My daughter started at Kids Planet in September 2025. After having her in at a different nursery further away for the previous year, I was very hesitate to be moving her, but now having been there for four months, it was the best decision!
The staff and management are all friendly and amazing! My
daughter is very happy on drop off and pick up, and I the activities are outstanding.
The daily food choice work extremely well for my daughter as she loves trying new foods, and their menu is not repetitive.
I would highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare in Knaresborough.

Our little boy started nursery in September 2025 in the baby room. His experience has been absolutely wonderful. They have helped him settle in well and all the workers in the room know and understand him. Our little boy loves attending and we get regular updates with the fun and educational play
that they engage in. They celebrate lots of different events and make the babies feel special and loved. Really appreciate all that they do.

From the moment my wife & I went to look around the nursery with our daughter, meeting the various staff, we felt at ease
with kidsplanet knaresborough. Since having our daughter attend 3 days a week & seeing her development over the last year, we feel we definitely made the right choice. All the
staff who look after our daughter on a weekly basis have been nothing short of amazing & we feel, as does our daughter, a great connection with them all, having seen the growth in her all round development whilst she has attended. We also welcome all the support they have given us every step of the way to get our daughter to where she is now, whether it being advice we have been able to use whilst at home, connection with local services for support & their own individual daily connection with our daughter who has really enjoys being there. Great atmosphere all round & have sung their praises at every opportunity. You do a wonderful job & our daughter loves showing your her swish dance too.

I'm very pleased with your preschool. The care is excellent and I know that my child is in good hands. Very easy to communicate with everyone and everyone is very helpful. I see my child learning new things and eagerly going to nursery.

My daughter absolutely loves Kids Planet Knaresborough. The staff welcome her with open arms, her development has been second to none since I moved her there a year ago. I couldn't ask for friendlier, more genuine people for her to look up to. They are all fantastic at what they do and her love for
them shows how much of an incredible job they do!
Their genuine kindness on drop off and pick up settles your mind that your little one is in the best possible hands.
I can't wait to sign my 4 month old up ready for when she is 1!

You can tell the staff care for all children, as well as management do.
They understand about it dietary requirements and always supportive in giving ideas on how to help your child further at home

Our little boy has been at Kids Planet for 10 months now, and we honestly couldn't be happier with the care and love he receives. From the very beginning, the team made the transition so easy and reassuring - it's amazing to see how much he's settled in and grown in confidence.
They truly go
above and beyond every single day. The way they engage with my son, the patience and warmth they show, and the genuine joy they bring to his day mean the world to us. It's clear that they don't just look after the children - they nurture them, celebrate them, and help them thrive.
We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery where our son is not only cared for but truly loved. Thank you, Kids Planet, for creating such a special place for our little one to learn, laugh, and grow.

My daughter started nursery in May. I definitely recommend this nursery. The staff are amazing. They listen and want what's best for the children who attend. I feel listened to as a parent and validated over my daughter's needs where previously I have felt like I have not been listened to by other
professionals. Were as the nursery staff have gone above and beyond for my daughter and to get her the support she needs.
My daughter also loves being there and I can see how she loves the staff when she smiles at them. She loves being able to play and go out side in the sand pit. You can see how much the staff care for the children who attend. Thank you.

I have been so happy with the care my daughter is receiving at Kids Planet Knaresborough. I was very anxious about putting my 11 month old daughter at the time into nursery, and all the staff have made it a really lovely experience for both of us. Staff really care about my worries and concerns and
they have put them at ease. Staff are amazing with my daughter, distract her when she gets a bit upset, shows her lots of care and attention and have been so respectful when it has come to following our routine at home in nursery. Staff are really good at updating Parent zone app during the day and including a little photo with what my daughter has been doing. This has been lovely to see while I have been away at work. Thank you to the lovely ladies in the Baby/Tots room!

We can't speak highly enough of Kids Planet in Knaresborough. Our daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and we feel completely comfortable she is well cared for there. She really enjoys coming home and telling me all about the activities she has done.
The staff there take a really keen
interest in the individual child and make a huge effort to promote these. The nursery holds special days such as spa days, road safety week and stay and plays. It's also great that they do nursery photos and a football club there too.
Our child has developed loads and learnt so much there. We have been really sad to leave when we moved away. We really recommend this nursery to any family.

Our two boys attend Kids Planet Knaresborough and absolutely love the wonderful staff, as do we. They are never without a smile on their face and the care they provide is exceptional. They really know and understand each child and cater to their personality and needs, making sure they feel happy at
nursery each day and get enjoyment out of the fun and educational activities that they organise. Our boys seem to learn something new every day and their confidence has grown in leaps and bounds thanks to the amazing support of the staff. The on-site cooked food is a big hit with them too. The staff always have time to stop and talk to us, providing detailed feedback on the boy's day and creating such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Thank you Kids Planet!

My daughter has attended kids planet Knaresborough since September 2023 she's recently moved up to preschool and over the years we have noticed such a huge improvement in her.
She's become such a confident, kind and clever young lady. Since being in preschool she's talking so positively about her
time at nursery and so happy so be coming in.
I believe a huge part of this positive attitude is the staff, they're so welcoming and help shape our children.
These first few years of our children's lives are so crucial, they pick up on everything and their learning something everyday and I am so impressed with my daughter's intelligence these past few months.
Learning her numbers, alphabet, phonics, colours, shapes, things about the world, emotions, the list is endless.
My daughter comes home, tells me about her day, and teaches me something new! And that's down to the amazing staff at KP Knaresborough.

Our daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. She had extreme separation anxiety when she first started in the baby room over a year ago but two ladies in particular worked their magic and she is so happy there. Every member of staff that has worked with our daughter has provided outstanding care
and I don't have a bad word to say about anyone in the baby/tots room. They are so caring, welcoming, and kind not only to our daughter but to us as parents too. I love that we get updates on the parents app and anything that hasn't been published is discussed at pick-up time so we are always well aware of how the day has been. We have recently had our second baby and without a doubt, she will be going to Kids Planet Knaresborough too. It is our first experience with a nursery but we couldn't fault them at all! I highly recommend it.

The team is fantastic at Kids Planet Knaresborough. My little boy loves going to nursery, looking forward to go every day. The teachers are fabulous, taking pride in what they are doing, ensuring the best experience for the children as they are learning all necessary skills to take a further step
into their educational journey.
The current management is excellent, and always there to help and support.
The nursery site is safe and clean. There are various activities for the children throughout the day both indoor and outdoor. Food is cooked on-site, which is great.

My son has been attending Kids Planet since early 2023, so he's experienced all the room settings and become really comfortable there. He's grown in confidence and his communication is getting better every day. The staff are wonderful, they know every child and really take care of them, encourage
them to be kind and independent, and always plan interesting and creative things for the children to do. They have been brilliant and I can't praise them enough. My son loves going to nursery and I'm happy knowing he's safe and having a great time!

My daughter joined in October 2024, starting in the baby's room, and has now transitioned to Tots. The staff are an absolute credit to Kids Planet and from our open day tour to now, we feel that the manager and her team have treated my daughter so amazingly. When we first put her in, we had an awful
experience with a childminder and were so worried about putting her in another setting however they have continued to put our minds (?) at ease, and recently following feedback, they have listened and quickly resolved it with such care and professionalism.
She has settled in so quickly and the app is a wonderful insight into her days. Every time she comes home, we notice how quickly she is developing and learning with the amazing team there. Her language skills and confidence has come on leaps and bounds thanks to three staff members in particular.
I also think the variety of food and activities is wonderful and has been great to introduce her to at an early age.

Really impressed with the nursery and all the rooms. The staff are all so lovely and attentive and have always helped the kids especially when transitioning to the next room. All staff are really informative when picking the kids up and inform you about their day, what they have eaten and if they've
napped. My eldest has come on loads with his numbers and letters since being in pre-school and they are really keen on singing and nursery rhymes in all the rooms. My little one started in tots when she was 18 months old and has been well looked after and had lots of cuddles when she's been unsettled. Would definitely recommend this nursery and all the lovely staff are a credit to it!

Our two grandsons have been at Kids Planet since January 2023 and January 2024 respectively. Both have always been very happy there. Without exception, every staff member and manager I have met have been excellent. It is obvious the staff take a genuine interest in the children's emotional and
educational needs and are so caring, loving, and full of fun! They are especially mindful of friendship groups and at the end of every day, there is always a chat about how the day has been. Meals are varied and enjoyed. On the day I have my eldest grandson, he chatters constantly about his key workers and what they have done and loves making things with me to show to them the next day! The app and social media content keep us informed of activities and visits to the nursery and we appreciate the learning reports. Our eldest goes to school this year and we feel that the Kids Planet preschool team will have made a huge difference in making sure that the transition will be a good one for him. Thank you everyone!

Our child happily attends Kids Planet Knaresborough. The care provided is fantastic and staff go above and beyond to get to know the children and families. I can honestly say that all members of staff (even if they are not in my child's room) know my child well and are kind, welcoming, and caring to
him during all interactions. The staff at the nursery have fostered a welcoming and caring environment and they are always thinking of ways to engage the children. The communication is good between parents and staff and we really like the opportunities given to come into the nursery and engage with his learning. We couldn't be more pleased with the nursery and plan to send our next child there.

We absolutely love Kids Planet Knaresborough. Our daughter is thriving in the preschool room thanks to the hard work, dedication, and smiles from 6 members of staff in particular (sorry for anyone I have missed!). Nothing is ever too much trouble and I feel so comforted dropping her off into the
warm environment. You have all become household names and we love you all. We are so excited for our baby to join the Kids Planet family this month. She has already been taken under the wings of the gorgeous three ladies in particular to name a few. We are so excited to see her grow and develop. Special mention also to a certain lady who has answered my hundred emails without question and the manager for being so approachable and caring. Thank you so so much guys. We would not trust our girls anywhere else. You work so hard and it is truly appreciated. Thank you is not enough.
