Twinkles Knaresborough is the best nursery ever. The nursery has provided care for both my daughters, currently, my younger daughter attends and she is so happy there. She looks forward to it so much. What I really like is I get feedback about her day, her play, what she ate and development etc. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Twinkles nursery continues to impress us. We originally chose this setting as we liked the calm atmosphere and thought they would do a good job of setting our child up for school further down the line. Staff are always happy and honest with us. We know our child enjoys the day with them and we like the types of toys and invitations to play they they use.

My child has settled in really well and us happy when we drop off/pick up. The staff are really friendly and do a good range of activities during the day. Management are quick to respond to queries and have been helpful/informative. The menu has a variety of food that sounds nice and my child always seems to have eaten week when she has attended. We are very happy with the care she receives and the setting as a whole and would recommend to others.

Even throughout such a tough time such as now, this nursery does it's best for our kids. I couldn't recommend them more!

The team at Twinkles Knaresborough are fantastic and our daughter loves them. They keep her stimulated every day with a range of activities. Our daughter's attendance has really helped to develop her speech and social skills as well as her confidence. The team were so supportive during the lockdown as we are keyworkers and our daughter was still able to attend all whilst maintaining her safety, as well as their own. Thak you is not enough to express our gratitude at all you do.

Twinkles is such a kind, caring and warm place. I am so proud to say my daughter attends. I've always received such great advice and care from all members of staff and the care for my daughter is second to none!

The manager and staff in both Baby Stars and Rising Stars have been absolutely amazing, my child is so happy and settled, knows his routine and feels very safe and comfortable with the staff. Very supportive of me and baby. Can't thank them enough for what they have done for us. Five-star care.

My little girl has been attending Twinkles for just over 2 years now and my little boy 8months. They both absolutely love Twinkles my little girl asks most mornings if it’s a nursery day and tells me she’s so excited to go and see her friends! They both come home so happy, upbeat and excited to tell me all the activities they have done. The staff at Twinkles are simply amazing, parents and children get a friendly welcome as soon as you arrive. Management are extremely helpful, informative and approachable. The early year practitioners are absolutely fantastic, they are friendly, kind, warming and welcoming from the minute you arrive and really help settle them in. My children have learnt lots of new skills and grown in confidence, they are thriving since attending Twinkles. The staff genuinely care and want the best for your child and their development. I cannot praise them enough.

We have used Twinkles Nursery for both my children, so around 4 years. Both my children have loved it. I put this down to the staff who work there who are amazing with both the children and the parents. When choosing a nursery parents look at various different factors such as space, facilities, ratings, meals etc and whilst all of these factors are important (and Twinkles tick these boxes anyway) all that really matters is how happy the children are that go there. My children have loved Twinkles so much that they miss being there and my son will ask to go.

Thank you for helping in a time of need and been so understanding, my daughter has loved it so far!

My little boy has yet to start Twinkles, but we are looking forward to him becoming part of the Twinkles family. As a mother that is nervous leaving her baby with someone else for the first time, I can highly praise the nursery for the communication it has with parents in this particularly difficult time. It has really left me feeling at ease knowing how well he will be cared for in my absence. They not only show you all the wonderful things happening at nursery but also give ideas of what we could be doing at home to work together to support his development. I really do feel they go above and beyond, and the times my little one has been to see the nursery we were warmly welcomed.

Would highly recommend the nursery, certain members of staff have been really helpful and are always willing to go above and beyond, this has shown with the way my daughter is around them and has built good bonds with what as a parent is good to see and know, the only downside has been my daughter has had no fixed key worker in her first year due to staff leaving, the staff she has had acting as her key worker who have been new to their role are learning from the more experienced staff who work professionally. But I have been extremely impressed with the person who will become her key worker when she moves up to the next group this coming month, he has really taken time to introduce himself and has really shown interest in my daughters well being, coming from a highly professional care background myself I can not fault the nursery.

Friendly, well organised, well-staffed nursery with excellent facilities. My granddaughter has settled in really well and seems to be very happy. I enjoyed having the opportunity to visit the nursery to see where my granddaughter was being cared for when I am not able to look after her. It was good to meet my granddaughter’s key worker.

Nursery very accommodating. Staff so friendly. One member of staff, in particular, is so good in regards to my son. Always feel happy and confident he’s in a safe, positive place when I leave.

Our boys (now 4yr and 2yrs old) have been at Twinkles full time for just over a year. Both settled extremely quickly into the happy fun environment where we know they are looked after so well. All the staff have such an interest in the boys and what they get up to. We always feel well informed about their progress and staff will always listen when we have questions or queries. The boys love going to nursery and have made some lovely friends. They always talk about nursery when at home and excitedly tell us what they have been up to during the day.

My daughter has been going to Twinkles for 2 years, she loves going. I have always been well informed in her development and progress. The staff are all very approachable and I feel those who are looking after her day to day know her. She frequently talks about nursery at home and all the fun things she has done during the day, which make the guilt of working full time much lighter, knowing her days are full of varied activities. I also enjoy being updated while she is at nursery with uploads to their online portal.

We feel that our child is comforted, reassured, challenged and encouraged when he is there and is given the opportunity to learn new things and explore new emotions in a safe way. He has developed strong positive attachments to the kind-hearted, enthusiastic members of staff who really do make Twinkles what it is.

We have encountered a couple of minimal concerns, which have been addressed swiftly involving thoughtful discussion with us about how best to support or child at these times. One little niggle would be that the outdoor space, we wish there was more of it! However, we knew this when we chose Twinkles and I wouldn’t let this sway our opinion.

I can’t fault it, any problems are swiftly sorted! Highly recommend to all my friends with children.

I have 2 children at Twinkles Knaresborough and have been very happy with their care. They are happy there, well looked after, do good activities and eat well. One of my children has allergies and these have been well catered for.
