Welcome to N Family Club – Weybridge! Formerly known as Red Balloon – but now newly under the management of N Family Club – the Weybridge nursery is located in the centre of town. N are delighted to be part of this thriving Surrey neighbourhood can't wait to show you around their freshly renovated space.

N Weybridge is situated just a short drive away from the station and has a large car park at the back of the building to make pick-ups and drop-offs that little bit easier. The nursery playrooms feature dedicated messy play spaces where the children can unleash their creativity, while outside, the large garden comes complete with a sandpit, bikes, climbing equipment and outdoor music resources.

Committed to rethinking early years, N invest in their team to support their own learning and development to provide the highest-quality learning environment for their children. N have created their own early years curriculum that builds upon the EYFS framework and incorporates long-trusted teaching methods with the very best of modern thinking on child development.

This Nursery is absolutely brilliant, as new parents, like I’m sure all others the thought of having to leave your very precious children anywhere other than with you is heart-wrenching, our first child attended, this was as Weybridge opened their doors, she went right through and onto school, this
was a very smooth transition, she started school, a very confident and social little girl with just the best attitude and ready to carry on learning, this is completely due to the hard work and well-structured learning environment of Red Balloon. So our second child also obviously attended, he is nearing the end of his time with Red Balloon. As equally as his sister, complete ready to start school. What they do here with our children is unmeasurable, to the children the staff are almost seen as family members they absolutely love them. The staff here are an absolute credit to this business, clear to see the standard of care and education maintained, being passed down from the management team.

We have had the most wonderful experience with Red Balloon Weybridge over the last 7 years. We sent our first child there just as they were opening and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Our second child also went to Red Balloon and we were so pleased with the experience of love, care and
attention received. There is a lot of attention to detail around safeguarding and security of the site.
Red Balloon has always gone out of their way to help accommodate us and their communication has always been exceptional. Both kids were really happy there and our youngest would often refuse to leave when I went to pick him up!
The staff are all lovely and there isn't a single negative comment I could make about Red Balloon. I think Red Balloon spends a lot of time vetting their staff to ensure that only people with the right attitude are employed.
I feel that both of our boys have had the best possible starts in life due to Red Balloon and we are forever grateful to them. A highly recommended outstanding nursery!

I am grateful that there is a platform I can use to praise Red Balloon and spread the word about the exceptional care, education and attention that they provide. My now 2.5-year old daughter joined in August after we left her previous nursery. We received a warm welcome and outstanding communication
from the Red Balloon office team and teachers instantly, and that feeling of being part of a community hasn't wavered since. The nursery goes above and beyond in all areas: they offer ever-changing creative, open-ended learning experiences (that are most important to me as a primary teacher), to a range of family events and a host of extracurriculars. We feel lucky on a daily basis that our daughter is a part of Red Balloon, and haven't looked back since joining! In fact, I often default to them for advice! They are to be commended for their professionalism, knowledge of child development psychology, communication and overall care to us.

I have been extremely happy with Red Balloon Weybridge. My eldest son started when it opened in 2013 and my youngest son is just about to finish after 3 and half years to start school and we will really miss Red Balloon! All of the staff are kind, caring, enthusiastic and genuinely go the extra mile
to make all the children (and families) feel welcome and happy. The nursery has a culture of continuous improvement and I have seen the positive impact of this during the last 6 years - Red Balloon is constantly looking for feedback and ways of improving so the nursery continues to be outstanding. Our two daughters have attended the Weybridge nursery since it’s opening in 2013 from ages 8 months to preschool and it’s been a thoroughly enjoyable, amazing experience for our family. Red Balloon has been very influential in nurturing and developing my daughters ready for big school.
The staff provide
tailored care to suit your child and constantly work with you on achieving the best for you and your family needs. Red Balloon, without a doubt, go over and above what is expected.
The nursery has always listened and provided excellent communication not only at parents evening but daily and via interactive tools. Red Balloon have made our journey through the nursery delightful and both my girls have had a fabulous time. We highly recommend the nursery. Well done Red Balloon!!

Red Balloon Weybridge is fantastic, it is without a shadow of a doubt the best nursery in the area. The staff are some of the kindest individuals my son has had the pleasure of knowing. We have been delighted with Red Balloon since our son started here over 2 years ago. We looked at several nurseries in the area but it was an easy decision to make - Red Balloon is a warm, friendly, caring and fun environment for children and in particular, the staff go out of their way to make you
and your children feel comfortable. Everyone who works at the nursery takes pride in what they do. Our daughter (now in the baby room) was born with several complications which impact her ability to swallow and the manager and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating with her - and our - needs. As a result, our daughter settled and is thriving in a fantastic environment, just like her brother. Choosing daycare for your children can be challenging but Red Balloon tick all the boxes and we couldn’t be happier.

I have used Red Balloon as a day nursery for both my boys for over four years. They are a small, independent nursery that have created a very warm environment for children to learn and play!
The staff are wonderful and nothing is ever too much for them. Apart from their weekly activities such as music,
ball skills, etc. there is always an event on the horizon such as a petting farm visit or a Mother’s Day tea party or Halloween party!
I highly recommend this nursery to all.

My husband and I are so pleased with our decision to send our little girl to Red Balloon.
She settled in so quickly due to the warmth, energy and kindness of all the staff and I can see how much she really enjoys her days there.
I feel really reassured by the focus on security and safety of children,
overall communication of management and staff, attention to detail (everyone really makes an effort to get to know your child), and the quality of nutrition. Highly recommended!

We love Red Balloon in Weybridge. Originally the nursery was recommended by neighbours and it hasn't disappointed in the 3 years that our daughter has attended. Not only does it feel like a well-run ship, the management and staff are exceptionally warm and friendly. Pre-school here feels lively, energetic
and fun with an everchanging and interesting syllabus. The food is healthy and varied, and security and safety of your child is paramount.
We will be sad to leave in the summer!

Our daughter has been at Red Balloon for about 2 years and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. We saw a few nurseries in the area initially and Red Balloon seemed by far the best. Right from the start, they went out of their way to make sure our daughter got settled in. The level of personal care and
attention is exemplary. They always ensure the welfare of the children in the class is paramount. The range of activities is also brilliant (inc. regular trips to ‘forest school’ which my daughter loves) as are all the facilities. I must also mention the catering which is superb. Above all, it is the staff that make Red Balloon exceptional. They consistently manage to recruit staff members with seemingly bottomless patience, kindness and enthusiasm who always have as much time as necessary to discuss any queries. My daughter loves it there. And some days, when I pick her up, it’s actually hard to get her to come home.

We have sent both our boys to Red Balloon and can thoroughly recommend it to any parent requiring childcare. The fees aren’t cheap but you definitely get what you pay for.
Our youngest child has several food intolerances and Red Balloon go out of their way to provide a varied and delicious menu for
him. He always eats more there than at home!
The staff are all very friendly and very professional. You can tell they really care for the kids.
The nursery is in a nice building with a lovely little garden and everything is always spotless.

Red Balloon is a first-rate nursery which has provided superlative care to both of our children. Our little girl was there from age 1 up until school age and our 2.5-year-old boy attends now. They have both been given such wonderful, affectionate care and attention and so many extras such as the opportunity
to take part in annual nativities, attend forest school and countless well-thought out excursions and activities.
Every single member of staff puts their heart and soul into their role and our children: they take such pride and pleasure in their achievements and show such a genuine interest in them as well as having brilliant creative ideas to help them grow.
We believe that Red Balloon has given them both the best start they could have had, and with our eldest has given her so much confidence ahead of starting school.

I love Red Balloon Weybridge. My first son spent 3 years with them and now my 2nd son attends and I’m continuously struck by the genuine warmth, interest and care that staff show. They offer the most amazing of welcomes each morning; cheerful and upbeat, interacting with each child from the moment they
step through the door. They comfort emotional children (and in my case emotional mummies) with tenderness and understanding. My confidence in the nursery increased even further recently with a new allergy diagnosis in my son. Their immediate meticulous response was impressive and their reassurance to me that they have others also requiring EpiPens etc and that they were confident with them was a huge relief.
They bend over backwards to accommodate new working patterns - I’ve changed mine lots - and do a huge amount to make parents happy. Ultimately they dedicate themselves to the children and they go out of their way to make the children smile. You can’t get better than that.

From starting Red Balloon, the staff have made a great effort to make my son feel welcome at an uneasy time. I always get a great handover at the end of the day and get a lovely sense of care towards my son. The staff know exactly what they are doing and always find something to occupy my son. The activities
that are set up are perfect for the age group. All in all, a great, caring, spacious nursery with a lovely atmosphere.

If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 56 number of registered child places is 11.2, which has been reached with 15 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
