do with more investment - particularly given the group is private equity owned, I feel like this nursery is a bit less loved than others in their portfolio and could do with a refurb.

My daughter started at N Family Club - Weybridge 3 months ago from a fantastic nursery in London. Didn't think she'd settle easily but the staff have made it so easy for her to settle in. She loves going to nursery, she loves the teachers and has a lovely group of little friends. They're such a good bunch of kids here. So happy with the choice we made. She gets so much outdoor time, art time. It's fantastic. Highly recommend!

Our onboarding and days so far have been enjoyable, welcoming and informative - very happy so far!

Our son goes to nursery 5 days a week for almost a year now and thoroughly enjoys his time there. We value that he plays outside daily and goes on trips out from nursery once a month. He is often doing activities, including music, arts and crafts, sand and water play and so on. He almost always eats all the food offered, which is always varied and healthy. The staff have always been happy and helpful and addressed any concerns we have had. The app allows us to see how he is doing each day which helped ease anxiety whilst he settled in. We have been very happy with our experience so far.

My grandson goes to N Family in Weybridge two days a week and he absolutely loves it there. The staff are fantastic and they send great pictures of him and what he being doing whilst at nursery. The team are very inventive with the activities they plan and we are seeing the children being taken out of the nursery on trips frequently which is fantastic. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

Our son has been at N Family for 3 years now and he is so happy there. He absolutely loves the team and gets such a varied education which is fantastic. Every member of the team at N Family is very welcoming and they all know every child in the nursery, whether they are in their specific room or not, which is great because the children feel safe with all the employees not just their key people. There has been a big turnover in the management, so it is hard to comment on that but the stability for the children has never been impacted. The only difficulty with this nursery is the setting as the rooms are quite small and the garden is really small. There really needs to be more investment in the garden for the children. Parking can be tricky so drop off and pick up is a pain if you have to drive. Overall a great nursery!

Our daughter has attended N Family Club since she was 11 months old. The staff have all been fantastic. She is now in the second room and is very settled and has a great relationship with all of her teachers.

N Family Club is a fantastic nursery. Our 2-year-old son has been going for the last 9 months and we have seen huge progression in both his confidence and his communication. The children do a fantastic variety of activities throughout the day and the staff are brilliant, they keep in regular contact with us, sending us updates and photos of what the children have been doing. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I really can’t fault them, and I can’t thank them enough for how they’ve helped me and my daughter grow and develop.

We put our 7-month-old into Red Balloon nursery and at such a young age we were very nervous but Red Balloon has been such a fantastic experience for us all. They are a fantastic team very friendly and encouraging and they were very thorough with the onboarding process and settling in sessions. They have been fantastic with my child’s specific feeding needs. She has also developed massively since being there her stability and crawling is excellent and particularly her social skills are fantastic considering she was in lockdown pretty much since birth! She now loves interacting and playing with other children! A truly lovely experience and it’s the staff that make it such a special place.

Genuinely one of the best nurseries around. I know many parents with kids at other local ones, and the care, attention and continuous level of service by far exceeds anything I have heard from other parents. Add on top the copious amounts of "nice touches" - mothers day breakfasts, parents evenings, nativity, sports day, graduation complete with robes and caps - it really is a beautiful place for the children to learn and develop. Our little one (and his baby brother who is still there) was very very lucky to be there and make such amazing memories.

My 11-month-old son started at Red Balloon last month and as most of the first time mums, I had plenty of concerns especially that he is not an easy sleeper and he has multiple food allergies. I could not recommend Red Balloon highly enough! From the very first interaction they impressed me with their kindnesses and loving care, every single member of the team (including Admin, Finance, Chef etc.) has been extraordinary and so supportive. Having online access to live stream video allows me to see myself that our son is having great time from the fist settlement session we had. Besides that, weekly newsletter that we started to receive even before my son started the nursery is a great way to communicate with parents on what is going on in the building in every age group. What is more, managing his allergies is possible thanks to great support from the on-site chef and lovely green room team that cares about my little one a lot!

This Nursery is absolutely brilliant, as new parents, like I’m sure all others the thought of having to leave your very precious children anywhere other than with you is heart-wrenching, our first child attended, this was as Weybridge opened their doors, she went right through and onto school, this was a very smooth transition, she started school, a very confident and social little girl with just the best attitude and ready to carry on learning, this is completely due to the hard work and well-structured learning environment of Red Balloon. So our second child also obviously attended, he is nearing the end of his time with Red Balloon. As equally as his sister, complete ready to start school. What they do here with our children is unmeasurable, to the children the staff are almost seen as family members they absolutely love them. The staff here are an absolute credit to this business, clear to see the standard of care and education maintained, being passed down from the management team.

I feel that both of our boys have had the best possible starts in life due to Red Balloon and we are forever grateful to them. A highly recommended outstanding nursery!

I am grateful that there is a platform I can use to praise Red Balloon and spread the word about the exceptional care, education and attention that they provide. My now 2.5-year old daughter joined in August after we left her previous nursery. We received a warm welcome and outstanding communication from the Red Balloon office team and teachers instantly, and that feeling of being part of a community hasn't wavered since. The nursery goes above and beyond in all areas: they offer ever-changing creative, open-ended learning experiences (that are most important to me as a primary teacher), to a range of family events and a host of extracurriculars. We feel lucky on a daily basis that our daughter is a part of Red Balloon, and haven't looked back since joining! In fact, I often default to them for advice! They are to be commended for their professionalism, knowledge of child development psychology, communication and overall care to us.

Every day my little boy was happy to see the lovely staff and his friends at Red Balloon. He was happy, safe, ate well, slept well and learnt so much. The staff are so caring and thoughtful to both the children and parents. Thank you!

Red Balloon has been a magnificent place where my children not only have had fun, but have learned foundations for the oncoming stages in their education years. I am so pleased with all nursery personnel, very professional and well prepared to look after your most valuable belongings (your kids). Definitely, Red Balloon is an asset for our community.

I have been extremely happy with Red Balloon Weybridge. My eldest son started when it opened in 2013 and my youngest son is just about to finish after 3 and half years to start school and we will really miss Red Balloon! All of the staff are kind, caring, enthusiastic and genuinely go the extra mile to make all the children (and families) feel welcome and happy. The nursery has a culture of continuous improvement and I have seen the positive impact of this during the last 6 years - Red Balloon is constantly looking for feedback and ways of improving so the nursery continues to be outstanding.
