Emma and the team of staff at N Family Weybridge are always very attentive and caring around the care, well being and education of our son. We couldnt be happier with everything that they do in their day to day especially in the Castle classroom. Thanks guys.

Great nursery. Was worried that Jude would not settle as he is a sensitive little boy. After a rocky start, he seems to be loving it. Am so glad he is interacting more with children of his own age on a regular basis other than his usual friends.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at N Family Weybridge. Our daughter has been attending since she was 9 months old, and after 2.5 years there, we truly feel it has been the most wonderful start to her early years.
The staff are absolutely fantastic; caring, attentive, and they genuinely
know her so well. It's so reassuring to leave your child somewhere they are understood and valued as an individual. Their days are filled with so much fun, creativity and variety, and the meals provided by the on-site chef are always delicious and nutritious. The team have supported us through every milestone; from dropping naps, to potty training, teething etc and have always worked closely with us as parents.
The children go on exciting excursions and real life experiences, which we absolutely love. It's so special knowing she's exploring the world beyond the nursery walls, building confidence and curiosity in such a safe and supportive way.

From the moment we walked into N Family Weybridge on the open day we just had 'that feeling' that it was the place for us. Leaving your child with essentially strangers is such an unnatural feeling, especially with your first baby. I cannot thank the staff enough for the support given to us in that
handing-over process. They gave me so much of their time and made me feel like the team genuinely cared about settling not only our little girl, but us as parents too! The team in our little girl's room are fantastic. They are kind, caring and seem to know her so well already. The activities provided for the children are varied and enriching, supporting the children to meet their developmental stages but also fun and engaging. The food is nutritious and varied and cooked on site. I love that even though my little girl has an intolerance, she still gets the same offer as everyone else. Thank you N Family Weybridge! We are so grateful and excited for the journey ahead.

I cannot fault this nursery. I've had some bad luck with nurseries to the point I had given up looking for childcare.
I met the Manager at an event and she was so lovely and we had an honest conversation about my worries and she invited me to look at the nursery.
We've been there for a couple of
months and I can honestly say, the relief I feel is just magic.
The team communicate with parents so we are never left in the dark. The staff are warm and caring. You can tell the team there just love being with the children.
The learning opportunities they provide is excellent and my child is so happy, as am I!
I am updated on the app regularly and the feedback at the end of the day is all about what my child has learned and what we can do at home to help her along.

I'm always feel really comfortable and confident leaving my child in the care of N Club Weybridge. The staff are all brilliant and do such a great job at caring for and teaching the kids. Viewing my son's day through the app always leaves me with extra peace of mind too which they keep well updated.

Our son joined the nursery at 2 years old, and now at 4 is preparing for his graduation to reception this year. His time at N Family Club has been incredible for him.
The educators have built strong connections with him and have a deep understanding of his development path. They have clear
learning objectives and programs for the kids with a variety of indoor and outdoor learning. Our son's key person has worked with him through eating challenges, potty training, language development and awareness of emotions. We receive daily updates on their eating and toileting and photos of their activities which I really appreciate as I collect him at the end of the day.
I love that there is a mix of male and female educators supporting the kids as does my son. Preschool preparation activities this year have been excellent. I feel confident he will enter reception with a solid foundation of early numeracy and phonics.

N Family is a lovely nursery, both of my children have used it, my youngest is still there and loves the staff and is thriving. The staff and the variety of activities they create are great. I would highly recommend.

Our son has been attending N-Family for 1.5 years now and we are really happy with the team and his experience there. In both the Hideout and the Lookout, the room leaders and their teams worked hard to help him settle, it took him a while as he struggled with change but the team have been so
patient and learnt his interests and nurtured him. The team go out of their way to do things like activities around new babies when knowing a sibling is coming along or leaving cars by the mat so a child is happy when he wakes. The staff are all warm and friendly. I highly recommend this nursery.

Our daughter started the nursery (Weybridge) in May 2024, she goes all 5 days. The overall experience has been really positive. She got comfortable really quickly and has made friends as well. She loves going to the nursery and looks forward to it every week. The staff is great and takes good care
of the kids. There is a good mix of indoor and outdoor activity. Pictures are shared regularly of the activities during the day.

I never thought I'd write a review two weeks into joining N Club but I feel confident and reassured that this nursery is the perfect place for my daughter to grow and learn. This is her second nursery since recently moving and the team have been absolutely incredible in accommodating the transition.
The communication prior to starting has been so informative and helpful. The two ladies are just the most kind and caring people to be looking after your little ones. The whole team are wonderful, thank you to everyone at N Club Weybridge, you have something very special!

Our children attend N-Family Weybridge and overall we find it a very good nursery and probably one of the better in the area. The staff are really lovely and our children are thriving here. I feel like they are really learning and developing and the app keeps us updated on what they're doing each
day with pictures and observations about how we might be able to continue the learning at home. Class sizes are relatively small and although there was quite a bit of turnover earlier this year with management and educators, this has settled and we are always able to have conversations with the team about the development needs of our kids. The building is a bit old and could do with more investment - particularly given the group is private equity owned, I feel like this nursery is a bit less loved than others in their portfolio and could do with a refurb.

My daughter started at N Family Club - Weybridge 3 months ago from a fantastic nursery in London. Didn't think she'd settle easily but the staff have made it so easy for her to settle in. She loves going to nursery, she loves the teachers and has a lovely group of little friends. They're such a good
bunch of kids here. So happy with the choice we made. She gets so much outdoor time, art time. It's fantastic. Highly recommend!

Our son goes to nursery 5 days a week for almost a year now and thoroughly enjoys his time there. We value that he plays outside daily and goes on trips out from nursery once a month. He is often doing activities, including music, arts and crafts, sand and water play and so on. He almost always eats
all the food offered, which is always varied and healthy. The staff have always been happy and helpful and addressed any concerns we have had. The app allows us to see how he is doing each day which helped ease anxiety whilst he settled in. We have been very happy with our experience so far.

My grandson goes to N Family in Weybridge two days a week and he absolutely loves it there. The staff are fantastic and they send great pictures of him and what he being doing whilst at nursery. The team are very inventive with the activities they plan and we are seeing the children being taken out
of the nursery on trips frequently which is fantastic. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

Our son has been at N Family for 3 years now and he is so happy there. He absolutely loves the team and gets such a varied education which is fantastic. The team are very inventive with the activities they plan and we are seeing the children being taken out of the nursery on trips frequently which
is fantastic. Every member of the team at N Family is very welcoming and they all know every child in the nursery, whether they are in their specific room or not, which is great because the children feel safe with all the employees not just their key people. There has been a big turnover in the management, so it is hard to comment on that but the stability for the children has never been impacted. The only difficulty with this nursery is the setting as the rooms are quite small and the garden is really small. There really needs to be more investment in the garden for the children. Parking can be tricky so drop off and pick up is a pain if you have to drive. Overall a great nursery!

Our daughter has attended N Family Club since she was 11 months old. The staff have all been fantastic. She is now in the second room and is very settled and has a great relationship with all of her teachers.

N Family Club is a fantastic nursery. Our 2-year-old son has been going for the last 9 months and we have seen huge progression in both his confidence and his communication. The children do a fantastic variety of activities throughout the day and the staff are brilliant, they keep in regular contact
with us, sending us updates and photos of what the children have been doing. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

As a first-time mum needing to return to work, I had to source a nursery a lot sooner than I had imagined.
My daughter was 10-months when she started at N Family, we viewed several nurseries before we found N Family, and I instantly knew from the initial conversations that this was the place for
us.
I was made to feel completely at ease as I had so many questions and so many more concerns that such a small baby would be out of my care!
The team made the transition effortless, and my daughter settled in amazingly.
She is not a loud or overconfident child, so it’s been incredible to watch her settle in, grow and develop and be comfortable to still be her quiet self when she wants.
The app they provide is priceless, you can keep an eye on all your kid's movements throughout the day, and it makes communication so much easier, especially if you're busy at work.
I really can’t fault them, and I can’t thank them enough for how they’ve helped me and my daughter grow and develop.
