Kids Planet Knaresborough

Our child happily attends Kids Planet Knaresborough. The care provided is fantastic and staff go above and beyond to get to know the children and families. I can honestly say that all members of staff (even if they are not in my child's room) know my child well and are kind, welcoming, and caring to him during all interactions. The staff at the nursery have fostered a welcoming and caring environment and they are always thinking of ways to engage the children. The communication is good between parents and staff and we really like the opportunities given to come into the nursery and engage with his learning. We couldn't be more pleased with the nursery and plan to send our next child there.

We absolutely love Kids Planet Knaresborough. Our daughter is thriving in the preschool room thanks to the hard work, dedication, and smiles from 6 members of staff in particular (sorry for anyone I have missed!). Nothing is ever too much trouble and I feel so comforted dropping her off into the warm environment. You have all become household names and we love you all. We are so excited for our baby to join the Kids Planet family this month. She has already been taken under the wings of the gorgeous three ladies in particular to name a few. We are so excited to see her grow and develop. Special mention also to a certain lady who has answered my hundred emails without question and the manager for being so approachable and caring. Thank you so so much guys. We would not trust our girls anywhere else. You work so hard and it is truly appreciated. Thank you is not enough.

The team at Kids Planet Knaresborough are fantastic. My little girl loves going and loves all the staff. I have to shout out one member who is incredible she is so much fun and is such a fantastic teacher, everyone loves her. Thank you for always letting my little sassy pants be herself and encouraging her to be kind and to lean new things. She loves you all.

Each child is treated as an individual and I really feel that the staff have gotten to know him as a person. The staff, even those not assigned to his group will greet him by name even in passing and those charged with his care provide detailed and insightful updates on his activities every day and his overall progress in key learning areas.

Very caring staff who show an interest in every child. Very happy with the care provided. Fruit box was a great addition and is appreciated by most of the kids. Thank you all for your hard work. Brilliant.

My daughter joined Kids Planet in July 2022 and she settled in immediately. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Kids Planet in Knaresborough. They are all kind, caring, friendly and professional. I know my daughter is safe and being cared for by a team of wonderful people. She is always doing lots of fun and educational activities and she loves telling her dad and I what she's been doing all day. She's made so many friends and is always excited to go to nursery, in fact, she asks to go on the days she's not there!

My daughter has always loved it. Thank you to all of you for making it so wonderful for her.

The nursery is amazing the staff are always smiling and there to talk to about any needs and they form a great bond with the children, my daughter is growing and learning so much thanks to Kids Planet and their staff. The food they provide is great with a lot of variety and they cater to allergies which is great and a child with an allergy has a red card so all staff can see that child has an allergy so that no mistakes can be made. My daughter even when poorly refuses to stay home, she has to go see everyone she loves it that much so thank you to everyone at Kids Planet for doing such an amazing job.

Overall pleased with her care and the staff are always bubbly and welcoming, making our daughter feel very comfortable in nursery.

Kids planet Knaresborough have been brilliant with our little boy. He has settled in so well over the last 10 weeks thanks to their support. They are professional and caring and recently acted fast in an emergency situation as they are clearly well-trained to manage such situations.

Lovely nursery; very good value for money in this area. Staff are caring, approachable and really good at organising different activities and learning opportunities with children. Management is transparent and very communicative/ responsive, always organising new initiatives and requesting feedback from parents.

My son has attended the nursery since July 2022 after moving to the area. He has developed in many ways, in particular, his interaction with other children and his speech which was delayed however he now attempts to say many words and sounds. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating in every child's different needs, and my son can't wait to get through the door when we arrive each day. The activities are varied and help with all aspects of their learning and I love hearing about what he has been up to during the day.

My son has settled in well with the team which is testament to them making him feel comfortable and at ease. He is a lockdown baby so we were worried about socialisation, meeting new babies and he had his wobbles but one member of staff and the team have been so good with him. Not only that, they have really supported me and my husband with the change and ensured we have felt fully confident with leaving him for the first time! Thank you so much, I know he is going to continue to love it there and develop!

My little girl has been with Twinkles Nursery Knaresborough for just over a year now and we have nothing but good things to say. The staff are always polite and helpful, nothing is too much hassle. They keep you well informed of what the little ones have been up to throughout the day. Lovely and clean. Twinkles Nursery Knaresborough have had good procedures set out through Covid-19. Fantastic food!

Twinkles Nursery Knaresborough is the best nursery any parent could wish for. We were that certain of the superb reputation and feedback from friends that we didn't need to look at any other nurseries. My daughter started Twinkles Nursery Knaresborough at eleven months old. It was very difficult for me to leave her to return to work but I didn't need to worry as she was in expert care of an incredible team who always put the needs of the children first. My daughters confidence and development has thrived, the wide variety of activities boosting imagination and social interaction is wonderful. The experienced team are amazing at updating parents on key curriculum levels and uploading photos. We always feel well informed and that my daughters gets such focus on being the best version of herself. She's always happy to go to nursery to see her friends and is excited to share what she enjoyed doing when she comes home. The food menu is fabulous too and we are so lucky to have the manager, who is the best by far! Thank you so much.

Today was my son's first day at nursery and he's returned very happy and excited. The whole settling in process and the care and attention shown by all staff has been brilliant. In the first week alone it already seems like a place where he will meet lots of new friends and learn lots of new skills. A perfect setting to get him ready for his next step which is big school, in September! Thanks to everyone at Twinkles in Knaresborough for making him feel so welcome.

I'm a first-time mum and I recently made the decision to send my little boy to nursery. Twinkles is fantastic, they talk you through your child's day and ensure you are as comfortable as your child. I am able to call to check up on him and even get daily updates. They give healthy meals. Even under the circumstances, we are in international Twinkles and they have ensured safe guidelines to follow. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough.

In these strange times it is comforting to know that I can rely on Twinkles Knaresborough to provide routine to my daughter’s day in a fun way that is meeting her developmental needs. I am highly impressed by the team. My daughter seems very happy. Her room’s current team seem to compliment one another very well. Thank you all for your professionalism and efforts. They are most appreciated.

Twinkles Nursery Knaresborough has gone above and beyond to accommodate my son during the pandemic. The staff are so caring, helpful and friendly. I was anxious about my son going back but they really put my mind at ease. I couldn't fault anything. So lucky to have the privilege of my son attending.
