Bright Horizons Andover Day Nursery and Preschool

I am writing to express my concerns relating to the new off-site ratios introduced by Bright Horizons. Regular (2 times per week) trips to feed the ducks, go to the park or visit Pets at Home are highly beneficial to children and something we as parents have really valued at Yellow Dot. Outdoor space at Yellow Dot Andover is limited with no grass and trips out compensate for this. Please, could you review this policy and provide reassurance regular trips out will continue.

We have been so pleased with Yellow Dot. When our son started in 2015, we have seen him grow into such a lovely little boy and Yellow Dot has contributed to this and he has learnt so much. The staff in every room have always been so good and management have always been so approachable. His brother has now joined and loving it as much as his big brother.

I love the fact that they also utilise all the facilities around them, adding to the children's learning, with visits to the library, pet shop and trips on the bus and train.

Our daughter has been coming to Yellow Dot Andover for just under two years and she has thrived. I could not have asked for more supportive staff to take care of her. They breed positivity and encouraged the children to reach their potential. They treat the children as the individuals they are and work with parents to address any developmental issues and successfully navigate children's milestones.
